Cele szczegółowe: -aktywizacja zawod. rozumiana jako doprowadzenie do zatrudnienia 45% osób bezr. w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, os. z niepełnospr., os. dług. bezr., os. z niskimi kwal. do poziomu ISCED 3, imigranci, reemigranci) oraz 60% pozost. osób nienależących do ww. grup (dot.ucz., którzy zakończyli udział w proj. nie wliczając ucz., kt. podjęli samozatrudn. dzięki wypłaconym w proj.środkom na podj. działaln. gosp./); -poprawa zdolności do zatrudn. uczestn. proj. Specific objectives: —activation. understood as bringing 45 % of unemployed people to the most difficult situations (persons aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities), and 60 % of people who do not belong to the above groups (students to the level of ISCED 3, immigrants, reemigrants) and 60 % of those who did not belong to the above mentioned groups (students, who have completed their participation in the above-mentioned groups). —improvement of the employability of participants. Actions: — Diagnosis of Participant Project (IPD) for 253 people; —individual training for 55 persons; —organisation of internships for 57 people. ; —department. related to one-time appropriations for the subdivision of the department for 114 persons; —participation of employment in the framework of the reimbursement of costs equip. or retrofit. work condition for 27 persons. 100 % of the participants will be subject to work or professional advice. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter les chances de prendre des ennuis. 253 (159K,94M) personnes appartenant au groupe cible. Objectifs spécifiques: — activation de la profession. comprise comme apportant à l’emploi 45 % des personnes les plus vulnérables (personne âgée de 50 ans et plus, femmes, personnes à temps partiel, dettes pers., personnes ayant un quart faible au niveau CITE 3, immigrés, réémigrants) et 60 % des non-membres (études, qui ont terminé leur participation au projet, à l’exclusion de l’enseignant, qui ont des difficultés d’autodifficulté grâce aux mesures versées dans le projet pour l’action. —améliorer la capacité de participer au projet. Actions: —diagnostic de la participation au projet (DPI) pour 253 personnes; —offrir des formations individuelles à 55 personnes; organisation de stages pour 57 personnes. —ministère. se rapportant aux fonds ponctuels de la sous-section. gosp. pour 114 personnes; —participation avec la difficulté de participer au remboursement des frais, de l’équipement ou de la rénovation. état de travail pour 27 personnes. 100 % des participants seront employés ou conseilleront la profession. Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Chancen auf Schwierigkeiten zu erhöhen. 253 (159K,94M) Personen der Zielgruppe. Spezifische Ziele: — Aktivierung des Berufes, d. h. 45 % der am stärksten gefährdeten Personen (Personen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Personen mit Teilzeitbeschäftigten, Pers. Schulden, Personen mit niedrigem Viertel bis ISCED-Stufe 3, Zuwanderer, Wiedereinwanderer) und 60 % der Nichtmitglieder (Studien, die ihre Teilnahme am Projekt abgeschlossen haben, ohne den Lehrer, die dank der im Rahmen des Projekts für die Maßnahme gezahlten Maßnahmen selbstschwierig sind). —Verbesserung der Fähigkeit, am Projekt teilzunehmen. Maßnahmen: —Diagnose der Beteiligung am Projekt (IPD) für 253 Personen; Bereitstellung individueller Schulungen für 55 Personen; Organisation von Praktika für 57 Personen. —Abteilung. bezogen auf die einmaligen Mittel des Unterabschnitts. gosp. für 114 Personen; —Beteiligung mit der Schwierigkeit, an der Kostenerstattung teilzunehmen, Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung. Arbeitszustand für 27 Personen. 100 % der Teilnehmer werden beschäftigt oder beraten den Beruf. Im Rahmen des Projekts gezahlte Zulagen (Schul- und Praktikumsstipendien, Erstattung von Reisekosten für Praktika), Höhe einer einmaligen Maßnahme in der Rubrik. (Ausrüstung) Der Status der Arbeit entspricht den Sätzen des Ergebnisses aus dem Absatz über die Beförderung.(...). Die Kosten für die Organisation der Schulungen entsprechen den Marktpreisen. Der Haupteffekt des Projekts wird darin bestehen, dass die Teilnehmer eine schwierige Zeit für mindestens einen Arbeitsplatz aufnehmen und aufrecht erhalten.
