Realizacja projektu zakłada wprowadzenie do działalności przedsiębiorstwa Orplast rozwiązań ekoefektywnych, poprzez rozbudowę infrastruktury i unowocześnienie składników majątku trwałego. Poprawa ekoefektywnosci zostanie osiągnięta dzięki redukcji w procesach produkcyjnych: • materiałochłonności, • transportochłonności, • energochłonności, Realizacja projektu zakłada zakup środków trwałych, które będą kompleksowo zintegrowane z procesem produkcyjnym: • system transportu automatycznego typu AGV, • roboty trawersowe montowane na obecnych maszynach produkcyjnych. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie m.in.: • redukcja odpadów produkcyjnych, • optymalizacja tras transportu obsługującego proces produkcyjny, w wyniku których nastąpi redukcja transportochłonności i energochłonności, • zmniejszenie ilości emitowanych szkodliwych substancji do środowiska, • większa wydajność produkcji, przy pomocy tych samych zasobów technicznych poprzez optymalizację występowania przerw produkcyjnych. The implementation of the project assumes the introduction of eco-efficiency solutions to Orplast’s operations through the development of infrastructure and modernisation of fixed assets. Improvements in eco-efficiency will be achieved through reductions in production processes: • Material intensity, • transport intensity, • energy intensity, project implementation assumes the purchase of fixed assets, which will be comprehensively integrated with the production process: • Automatic transport system AGV, • traverse robots mounted on current production machines. The result of the project will be, among others: • reduction of production waste, • optimisation of transport routes serving the production process, resulting in reduction of transport intensity and energy intensity, • reduction of the amount of harmful substances emitted to the environment, • higher production efficiency, using the same technical resources by optimising the occurrence of production breaks. La mise en œuvre du projet implique l’introduction de solutions éco-efficaces dans les opérations d’ORPLAST, par le développement d’infrastructures et la modernisation des immobilisations. Des améliorations de l’éco-efficacité seront réalisées grâce à des réductions des processus de production: • intensité matérielle, • intensité de transport, • intensité énergétique, La mise en œuvre du projet implique l’achat d’actifs fixes, qui seront intégrés de manière complète dans le processus de production: • Système de transport automatique AGV, • robots de traversée montés sur des machines de production actuelles. Le résultat du projet sera, entre autres: • réduction des déchets de production, • optimisation des voies de transport au service du processus de production, entraînant une réduction de l’intensité du transport et de l’intensité énergétique, • réduction de la quantité de substances nocives émises dans l’environnement, • amélioration de l’efficacité de la production, en utilisant les mêmes ressources techniques en optimisant la fréquence des interruptions de production. Die Umsetzung des Projekts beinhaltet die Einführung ökoeffizienter Lösungen in den Betrieb von ORPLAST durch den Ausbau der Infrastruktur und die Modernisierung von Anlagegütern. Verbesserungen der Ökoeffizienz werden durch Verringerung der Produktionsprozesse erreicht: • materielle Intensität, • Verkehrsintensität, • Energieintensität, Die Durchführung des Projekts beinhaltet den Erwerb von Anlagegütern, die umfassend in den Produktionsprozess integriert werden: • AGV automatisches Transportsystem, • Querroboter auf aktuellen Produktionsmaschinen montiert. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird unter anderem sein: • Reduzierung von Produktionsabfällen, • Optimierung der Transportwege, die dem Produktionsprozess dienen, was zu einer Verringerung der Transportintensität und der Energieintensität führt, • Verringerung der Menge der in die Umwelt emittierten Schadstoffe, • Steigerung der Produktionseffizienz, Nutzung der gleichen technischen Ressourcen durch Optimierung des Auftretens von Produktionsunterbrechungen.
