Projekt skierowany do 37 (20K,17M) osób pozostających bez pracy-os.bezrobotne oraz bierne zawodowo,(z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia)znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj.należących co najmniej do jednej z grup:os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej,z niepełnosprawnościami,długotrwale bezrobotnych,o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety,zamieszkałych zgodnie z KC na terenie woj pomorskiego w powiecie człuchowskim na obszarze o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia na podstawie wykazu obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia w woj. pomorskim.Proj.skierow.jest wyłącznie do os.,które bez udziału w nim mają najmniejszą szansę na pokonanie swoich problemów. Celem proj.jest podniesienie zdolności do trwałego wejścia lub powrotu na rynek pracy 37os.(20K,17M)pozostających bez pracy poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie szkoleniowe,doradcze,jednorazowe dotacje inwestycyjne i wsparcie pomostowe. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1.Nabycie wiedzy i podniesienie zdolności uczestników projektu (UP) do podjęcia działalności gosp. 2.Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej UP. Działania: 1.Wsparcie umożliwiające uzyskanie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do podjęcia i prowadzenia dział.gosp.dla 37UP (20K,17M):zaj.aktywizacyjne,w tym diagnoza potrzeb szkol.UP,warsztaty komputerowe dla 5UP,IPD dla UP,przeprowadzenie szkoleń ABC przedsiębiorczości,Indywidualne doradztwo biznesowe dla UP przed założeniem działalności gospodarczej. 2. Wsparcie finansowe na podjęcie działalności gosp. w formie jednorazowej dotacji inwestycyjnej dla 30 UP. 3. Wsparcie pomostowe-podstawowe dla 30 UP i przedłużone dla 10 UP oraz szkolenia i doradztwo specjalistyczne indywidualne wg potrzeb UP. Najważniejszym efektem proj.jest utworzenie 30 nowych mikroprzeds.,prowadzenie ich przez m.in.12 m-cy,zwiększenie ich trwałości poprzez wsparcie pomostowe (szkol.i doradztwo specjalistyczne po zał.dział.gosp.,przedłużone wsparcie pomostowe)oraz utworzenie w jednym z nich miejsca pracy.Na rynek pracy powróci 31 os. Project addressed to 37 (20K,17M) unemployed and inactive persons (excluding persons before the age of 30) who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. belonging to at least one of the groups:persons at the age of 50 years and more, with disabilities, long-term unemployed, with low qualifications, women living in accordance with KC in the area of Pomerania. The aim of the project is to increase the capacity to enter or re-enter the labour market permanently.(20K,17M) remaining unemployed through comprehensive training, advisory, one-off investment grants and bridging support. Specific objectives of the project: 1.Acquirement of knowledge and improvement of the ability of project participants (UPs) to undertake operations of gosp. 2.Increasing professional activity of UP. Actions: 1.Support to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to take up and run a department.gosp. for 37UP (20K,17M): activating, including the diagnosis of school needs.UP,computer workshops for 5UP,IPD for UP, conduct ABC entrepreneurship trainings,Individual business advice for UP before establishing a business activity. 2. Financial support for the commencement of operations in the form of a one-off investment grant for 30 UP. 3. Bridge support-basic support for 30 UP and extended for 10 UP as well as individual training and advice according to the needs of UP. The most important result of the project is the creation of 30 new micro-businesses, leading them by e.g. 12 m, increasing their durability through bridge support (training and specialist advice after the division, extended bridging support) and creating jobs in one of them. Le projet s’adresse à 37 chômeurs et inactifs (à l’exclusion des personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans) qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire qui sont au moins l’une des personnes suivantes: 50 ans et plus, handicapés, chômeurs de longue durée, peu qualifiés, femmes, résidant dans la voïvodie de Poméranie, dans le district de Manchuvsk, dans une zone où les taux de chômage sont élevés sur la base de la liste des régions où les taux de chômage sont élevés dans la voïvodie de Poméranie.Proj.skierow.est exclusivement pour ceux qui n’y participent pas ont le moins de chances de surmonter leurs problèmes. