Celem głównym projektu jest nawiązanie współpracy z JNB w celu przeanalizowania planowanych do przeprowadzenia prac B+R związanych z utworzeniem prototypu usługi ICT oprogramowania, które w oparciu o najnowsze modele zachowania użytkowników w Internecie będzie analizować zainteresowania internautów i udostępniać spersonalizowane dla nich informacje. Ze względu na znajomość materii wnioskodawca zamierza stworzyć innowacyjny system zbierający z różnych portali internetowych dane o wydarzeniach organizowanych dla czynnych sportowców (zawody sportowe, eventy itp.) Dogłębna analiza wykonalności takiego projektu umożliwi rozwój działalności B+R w przedsiębiorstwie. Powstanie szczegółowa koncepcja i plan dla opisanych niżej prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Celem strategicznym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku krajowym. Wzrost konkurencyjności wnioskodawcy przyczyni się do rozwoju gospodarki Podkarpacia co jest zgodne z celami działania. Planowany prototyp systemu jest rozwiązaniem dedykowanym, skierowanym do sportowców na poziomie amatorskim i półwyczynowym. Rozwiązanie to może w znaczącym stopniu przyczynić się do popularyzacji rozwiązań ICT w grupie docelowej. Powstała technologia ma pozytywnie wpływać na zrówn. rozwój poprzez zastosowanie najnowszych technologii zgodnych z trendami Green IT. Przedmiot projektu nie wpływa negatywnie na równość kobiet i mężczyzn. Wyniki prac B+R nie będą dyskryminowały odbiorców ostatecznych prototypu systemu ze względu na płeć, rasę, wyznanie. Możliwość korzystania z systemów opartych na prototypie będą miały osoby o dysfunkcjach ruchowych i innych niepełnosprawnościach. Prototyp będzie kompatybilny z narzędziami ułatwiającymi dostęp osobom niepełnosprawnym (drukarki Braille, kodowanie WCAG 2.0 itp.) Wybór wykonawcy usługi analizy wykonalności nie będzie dyskryminował ww. osób. Projekt ma neutralny wpływ na realizację zasady równości płci i niedyskryminacji oraz pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasady zrównow. rozwoju. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to establish cooperation with the JNB to analyse planned R & D work related to the creation of a prototype ICT software service, which, based on the latest models of user behaviour on the Internet, will analyse the interests of Internet users and share personalised information for them. Due to knowledge of the matter, the applicant intends to create an innovative system collecting data on events organised for active athletes from various web portals (sports competitions, events, etc.) In-depth analysis of the feasibility of such a project will enable the development of R & D activities in the enterprise. There will be a detailed concept and plan for the research and development work described below. The strategic goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company on the domestic market. Increasing the competitiveness of the applicant will contribute to the development of the Podkarpacie economy, which is in line with the objectives of the action. The planned prototype of the system is a dedicated solution, addressed to athletes at amateur and semi-performance level. This solution can make a significant contribution to the popularisation of ICT solutions in the target group. The resulting technology is intended to have a positive impact on the equanimity of development through the use of the latest technologies consistent with Green IT trends. The subject matter of the project does not adversely affect equality between men and women. The results of R & D work will not discriminate against final recipients of the prototype system based on gender, race, religion. People with motor dysfunctions and other disabilities will be able to use prototype-based systems. The prototype will be compatible with access tools for people with disabilities (braille printers, WCAG 2.0 etc.) The choice of the contractor of a feasibility analysis service will not discriminate against these individuals. The project has a neutral impact on the implementation of the principles of gender equality and non-discrimination and has a positive impact on the implementation of the principle of equal development. L’objectif principal du projet est d’établir une coopération avec la JNB afin d’analyser les travaux de R & D prévus liés à la création d’un prototype de service de logiciels TIC qui, sur la base des derniers modèles