AS REQUESTED BY THE FSE NOTICE 10862 OF 16092016 OUR PROJECT AIMS TO PROMOTE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPORT INTERVENTIONS FOR STUDENTS CHARACTERISED BY PARTICULAR FRAGILITIES INCLUDING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN ORDER TO REDUCE EARLY EDUCATIONAL FAILURE AND EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING. IT IS ALSO A MATTER OF INCREASING THE SENSE OF BELONGING TO THE INSTITUTE TO MAKE EXPLICIT THE PARTICULAR ATTENTION THAT EACH PUPIL RECEIVES IN TEACHING AND TRAINING WITH PROPOSALS THAT ACTIVATE THE SPIRIT OF INITIATIVE OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND ENHANCE THEIR ABILITY TO IMPLEMENT AN EFFECTIVE COOPERATIVE LEARNING TO SEEK THEIR OWN STYLE OF LEARNING AND SPIRIT OF INITIATIVE. IN OUR INSTITUTE ARE ALREADY IN PLACE SOME TRAINING PROPOSALS THAT FIT INTO THESE OBJECTIVES SEE REFERENCES TO THE POFT HOWEVER THE PROJECT WILL ALLOW A GREATER INVESTMENT OF RESOURCES WITH MEASURABLE RESULTS THAT SHOULD GIVE CONCRETE EVIDENCE OF THE POSITIVE EFFECTS OF SULLIN INTERVENTIONS (English)
