Projekt skierowany jest do 126 osób bezrobotnych (46K, 80M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Chojnicach, dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia ww osób pozostających bez pracy w powiecie chojnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 125 osób (46K, 79M). Specyficzną grupę docelową stanowią osoby niepełnosprawne oraz długotrwale bezrobotne (szczegółowy opis w pkt G.2 wniosku). W 2015 roku do projektu skierowanych zostanie 126 osób (46K, 80M), w tym: - 8 osób niepełnosprawnych (4K,4M); - 82 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (29K, 53M); - 86 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (29K, 57M); - 18 osób powyżej 50 roku życia (4K, 14M); - 46 kobiet; - 126 osób, dla których zostanie przygotowany Indywidualny Plan Działania (46K,80M); - 126 osób, dla których zostanie ustalony profil pomocy (46K, 80M). W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: 1. diagnoza uczestników projektu (IPD), 2. szkolenia, 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, 4. refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy Projekt zakłada wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla grupy docelowej projektu na poziomie co najmniej 50% - 48 osób (17K, 31M) - mierzony będzie do trzech miesięcy od zakończenia przez uczestnika udziału w projekcie. We wskaźniku efektywności zatrudnieniowej nie zostaną uwzględnione osoby, które otrzymały jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Projekt uwzględni polityki i zasady wspólnotowe (w tym politykę równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcję zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwo wspólnotowe i krajowe. (Polish)

The project is addressed to 126 unemployed persons (46K, 80M) registered in the District Labour Office in Chojnice, for whom the I or II profile of aid within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (excluding persons before the age of 30) has been established. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of those who are unemployed in the district of Chojnicka. The main result of the project will be the employment of 125 people (46K, 79M). The specific target group is disabled and long-term unemployed (detailed description in point G.2 of the proposal). In 2015, 126 people (46K, 80M) will be addressed to the project, including: — 8 persons with disabilities (4K,4M); — 82 long-term unemployed (29K, 53M); — 86 low-skilled people (29K, 57M); — 18 persons aged 50 or over (4K, 14M); — 46 women; — 126 persons for whom the Individual Action Plan (46K,80M) will be prepared; — 126 persons for whom the aid profile will be established (46K, 80M). The following actions are planned under the project: 1. Diagnosis of project participants (IPD), 2. training, 3. one-off measures for taking up business activity, 4. refund of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace The project assumes an employment efficiency index for the target group of the project at least 50 % – 48 people (17K, 31M) – will be measured up to three months after the participant has completed the participation in the project. The Employment Efficiency Index will not include those who have received one-off funds for starting a business. The project will take into account Community policies and principles (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policies and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. Le projet s’adresse à 126 chômeurs (46K, 80 millions) enregistrés auprès du bureau du travail du district de Chojnice, pour lesquels le premier ou le deuxième profil d’aide a été établi au sens de l’article 33 de la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail (à l’exclusion des personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans). L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître l’emploi des chômeurs susmentionnés dans le district de Chojnicki. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 125 personnes (46K, 79M). Le groupe cible spécifique est celui des personnes handicapées et des chômeurs de longue durée (voir le point G.2 de la proposition). En 2015, 126 personnes (46K, 80 millions) seront ciblées sur le projet, dont: — 8 personnes handicapées (4K,4M); 82 chômeurs de longue durée (29 000, 53 millions d’euros); 86 personnes peu qualifiées (29K, 57M); — 18 personnes de plus de 50 ans (4K, 14M); — 46 femmes; — 126 personnes pour lesquelles un plan d’action individuel (46K,80M) sera élaboré; — 126 personnes pour lesquelles le profil d’aide sera établi (46K, 80M). Les activités suivantes sont prévues dans le cadre du projet: 1. diagnostic des participants au projet (DPI), 2. formation, 3. fonds ponctuels pour le démarrage d’une entreprise, 4. remboursement des coûts d’équipement ou d’aménagement du lieu de travail Le projet suppose un indicateur d’efficacité de l’emploi pour le groupe cible du projet au moins 50 % — 48 personnes (17K, 31M) — sera mesuré jusqu’à trois mois après la fin de la participation au projet. L’indicateur de rendement en matière d’emploi n’inclura pas les personnes qui ont reçu des fonds de démarrage ponctuels. Le projet tiendra compte des politiques et principes communautaires (y compris les politiques d’égalité des chances et de non-discrimination et le concept de développement durable) ainsi que de la législation communautaire et nationale. Das Projekt richtet sich an 126 Arbeitslose (46K, 80M), die beim Bezirksarbeitsamt in Chojnice registriert sind und für die das erste oder zweite Profil der Unterstützung im Sinne von Artikel 33 des Gesetzes vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen (ohne Personen vor 30 Jahren) festgelegt wurde. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung der oben genannten Arbeitslosen im Bezirk Chojnicki zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 125 Personen sein (46K, 79M). Die spezifische Zielgruppe ist behinderte und Langzeitarbeitslose (siehe Punkt G.2 des Vorschlags). Im Jahr 2015 werden 126 Personen (46K, 80M) auf das Projekt ausgerichtet sein, darunter: — 8 Menschen mit Behinderungen (4K,4M); — 82 Langzeitarbeitslose (29K, 53M); 86 gering qualifizierte Menschen (29K, 57M); — 18 Personen über 50 Jahre (4K, 14M); — 46 Frauen; — 126 Personen, für die ein individueller Aktionsplan (46K,80M) ausgearbeitet wird; — 126 Personen, für die das Beihilfeprofil erstellt wird (46K, 80 Mio.). Im Rahmen des Projekts sind folgende Aktivitäten geplant: 1. Diagnose von Projektteilnehmern (IPD), 2. Ausbildung, 3. einmalige Mittel für Unternehmensgründungen, 4. Erstattung von Ausrüstungskosten oder Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes Das Projekt übernimmt einen Indikator für die Beschäftigungseffizienz der Zielgruppe des Projekts auf der Ebene von mindestens 50 % – 48 Personen (17K, 31M) – wird bis zu drei Monate nach Ende der Projektteilnahme gemessen. Der Indikator für die Beschäftigungsleistung umfasst nicht diejenigen, die einmalige Start-up-Mittel erhalten haben. Bei dem Projekt werden die Politiken und Grundsätze der Gemeinschaft (einschließlich der Chancengleichheit und der Nichtdiskriminierungspolitik und des Konzepts der nachhaltigen Entwicklung) sowie die Rechtsvorschriften der Gemeinschaft und der Mitgliedstaaten berücksichtigt.