de comportement des utilisateurs sur Internet, analysera les intérêts des internautes et leur fournira des informations personnalisées. En raison de sa connaissance du sujet, le demandeur a l’intention de créer un système innovant de collecte de données à partir de différents portails web sur les événements organisés pour les athlètes actifs (concours sportifs, événements, etc.). Une analyse approfondie de la faisabilité d’un tel projet permettra le développement d’activités de R & D dans l’entreprise. Il y aura un concept et un plan détaillés pour les activités de recherche et de développement décrites ci-dessous. L’objectif stratégique du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur. L’augmentation de la compétitivité de la requérante contribuera au développement de l’économie Podkarpackie, ce qui est conforme aux objectifs de l’action. Le prototype prévu du système est une solution dédiée, destinée aux athlètes au niveau amateur et semi-professionnel. Cette solution peut contribuer de manière significative à la vulgarisation des solutions TIC au sein du groupe cible. La technologie qui en résulte a un impact positif sur le développement grâce à l’utilisation des dernières technologies conformes aux tendances informatiques vertes. L’objet du projet ne porte pas atteinte à l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes. Les résultats des travaux de R & D ne seront pas discriminatoires à l’égard des bénéficiaires finaux du prototype de système en fonction du sexe, de la race et de la religion. Les personnes ayant des dysfonctionnements moteurs et d’autres handicaps seront en mesure d’utiliser des systèmes basés sur des prototypes. Le prototype sera compatible avec les outils d’accessibilité pour personnes handicapées (imprimantes Braille, codage WCAG 2.0, etc.). Le choix du contractant du service d’étude de faisabilité ne sera pas discriminatoire à l’égard de ces personnes. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, eine Zusammenarbeit mit der JNB aufzubauen, um die geplanten FuE-Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Schaffung eines Prototyps für IKT-Software zu analysieren, der auf der Grundlage der neuesten Modelle des Nutzerverhaltens im Internet die Interessen der Internetnutzer analysieren und ihnen personalisierte Informationen zur Verfügung stellen wird. Aufgrund der Sachkenntnis beabsichtigt der Antragsteller, ein innovatives System zu schaffen, das Daten aus verschiedenen Webportalen über Veranstaltungen für aktive Sportler (Sportwettbewerbe, Veranstaltungen usw.) sammelt. Eine gründliche Analyse der Machbarkeit eines solchen Projekts ermöglicht die Entwicklung von F & E-Aktivitäten im Unternehmen. Es wird ein detailliertes Konzept und einen Plan für die nachstehend beschriebenen Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeiten geben. Strategisches Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Inlandsmarkt zu erhöhen. Die Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Antragstellers wird zur Entwicklung der Podkarpackie-Wirtschaft beitragen, die mit den Zielen der Maßnahme im Einklang steht. Der geplante Prototyp des Systems ist eine spezielle Lösung, die sich an Sportler auf Amateur- und Halbprofessionsebene richtet. Diese Lösung kann einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Popularisierung von IKT-Lösungen in der Zielgruppe leisten. Die daraus resultierende Technologie wirkt sich positiv auf die Entwicklung durch den Einsatz modernster Technologien im Einklang mit Green IT Trends aus. Der Gegenstand des Projekts wirkt sich nicht nachteilig auf die Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern aus. Die Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeit werden nicht die Endempfänger des Systemprototyps auf der Grundlage von Geschlecht, Rasse und Religion diskriminieren. Menschen mit motorischen Funktionsstörungen und anderen Behinderungen werden in der Lage sein, Prototypen-basierte Systeme zu verwenden. Der Prototyp wird mit Barrierefreiheitstools für Behinderte (Brailledrucker, WCAG 2.0 Codierung usw.) kompatibel sein. Die Wahl des Auftragnehmers des Durchführbarkeitsstudiendienstes wird diese Personen nicht diskriminieren. Das Projekt wirkt sich neutral auf die Umsetzung des Grundsatzes der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter und der Nichtdiskriminierung aus und wirkt sich positiv auf die Umsetzung des Nachhaltigkeitsprinzips aus.
