Celem niniejszego projektu jest zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, które przyczynią się do poszerzenia wachlarza oferowanych przez Spółkę Assistech produktów. Nabyte WNiP pozwolą oferować na rynku nowe produkty odpowiadające na zdefiniowane potrzeby użytkowników w warunkach domowych jak i szpitalnych oraz naukowych. W efekcie nastąpi umiędzynarodowienie Spółki m.in. poprzez rozszerzenie działalności na nowe rynki tj. arabski, rosyjski czy amerykański. Projekt wpisuje się w Inteligentne Specjalizacje Pomorza: ISP 4 – Technologie medyczne w zakresie chorób cywilizacyjnych i okresu starzenia. Spełnia także założenia dla ISP 2 – Technologie interaktywne w środowisku nasyconym informacyjnie. (Polish)

The aim of this project is to purchase intangible and legal assets, which will contribute to broadening the range of products offered by Assistech. The acquired WNiP will allow to offer on the market new products that meet the defined needs of users at home, hospital and scientific conditions. As a result, the Company will internationalise, among others, by expanding its operations to new markets, i.e. Arabic, Russian or American. The project fits into Intelligent Specialisations of Pomerania: ISP 4 – Medical technologies in the field of civilisation diseases and ageing. It also meets the assumptions for ISP 2 – interactive technologies in an information saturated environment. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’acheter des actifs incorporels qui contribueront à élargir la gamme de produits offerts par Assistech. Le MSI acquis permettra d’offrir de nouveaux produits sur le marché pour répondre aux besoins définis des utilisateurs à domicile, à l’hôpital et dans les conditions scientifiques. En conséquence, la Société sera internationalisée en étendant ses activités à de nouveaux marchés, à savoir l’arabe, le russe ou l’américain. Le projet s’inscrit dans le cadre des Smart Specializations of Pomerania: ISP 4 — Technologies médicales dans le domaine des maladies de la civilisation et du vieillissement. Il répond également aux hypothèses relatives au FSI 2 — Technologies interactives dans un environnement riche en informations. (French)

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, immaterielle Vermögenswerte zu erwerben, die dazu beitragen, die Produktpalette von Assistech zu erweitern. Das erworbene MSI wird es ermöglichen, neue Produkte auf dem Markt anzubieten, um den definierten Bedürfnissen der Nutzer zu Hause, Krankenhaus und wissenschaftlichen Bedingungen gerecht zu werden. Dadurch wird das Unternehmen durch den Ausbau seiner Geschäftstätigkeit auf neue Märkte, d. h. arabische, russische oder amerikanische Märkte, internationalisiert. Das Projekt ist Teil der intelligenten Spezialisierung Pommerns: ISP 4 – Medizinische Technologien im Bereich Zivilisationskrankheiten und Alterung. Sie erfüllt auch die Annahmen für ISP 2 – Interaktive Technologien in einem informativ gesättigten Umfeld. (German)
