Głównym celem projektu pn.„Rozwój infrastruktury przedszkolnej w gminie Kolbuszowa” jest poprawa dostępności dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym do infrastruktury edukacyjnej na poziomie edukacji przedszkolnej oraz poprawa warunków i jakości kształcenia w Przedszkolu Publicznym w Weryni, poprzez budowę nowego przedszkola oraz zakup wyposażenia do IV kwartału 2016r. Wnioskowana inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na terenie województwa podkarpackiego, powiat kolbuszowski, gmina Kolbuszowa, wieś Werynia (powiat kolbuszowski jest preferowany terytorialnie w przedmiotowym konkursie). Cele szczegółowe: -kreowanie warunków sprzyjających kształtowaniu u dzieci postaw, służących rozwojowi kreatywności i innowacyjności, nowoczesnego nauczania przedszkolnego, -zwiększenie szans dzieci na udział w edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez wzrost miejsc przedszkolnych w nowopowstałej infrastrukturze edukacyjnej, -zwiększenie dostępu osobom (dzieciom) niepełnosprawnym do infrastruktury przedszkolnej. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi -budowa 1 budynku na potrzeby Przedszkola Publicznego w Weryni -objęcie wsparciem 40 dzieci w nowym przedszkolu -zakup 1 kompletu/ zestawu multimedialnego do nowobudowanego przedszkola Mierzalne efekty projektu zostaną osiągnięte do końca IV kwartału 2016r. Zakres rzeczowy/ przedmiot realizowanej inwestycji: Projekt obejmuje zadania inwestycyjne polegające na budowie nowego obiektu Publicznego w Weryni, zlokalizowanego przy Szkole Podstawowej w Weryni, oraz zakup wyposażenia (sprzęt ICT oraz materiały dydaktyczne). Wnioskodawca nie przewiduje wydatków kwalifikowalnych na działania mające wpływ na poprawę efektywności energetycznej. Gmina Kolbuszowa, będąca Wnioskodawcą, zaplanowała następujące kategorie interwencji: roboty budowlane, dostawy oraz usługi, tj.: -roboty budowlane dotyczące budowy nowego obiektu Publicznego Przedszkola w Weryni -zakup wyposażenia na potrzeby przedszkola -usługa promocja projektu. The main objective of the project entitled “Development of preschool infrastructure in the municipality of Kolbuszowa” is to improve the availability of pre-school children to educational infrastructure at the level of pre-school education and to improve the conditions and quality of education in the Public Preschool in Verin, by building a new kindergarten and purchasing equipment until the fourth quarter of 2016. The proposed investment is located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Kolbuszów County, Kolbuszowa commune, Werynia village (Colbusz County is territorially preferred in this competition). Specific objectives: —Creating conditions conducive to forming attitudes in children, aimed at developing creativity and innovation, modern pre-school education, -increasing the chances of children to participate in pre-school education by increasing pre-school facilities in the newly created educational infrastructure, -increasing access to pre-school infrastructure for people (children) with disabilities. As a result of the project, the construction of 1 building for the needs of the Public Preschool in Werynia – covering the support of 40 children in the new kindergarten -purchase of 1 set/multimedia set for the newly built kindergarten The project’s effects will be achieved by the end of the fourth quarter of 2016. Material scope/subject of the investment: The project includes investment tasks consisting of the construction of a new public facility in Werynia, located at the Primary School in Verin, as well as the purchase of equipment (ICT equipment and teaching materials). The applicant does not foresee eligible expenditure for actions with an impact on energy efficiency improvements. The Municipality of Kolbuszowa, the Applicant, has planned the following categories of intervention: works, supplies and services, i.e.: —construction works related to the construction of a new public kindergarten facility in Weryn -purchase of equipment for the needs of kindergarten -promotion service. L’objectif principal du projet intitulé «Développement des infrastructures préscolaires dans la municipalité de Kolbuszowa» est d’améliorer l’accessibilité des enfants d’âge préscolaire aux infrastructures éducatives au niveau de l’enseignement préscolaire et d’améliorer les conditions et la qualité de l’éducation dans la maternelle publique de Werynia, par la construction d’une nouvelle maternelle et l’achat d’équipements jusqu’au quatrième trimestre de 2016. L’investissement proposé est situé dans la voïvodie de Podkarpackie, district de Kolbuszowski, commune de Kolbuszowa, village de Werynia (le comté de Kolbuszowski est préféré territorialement dans cette compétition). Objectifs spécifiques: créer des conditions propices au développement des attitudes des enfants, au développement de la créativité et de l’innovation, à l’enseignement préprimaire moderne, à l’augmentation des chances des enfants de participer à l’éducation préscolaire en augmentant les places préscolaires dans les infrastructures éducatives nouvellement créées et en améliorant l’accès des personnes (enfants) handicapées à l’infrastructure préscolaire. Le projet aboutira à la construction d’un bâtiment pour la maternelle publique à Weryni — le soutien de 40 enfants dans la nouvelle maternelle — l’achat d’un ensemble/kit multimédia pour la maternelle nouvellement construite Les effets de mesure du projet seront réalisés d’ici la fin du quatrième trimestre 2016. Champ d’application matériel/objet de l’investissement: Le projet comprend des tâches d’investissement, à savoir la construction d’une nouvelle installation publique à Werynia, située à l’école primaire de Weryni, et l’achat d’équipements (équipements TIC et matériel didactique). Le demandeur ne prévoit pas de dépenses éligibles pour des actions visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique. La municipalité requérante de Kolbuszowa a prévu les catégories d’intervention suivantes: travaux, fournitures et services, c’est-à-dire: travaux de construction pour la construction d’une nouvelle garderie publique à Weryni — achat d’équipement pour la maternelle — service de promotion du projet. Hauptziel des Projekts „Entwicklung der Vorschulinfrastruktur in der Gemeinde Kolbuszowa“ ist die Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit von Vorschulkindern zur Bildungsinfrastruktur auf der Ebene der Vorschulbildung und die Verbesserung der Bedingungen und Qualität der Bildung im öffentlichen Kindergarten in Werynia durch den Bau eines neuen Kindergartens und den Kauf von Ausrüstung bis zum vierten Quartal 2016. Die geplante Investition befindet sich in der Woiwodschaft Podkarpackie, Bezirk Kolbuszowski, Gemeinde Kolbuszowa, Dorf Werynia (Kolbuszowski wird in diesem Wettbewerb bevorzugt). Spezifische Ziele: Schaffung von Bedingungen für die Entwicklung der Einstellung von Kindern, für die Entwicklung von Kreativität und Innovation, eine moderne Vorschulerziehung, die Erhöhung der Chancen für Kinder, an der Vorschulbildung teilzunehmen, indem die Vorschulplätze in neu eingerichteten Bildungsinfrastrukturen erhöht werden und der Zugang zu Vorschulinfrastrukturen für Menschen mit Behinderungen verbessert wird. Das Projekt wird zum Bau eines Gebäudes für den öffentlichen Kindergarten in Weryni führen – die Unterstützung von 40 Kindern im neuen Kindergarten – der Kauf von 1 Set/Multimedia-Kit für den neu errichteten Kindergarten Messeffekte des Projekts wird bis Ende des vierten Quartals 2016 erreicht. Sachlicher Anwendungsbereich/der Gegenstand der Investition: Das Projekt umfasst Investitionsaufgaben, die den Bau einer neuen öffentlichen Einrichtung in Werynia an der Grundschule Weryni sowie den Kauf von Ausrüstung (IKT-Ausrüstung und Lehrmaterial) umfassen. Der Antragsteller sieht keine förderfähigen Ausgaben für Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz vor. Die antragstellende Gemeinde Kolbuszowa plante folgende Interventionskategorien: Bauleistungen, Lieferungen und Dienstleistungen, d. h.: Bauarbeiten für den Bau einer neuen öffentlichen Kindergartenanlage in Weryni – Kauf von Ausrüstung für Kindergarten – Projektförderungsservice.
