POWIAT JAROSŁAWSKI/CENTRUM KSZTAŁCENIA ZAWODOWEGO I USTAWICZNEGO W JAROSŁAWIU

Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w CKP w Jarosławiu (pow. Jarosławski), w tym wzmocnienie bazy edukacyjnej, dostosowanie oferty edukacyjnej do potrzeb regionalnego i lokalnego rynku pracy dla 240 uczniów oraz podniesienie kompetencji 24 nauczycieli (M) do 30.09.2015 r., co w dalszym okresie czasu umożliwi łatwiejsze przechodzenie młodzieży z etapu edukacji do sfery zawodowej. Grupę docelową stanowią: 1. Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego [CKP] w Jarosławiu (plac syst. ośw prow kszt zawod), 2. 24 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego i praktycznej nauki zawodu (24 M) zatrudnionych w CKP oraz 3. 240 uczniów kształcących się w CKP (240 M). Najważniejsze zadania w projekcie to: 1. Studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli z zakresu Mechatronika i programowanie obrabiarek CNC w procesach wytwórczych 2. Szkolenia i kursy dla nauczycieli z zakresu związanego z nauczanym zawodem oraz 3. z zakresu związanego z zawodem planowanym do wprowadzenia; 4. Realizacja staży i praktyk dla uczniów CKP, 5. Szkolenia i kursy dla uczniów; 6. Doposażenie pracowni oraz 7. realizacja wycieczek do przedsiębiorców. Najważniejszymi rezultatami projektu będą: nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji do nauki planowanych do wprowadzenia zawodów w placówce oraz podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli w ramach nauczanych już zawodów jak również doposażenie szkoły w samochód do nauki jazdy. Pozostałe rezultaty to zwiększenie szans uczniów na rynku pracy poprzez udział w szkoleniach i kursach, stażach i praktykach w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy (lokalnym i regionalnym). Wszystkie opisane wyżej formy wsparcia zastosowanie w projekcie wynikają z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania CKP. Diagnoza została przygotowana przez placówkęi zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący przed dnim złożenia wniosku. Wniosek zawiera konkluzje z ww diagnozy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of education at the CKP in Jarosław (POW. Jarosławski), including strengthening the educational base, adapting the educational offer to the needs of the regional and local labour market for 240 pupils and raising the competences of 24 teachers (M) by 30.09.2015, which will enable young people to move from education to the professional sphere more easily. The target group shall be: 1. Centre of Practical Training [CKP] in Jaroslaw (Syst. prow occupation), 2. 24 vocational training and practical training teachers (24 M) employed in CKP and 3. 240 students enrolled in CKP (240 M). The most important tasks in the project are: 1. Postgraduate studies for teachers in the field of Mechatronics and programming of CNC machine tools in manufacturing processes 2. Training and courses for teachers in the field of professions taught and 3. in the field of professions planned to be introduced; 4. Implementation of internships and apprenticeships for CKP students, 5. Training and courses for pupils; 6. Retrofitting of the workshop and 7. implementation of trips to entrepreneurs. The most important results of the project will be: acquisition of qualifications and competences to learn planned to introduce professions in the institution and improve the competence of teachers in the professions already taught, as well as retrofitting the school with a driving car. Other results are increasing the chances of pupils on the labour market through participation in training and courses, traineeships and apprenticeships in labour market deficits (local and regional). All the forms of support described above are based on the individually diagnosed CKP demand. The diagnosis was prepared by the establishments approved by the managing authority before the day of submission of the application. The proposal contains conclusions of the above-mentioned diagnosis. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation au CKP de Jarosław (POW. Jarosławski), y compris le renforcement de la base éducative, l’adaptation de l’offre éducative aux besoins du marché du travail régional et local de 240 étudiants, et l’amélioration des compétences de 24 enseignants (M) d’ici le 30 septembre 2015, ce qui permettra de faciliter la transition des jeunes de l’éducation à la sphère professionnelle dans une nouvelle période de temps. Le groupe cible est: 1. Le Centre d’éducation pratique [CKP] de Jarosław (situation du système d’enseignement central de la profession), 2. 24 enseignants de l’EFP (24 M) employés au CKP et 3. 240 étudiants inscrits au CKP (240 M). Les tâches les plus importantes du projet sont les suivantes: 1. Études supérieures pour enseignants en mécatronique et programmation de machines CNC dans les processus de fabrication 2. Formation et cours pour enseignants dans le domaine de la profession enseignante et 3. dans le domaine de la profession à introduire; 4. Mise en œuvre de stages et de stages pour les étudiants CKP, 5. Formation et cours pour les élèves; 6. Mise à niveau de l’atelier et 7e mise en œuvre des voyages d’entrepreneurs. Les principaux résultats du projet seront les suivants: acquisition de qualifications et de compétences pour l’apprentissage prévu pour introduire des professions dans l’institution et améliorer les compétences des enseignants dans les professions déjà enseignées, ainsi que de doter l’école d’une voiture de conduite. Les autres résultats sont l’amélioration de l’employabilité des élèves par la participation à des formations et des cours, des stages et des stages en situation de pénurie d’emplois sur le marché du travail (local et régional). Toutes les formes de soutien décrites ci-dessus dans le projet résultent de besoins de PCK individuellement diagnostiqués. Le diagnostic a été préparé par l’établissement et approuvé par l’autorité d’accueil avant la date de présentation de la demande. La proposition contient les conclusions du diagnostic ci-dessus. Ausbildung und Kurse für Lehrer im Bereich des Lehrberufs und 3. im Bereich des Berufs, der einzuführen ist; 4. Durchführung von Praktika und Praktika für CKP-Studenten, 5. Ausbildung und Kurse für Schüler; 6. Nachrüstung des Workshops und die 7. Durchführung von Reisen zu Unternehmern. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind: Erwerb von Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen für das Lernen geplant, um Berufe in der Institution einzuführen und die Kompetenzen der Lehrer in den bereits unterrichteten Berufen zu verbessern, sowie die Ausrüstung der Schule mit einem Auto. Die anderen Ergebnisse sind die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schüler durch die Teilnahme an Schulungen und Kursen, Praktika und Praktika bei Arbeitsplatzmangel auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (lokal und regional). Alle im Projekt beschriebenen Formen der Unterstützung ergeben sich aus individuell diagnostizierten CKP-Anforderungen. Die Diagnose wurde vom Betrieb erstellt und von der Aufnahmebehörde vor dem Tag der Antragstellung genehmigt. Der Vorschlag enthält die Schlussfolgerungen der oben genannten Diagnose. (German)
