Projekt skierowany do 33 K i 44 M (77 UP), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. ze względu na niepełnosprawność, będących UP PO Pomoc Żywnościowa, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu słupskiego, chojnickiego lub bytowskiego oraz miasta Słupsk. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości dział. na rzecz zwiększenia zatrudnienia osób dotkniętych i/lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ., poprzez wdrażanie kompleksowych progr. aktywizacji społeczno – zawodowej, w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegr. stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdego uczestnika wsparcia. Cele szczeg. przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 35% uczestników projektu. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jest w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesięcy, zatrudnienia os. zagr. ubóstwem i wyklucz. społ. ; - Aktywizacja społeczna 90% uczestników projektu; - Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu; Działania: - Diagnoza potrzeb uczestników projektu: określenie ścieżki zawodowej (IPD, analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji oraz preferencji i problemów zawodowych - zajęcia indywidualne z psychologiem, doradcą zawodowym, pośrednikiem pracy oraz poradnictwo prawne; - Przygotowanie oraz przeprowadzenie warsztatów kształtujących umiejętności osobiste i społeczne, zdolność radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, wykorzystujących animację społeczną, nastawionych na rozwój oraz ukierunkowanie zainteresowań i aspiracji edukacyjnych; - Działania służące zdobyciu kwalifikacji zawodowych wymaganych przez pracodawców oraz zgodnych z predyspozycjami i preferencjami uczestników projektu (kursy/szkolenia zawodowe); - Działania służące zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego wymaganego przez pracodawców (5 miesięczne płatne staże zawodowe) oraz działania związane z zatrudnieniem uczestników projektu; Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jego uczestnikom jest podjęcie i utrzymanie przez nich pracy przez co najmniej 3 miesiące. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the department to increase employment of people affected and/or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, through the implementation of comprehensive thresholds of social and professional activation, based on a reintegration path. created individually for each participant in the support. Objectives of the project: — Professional activation of at least 35 % of project participants. Professional activation is understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, of employment of people living in poverty and exclusion. ; — Social activation 90 % of project participants; — Increasing the employability of project participants; Actions: — Diagnosis of the needs of project participants: identification of professional pathways (IPD, skills analysis, predispositions and professional preferences and problems – individual activities with psychologist, professional counselor, job intermediary and legal counselling); — Preparation and conduct of workshops shaping personal and social skills, ability to cope with stress and active job search, using social animation, focused on development and targeting educational interests and aspirations; — Measures aimed at obtaining professional qualifications required by employers and consistent with the predispositions and preferences of project participants (training/training); — Measures aimed at gaining the professional experience required by employers (5 months paid internships) and activities related to the employment of project participants; The most important effect the project is to give to its participants is to take up and maintain their work for at least 3 months. Projet adressé à 33 K et 44 M (77 UP), menacé de pauvreté ou de saignement social en raison d’un handicap, qui sont OP Food Aid UP, résidant dans les districts de Słupsk, Czjnicki ou Bytowskie et la ville de Słupsk. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’unité afin d’accroître l’emploi des personnes touchées et/ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale, par la mise en œuvre de seuils d’activation socioprofessionnels complets, sur la base d’un parcours de réinsertion créé pour chaque participant à l’aide. Objectifs spécifiques du projet: — Activation professionnelle d’au moins 35 % des participants au projet. L’activation professionnelle est comprise dans le projet comme la réalisation d’emplois durables, c’est-à-dire d’une durée d’au moins trois mois, de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. — Activation sociale de 90 % des participants au projet; — Accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet; Actions: — Diagnostic des besoins des participants au projet: identification du parcours professionnel (DPI, analyse des compétences, prédisposition, préférences et problèmes — cours individuels avec un psychologue, conseiller professionnel, intermédiaire d’emploi et conseil juridique; — La préparation et la tenue d’ateliers de formation aux compétences personnelles et sociales, à la capacité de faire face au stress et à la recherche active d’un emploi, en utilisant l’animation sociale, des intérêts et aspirations éducatifs orientés vers le développement et orientés vers le développement; — Activités visant à obtenir les qualifications professionnelles requises par les employeurs et conformément aux prédispositions et aux préférences des participants au projet (cours/formation professionnels); — Les activités visant à acquérir l’expérience professionnelle requise par les employeurs (5 mois de stages professionnels rémunérés) et les activités liées à l’emploi des participants au projet; L’effet le plus important que le projet vise à donner à ses participants est de reprendre et de maintenir leur travail pendant au moins 3 mois. Projekt an 33 K und 44 M (77 UP), das von Armut oder blutender Gesellschaft aufgrund von Behinderung bedroht ist, bei denen es sich um OP Food Aid UP handelt, die in den Bezirken Słupsk, Czjnicki oder Bytowskie und der Stadt Słupsk wohnhaft sind. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualität des Referats zu verbessern, um die Beschäftigung der von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten und/oder von Armut bedrohten Menschen zu erhöhen, indem umfassende sozioökonomische Aktivierungsschwellen eingeführt werden, die auf einem Wiedereingliederungspfad basieren, der für jeden Teilnehmer an der Unterstützung geschaffen wurde. Spezifische Ziele des Projekts: — Berufliche Aktivierung von mindestens 35 % der Projektteilnehmer. Berufliche Aktivierung wird im Projekt als nachhaltige Beschäftigung, d. h. mindestens drei Monate dauernd, von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung verstanden. — Soziale Aktivierung von 90 % der Projektteilnehmer; — Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer; Maßnahmen: — Diagnose der Bedürfnisse der Projektteilnehmer: Ermittlung des Berufswegs (IPD, Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition, Präferenzen und Probleme – individuelle Klassen mit Psychologen, Berufsberater, Arbeitsvermittlung und Rechtsberatung; Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops zur Gestaltung persönlicher und sozialer Kompetenzen, der Fähigkeit, Stress und aktive Arbeitssuche zu bewältigen, unter Verwendung sozialer Animation, entwicklungsorientierter und orientierter Bildungsinteressen und -bestrebungen; — Maßnahmen, die darauf abzielen, die von den Arbeitgebern geforderten beruflichen Qualifikationen zu erwerben, und entsprechend den Prädispositionen und Präferenzen der Projektteilnehmer (berufliche Kurse/Ausbildung); — Tätigkeiten zum Erwerb der von Arbeitgebern geforderten Berufserfahrung (5 Monate bezahlte berufliche Praktika) und Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Beschäftigung von Projektteilnehmern; Der wichtigste Effekt, den das Projekt seinen Teilnehmern geben soll, ist die Aufnahme und Aufrechterhaltung ihrer Arbeit für mindestens drei Monate.
