Celem P realizowanego w Partnerstwie jest poprawa jakości kształcenia i dopasowanie systemów kształcenia i szk. do potrzeby r. pracy w ZSO do 31.08.2020r mierzona poprzez wyniki badań wśród pracodawców lok r. pracy (poprawa o min. 1 pkt w 5-ciu st. skali w stos. do badania na początku realizacji P) -zgodnie z celem szcz. PI RPO WP. P skierowany jest do 30U (5K i 25M)i 10 naucz. zawodu(7K, 3M). Cele szcz.: 1. Dostos oferty eduZSO poprzez real certyf szk. oraz zajęć specjalist. we współp. z otoczeniem społ - gosp. dla 30 U do VII 2019r.(real w typie 2a - kursy certyf. ICT, 2b - uprawn. prawo jazdy, SEP) 2. Dostos. kwalifikacji 10 NZ ZSO do wymogów rynku pracy w formie szk. do VI 2020r. - typ2g 3. Zajęcia korekcyjno - kompensacyjne - wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych do VI.2020 (typ 2C) 4. Zwiększ szans na zatrudnienie 30 U ZSO poprzez realizację por. zaw. - edu we wspólpracy z prac. do VI 2020 - typ 2d 5. Dost. oferty kształcenia ZSO poprzez zakup nowocz. wyposażenia prac. zaw. do IX 2019 -typ2i 5. Podn. motywacji U poprzez program styp -typ 2f Cel zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację powiązanych t.działań: a) zwiększenia współpracy ZSO z prac. m. in.poprzez por. zaw. edu d) dod. zajęć specj. umożliw U i NZ uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy i umiejętności zaw., e) wsparcia U w zakresie zdobywania dod. uprawnień zwięk ich szanse na r. pracy, f) wyposażenia pracowni przedmiotów zaw. g) program styp., h)zajęcia kor. kompens. GL. diagnosed with the probation for which P responds is a misappropriation of the system of shape and glass in the CSO to the needs of the labour market. The aim of P carried out in the Partnership is to improve the quality of education and to match education and school systems to the year of work in the CSO to 31.08.2020r measured by the results of surveys among employers of the job place (improvement of at least 1 points in the 5th point of the scale to the survey at the beginning of implementation P) -in accordance with the aim. PI RPO WP. P is addressed to 30U (5K and 25M) and 10 teaching profession(7K, 3M). Objectives are to: 1. Adjust the offer of eduZSO through real certifs and specialist classes. in co-operation with the community environment – gosp. for 30 U to VII 2019 (real in type 2a – certif courses. ICT, 2b – arable driver’s license, SEP) 2. Adjustment of qualifications 10 NZ CSO to the requirements of the labour market in the form of sketches to VI 2020. — type 2 g 3. Correction and compensatory classes – equalisation of educational opportunities to VI.2020 (type 2C) 4. Increase the employability of 30 USOs through the implementation of cf. incl. — edu in cooperation with works. until VI 2020 – type 2d 5. Access to the training offer of the CSO through the purchase of modern work equipment. incl. up to IX 2019 -type2 and 5. Below motivation U through the program stype -type 2f The goal will be achieved through the implementation of related t. actions: a) to increase the cooperation of the CSO with works. e.g. by cf. incl. edu d) additional activities specialising in U and NZ gaining and supplementing knowledge and skills, including, e) U support in the field of gaining additional powers increase their chances of working, f) equipment of the workshop of subjects in g) program of type., h) Compensation cor. P provides comprehensive support type 2a-c,d,f,g,i. When the glass is completed, each UP will proceed to ex. VCC to allow validation of competences. Rez. will gain competences and qualifications incl. by 30U and 10NZ (we have diagnosed the risk that some of the learners may not complete the support), get a certificate and result in improving the quality of the education. and better alignment of the education to the needs of the labour market (effect measured by opinions of work.) La tête du probl diagnostiqué auquel P répond est l’insuffisance du système des formes et du verre dans le ZSO aux besoins du marché du travail. L’objectif de P mis en œuvre dans le cadre du partenariat est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation et d’adapter les systèmes éducatifs et les écoles aux besoins de travail dans le ZSO d’ici au 31 août 2020, mesurés par les résultats de la recherche sur le lieu de travail des employeurs (amélioration d’au moins 1 point sur 5e échelle en application de l’étude au début de la mise en œuvre de P) — conformément à l’objectif du