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la capacité d’entrer sur le marché du travail ou de le réintégrer sur le marché du travail pour 37 personnes (20 000,17 millions d’euros) qui restent au chômage grâce à un soutien complet à la formation, à des conseils, à des subventions à l’investissement ponctuelles et à un soutien de transition. Objectifs spécifiques du projet: 1. L ' acquisition de connaissances et l ' amélioration de la capacité des participants au projet (UP) d ' entreprendre les activités du Programme. 2.Accroître l’activité professionnelle de UP. Actions: 1.Support permettant d’obtenir les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour prendre et gérer le département.gosp.for 37UP (20K,17M): activation, y compris le diagnostic des besoins scolaires.UP, atelier informatique pour 5UP, IPD pour UP, fournissant des formations ABC à l’entrepreneuriat, Conseil individuel d’affaires pour UP avant de démarrer une entreprise. 2. Soutien financier à la création d’entreprises sous la forme d’une subvention à l’investissement ponctuelle pour 30 UP. 3. Support de base de pont pour 30 UP et prolongé pour 10 UP ainsi que formation individuelle et conseils en fonction des besoins de l’UP. L’effet le plus important du projet est la création de 30 nouvelles micro-entreprises, qui les mènent, entre autres, à 12 m, en augmentant leur durabilité grâce à un soutien de transition (formation et consultation spécialisée après la section.gosp., soutien aux ponts étendus) et à la création d’un lieu de travail dans l’une d’entre elles.31 personnes retourneront sur le marché du travail. Das Projekt richtete sich an 37 (20K,17M) Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige (mit Ausnahme derjenigen vor 30 Jahren), die sich in einer besonders gefährdeten Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt befinden, d. h. die mindestens eines der folgenden Personen haben: 50 Jahre und älter, mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslosen, Geringqualifizierten, Frauen, die in der Woiwodschaft Pommerschen im Bezirk Manchuvsk wohnen, in einem Gebiet mit hohen Arbeitslosenquoten auf der Grundlage der Liste der Gebiete mit hohen Arbeitslosenquoten in der Woiwodschaft Pommern.Proj.skierow.ist ausschließlich für diejenigen, die nicht daran teilnehmen, die geringsten Chancen, ihre Probleme zu überwinden. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Fähigkeit zum Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt oder zur Wiedereinführung in den Arbeitsmarkt für 37 Personen (20K,17M) zu erhöhen, die durch umfassende Ausbildungsförderung, Beratung, einmalige Investitionszuschüsse und Überbrückungsunterstützung arbeitslos sind. Spezifische Ziele des Projekts: 1. Erwerb von Wissen und Verbesserung der Fähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer, GOSP-Aktivitäten aufzunehmen. 2.Erhöhung der beruflichen Tätigkeit von UP. Maßnahmen: 1.Support, das Erlangen der Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten, die erforderlich sind, um die Abteilung.gosp.für 37UP (20K,17M): Aktivierung, einschließlich Diagnose der Schulbedürfnisse.UP, Computer-Workshop für 5UP, IPD für UP, bieten ABC Entrepreneurship-Schulungen, individuelle Unternehmensberatung für UP vor dem Start eines Unternehmens. 2. Finanzielle Unterstützung für Unternehmensgründungen in Form eines einmaligen Investitionszuschusses für 30 UP. 3. Bridge-Base-Unterstützung für 30 UP und erweitert für 10 UP sowie individuelle Schulungen und Beratung nach UP-Anforderungen. Der wichtigste Effekt des Projekts ist die Gründung von 30 neuen Kleinstunternehmen, die sie u. a. durch 12 m führen und ihre Haltbarkeit durch Überbrückung (Ausbildung und Fachberatung nach dem Abschnitt.gosp., erweiterte Brückenunterstützung) und die Schaffung eines Arbeitsplatzes in einem von ihnen erhöhen.31 Menschen werden wieder auf den Arbeitsmarkt zurückkehren.
