Celem proj. jest Podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i społecznej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia. W projekcie weźmie udział 140os. zagr.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ. Będą to osoby uzależnione w trakcie lub absolwenci terapii w Ośrodku Monar oraz osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym z powodów innych niż uzależnienie, w tym miń.22os.niepełnosprawne. Dzięki realizacji projektu 60os. uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe, 40 os. podejmie pracę, miń.56%ucz.zwiększy kompetencje społeczne. Projekt charakteryzuje: a) indywidualne i podmiotowe podejście do uczestników poprzez wyznaczenie dla każdego Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji określającej charakter adresowanego wsparcia, przy czym uczestnik bierze aktywny udział w jej opracowywaniu i ma wpływ na charakter oferowanego wsparcia b) kompleksowość wsparcia obejmująca obszar społeczny, zawodowy, edukacyjny i osobisty c) objęcie uczestników indywidualną opieką terapeutyczną d) podejście preferujące rozwój osobisty, zwiększanie i odkrywanie własnego potencjału i atrakcyjności osobistej, interpersonalnej i społecznej zamiast ogniskowania uwagi na wyrównywaniu deficytów i braków. Udział w proj.każdego uczestnika rozpocznie się diagnozą i wspólnym z opracowaniem Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji. Projekt oferuje następujące formy wsparcia: #indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie opiekuna/ terapeuty #indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym i pośrednikiem pracy #warsztaty zwiększające kompetencje społeczne #szkolenia i kursy zawodowe zwiększające kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe #staże #zajęcia indywidualne i grupowe wyrównujące braki edukacyjne. Projekt oferuje wsparcie specjalnie zaadresowane i dopasowane do potrzeb pomijanej gr.docelowej poddających się terapii os.uzależnionych, powracających do społeczeństwa po okresie destrukcji, oraz zagr.uzależnieniem. Stowarzyszenie Monar jest organizacją wyspecjalizowaną we wsparciu tej gr.docelowej. Projekt ma pozwolić na podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez 40 uczestników przez 6mcy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of work and social participation and employability. The project will be attended by 140 people. These will be people who are addicted or graduates of therapy at the Monar Centre and people at risk of social exclusion for reasons other than addiction, including past 22persons. Thanks to the implementation of the project, 60 people will gain professional qualifications, 40 people will take up a job, past 56 % of school will increase social competence. The project is characterised by: an individual and personal approach to participants by designating for each Individual Reintegration Path defining the nature of the targeted support, whereby the participant is actively involved in its development and has an impact on the nature of the support offered (b) the comprehensiveness of the support covering the social, professional, educational and personal area (c) coverage of the participants in individual therapeutic care (d) an approach that prefers personal development, increasing and discovering one’s own potential and attractiveness to personal, interpersonal and social attention. Participation in the project of each participant will begin with a diagnosis and collaborative with the development of an Individual Reintegration Path. The project offers the following forms of support: #individual and group support of the caregiver/therapist #individual consultation with a professional adviser and intermediary #workshops increasing social competences #training and vocational courses increasing competence and professional qualifications #internships #individual and group activities to compensate for educational shortcomings. The project offers support specifically addressed and tailored to the needs of omitted gr. The Monar Association is an organisation specialised in supporting this goal. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la participation au travail, la participation sociale et l’employabilité. 140 personnes y participeront. Il s’agira de personnes à charge ou de diplômés en thérapie au Centre Monar et de personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale pour des raisons autres que la dépendance, y compris un minimum de 22 personnes handicapées. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet 60 personnes obtiendront des qualifications professionnelles, 40 personnes prendront le travail, min.56 %études. Le projet se caractérise par: a) une approche individuelle et personnelle des participants en désignant pour chaque parcours de réinsertion individuelle la nature du soutien ciblé, par lequel le participant participe activement à son développement et a une influence sur la nature du soutien offert (b) un soutien global couvrant les domaines social, professionnel, éducatif et personnel (c) l’inclusion des participants dans les soins thérapeutiques individuels (d) une approche favorisant le développement personnel, en augmentant et en découvrant leur propre potentiel et leur attractivité de leurs domaines personnels, interpersonnels et sociaux plutôt que de concentrer l’attention sur la compensation des déficits et des lacunes. La participation au projet de chaque participant débutera par un diagnostic et conjointement avec le développement du chemin individuel de réintégration. Le projet offre les formes de soutien suivantes: #indywidualne et soutien collectif d’un soignant/thérapeute n°#indywidualne consultation avec un conseiller de carrière et intermédiaire d’emploi #warsztaty augmentant les compétences sociales #szkolenia et les cours professionnels augmentant les compétences et les qualifications professionnelles #staże #zajęcia manques d’éducation individuelle et de groupe. Le projet offre un soutien spécifiquement ciblé et adapté aux besoins du jeu-cible omis qui subissent le traitement des personnes à charge, le retour dans la société après une période de destruction, ainsi que la dépendance. Ziel des Projekts ist die Erhöhung der Erwerbsbeteiligung und der sozialen Teilhabe sowie der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit. An dem Projekt beteiligen sich 140 Personen. Dabei handelt es sich um abhängige Personen oder Absolventen der Therapie im Monar-Zentrum und Personen, die aus anderen Gründen als Sucht von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, darunter mindestens 22 Menschen mit Behinderungen. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts erhalten 60 Personen Berufsqualifikationen, 40 Personen werden Arbeit aufnehmen, min.56 %Studien. Das Projekt zeichnet sich durch: a) eine individuelle und persönliche Herangehensweise an die Teilnehmer, indem er für jeden individuellen Wiedereingliederungspfad die Art der gezielten Unterstützung festlegt, wobei der Teilnehmer aktiv an seiner Entwicklung teilnimmt und Einfluss auf die Art der angebotenen Unterstützung hat (b) umfassende Unterstützung für die sozialen, beruflichen, pädagogischen und persönlichen Bereiche (c) die Einbeziehung der Teilnehmer in die individuelle therapeutische Versorgung (d) einen Ansatz, der die persönliche Entwicklung begünstigt, und ihr eigenes Potenzial und ihre Attraktivität ihrer persönlichen, zwischenmenschlichen und sozialen Bereiche erhöht und entdeckt, anstatt die Aufmerksamkeit auf den Ausgleich von Defiziten und Mängeln zu richten. Die Teilnahme am Projekt jedes Teilnehmers beginnt mit einer Diagnose und gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung des individuellen Pfades der Wiedereingliederung. Das Projekt bietet folgende Formen der Unterstützung: #indywidualne und Gruppenunterstützung einer Betreuungsperson/Therapie #indywidualne Beratung mit einem Berufsberater und Arbeitsvermittlung #warsztaty Erhöhung der sozialen Kompetenzen #szkolenia und Berufskurse zur Erhöhung der Kompetenzen und beruflichen Qualifikationen #staże #zajęcia Einzel- und Gruppenbildungslücken. Das Projekt bietet Unterstützung, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse des ausgelassenen Zielspiels zugeschnitten ist, die nach einer Zeit der Zerstörung in die Gesellschaft zurückkehren, sowie Sucht. Die Monar Association ist eine Organisation, die sich auf die Unterstützung dieses Ziels spezialisiert hat. Das Projekt soll es 40 Teilnehmern ermöglichen, eine Beschäftigung von 6 Monaten aufzunehmen und zu erhalten. (German)