projet. PI ROP PP. P est dirigé vers 30U (5K et 25M) et 10 apprentissages (7K, 3M). Objectifs: 1. Ajuster l’offre d’eduZSO par le biais de véritables certyf de verre et des cours spécialisés. en coopération avec les environs — gosp. pour 30 U à VII 2019 (réal dans les cours de type 2a — certyf. TIC, 2b — permis de conduire, SEP) 2. Adapter les qualifications du ZSO 10 NZ aux exigences du marché du travail sous forme de verre à VI 2020. — type2 g 3. Classes correctives et compensatoires — égalisation des possibilités d’éducation jusqu’au VI.2020 (type 2C) 4. Accroître l’employabilité 30 U ZSO en mettant en œuvre cf. — edu en coopération avec les travaux. jusqu’à VI 2020 — type 2d 5. Accès à l’offre d’éducation de la ZSO par l’achat d’équipements modernes de travaux jusqu’en septembre 2019 — type2i 5. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des actions connexes: a) accroître la coopération de la ZSO à partir des travaux, entre autres, par le biais de cf. edu d) l’ajout de classes spéciales. permettre à U et NZ d’acquérir et de compléter les connaissances et les compétences d’incl., e) U soutien dans le domaine de l’acquisition de dods. les permissions augmenteront leurs chances de travail, f) l’équipement de l’atelier d’objets en g) styp. programme., (h) cor. compensation. P fournit un support complet de type 2a-c,d,f,g,i. Une fois le verre fini, chaque UP procédera à l’exécution. VCC, qui permettra la validation des compétences. La décision sera d’obtenir des compétences et des qualifications, y compris par 30U et 10NZ (nous avons diagnostiqué des risques, et une partie de l’enseignant peut ne pas compléter l’aide), après avoir obtenu un certificat et, par conséquent, améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement et mieux adapter l’éducation aux besoins du marché du travail (effet mesuré par l’opinion du travail). Der Leiter des diagnostizierten Probl, auf das P reagiert, ist die Unzulänglichkeit des Systems von Formen und Glas im ZSO auf die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes. Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es, die Qualität der Bildung zu verbessern und die Bildungssysteme und Schulen bis zum 31. August 2020 an die Notwendigkeit der Arbeit im ZSO anzupassen, gemessen an den Ergebnissen der Forschung am Arbeitsplatz der Arbeitgeber (Verbesserung von mindestens einem Punkt im fünften Maßstab in Anwendung auf die Studie zu Beginn der Durchführung von P) – entsprechend dem Ziel des Projekts. PI ROP S. P richtet sich an 30U (5K und 25M) und 10 Lehrstellen (7K, 3M). Ziele: 1. Passen Sie das Angebot von eduZSO durch echtes Glas Certyf und Fachkurse. in Zusammenarbeit mit der Umgebung – gosp. für 30 U bis VII 2019 (echte in Typ 2a – Certyf Kurse. IKT, 2b – Führerschein, SEP) 2. Anpassung der Qualifikationen der 10 NZ ZSO an Arbeitsmarktanforderungen in Form von Glas an VI 2020. — Typ2 g 3. Korrektur- und Ausgleichsklassen – Ausgleichung der Bildungschancen bis VI.2020 (Typ 2C) 4. Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit 30 U ZSO durch Implementierung vgl. — edu in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeit. bis VI 2020 – Typ 2d 5. Zugang zum Ausbildungsangebot des ZSO durch den Kauf moderner Werkausstattung inkl. bis September 2019 – type2i 5. Das Ziel wird erreicht, indem die entsprechenden Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden: a) um die Zusammenarbeit der ZSO aus Werken zu verstärken, unter anderem durch vgl. edu d) die Ergänzung von Sonderklassen. Ermöglichen U und NZ, die Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten von inkl., e) U-Unterstützung im Bereich des Erwerbs von dod. Berechtigungen zu erwerben und zu ergänzen, wird ihre Arbeitschancen erhöhen, f) die Ausrüstung der Werkstatt von Objekten in g) styp. Programm., (h) Kor. Entschädigung. P bietet umfassende Unterstützung Typ 2a-c, d,f,g,i. Sobald das Glas fertig ist, wird jedes UP zur Ausführung gehen. VCC, die die Validierung von Kompetenzen ermöglichen wird. Die Entscheidung wird den Erwerb von Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen einschließlich 30U und 10NZ (wir diagnostiziert Risiken, und ein Teil des Lehrers kann die Unterstützung nicht abschließen), nach Erhalt eines Zertifikats und als Ergebnis, Verbesserung der Qualität der Ausbildung. und besser auf die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes abgestimmt (Effekt gemessen durch Meinungen der Arbeit).
