Celem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej, tj. Szkoły Podstawowej nr 9 im. Jana Pawła II oraz Budynku Wielofunkcyjnego zlokalizowanych na terenie miasta Tarnobrzega. W budynku Szkoły podstawowej nr 9 przewidziano następujące prace: docieplenie ścian budynku, docieplenie stropodachu, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, elementy zabudowy, instalacje elektryczne, instalacje sanitarne. W Budynku Wielofunkcyjnym zaplanowano prace polegające na: dociepleniu elewacji budynku, dociepleniu stropodachu, usprawnienie wentylacji, montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznej wraz z pracami instalacyjnymi w zakresie elektryki, instalacje sanitarne. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na uzyskanie kolejno: dla Szkoły Podstawowej nr 9 - wskaźnik EP na poziomie 66,13 kWh/m2 rok; wskaźnik ?Pz 74,07 %.; Dla Budynku Wielofunkcyjnego - wskaźnik EP na poziomie 201,50 kWh/m2 rok; wskaźnik ?Pz 68,74 %. The aim of the project is to deepen the modernisation of 2 public buildings, i.e. John Paul II Primary School No. 9 and the Multifunctional Building located in the city of Tarnobrzeg. The building of primary school No 9 provides for the following works: warming of the walls of the building, warming of ceilings, replacement of window and door carpentry, building elements, electrical installations, sanitary installations. In the multifunctional building work is planned, consisting of: insulation of the facade of the building, warming of ceilings, improvement of ventilation, installation of photovoltaic installations, installation of electrical installations, sanitary installations. The realisation of the investment will allow to obtain successively: for primary school No 9, an EP index of 66,13 kWh/m² year; indicator?PZ 74,07 %.; For the Multifunctional Building, an EP index of 201.50 kWh/m² year; indicator?PZ 68,74 %. Le projet vise la thermomodernisation profonde de 2 bâtiments publics, à savoir: École primaire Jean-Paul II no 9 et bâtiment multifonctionnel situé à Tarnobrzeg. Les travaux suivants sont prévus dans le bâtiment de l’école primaire no 9: isolation des murs du bâtiment, isolation des planchers, remplacement des menuiseries de fenêtres et de portes, éléments de bâtiment, installations électriques, installations sanitaires. Les travaux sont prévus dans le bâtiment multifonctionnel: isolation de la façade du bâtiment, réchauffement du bâtiment, amélioration de la ventilation, installation de l’installation photovoltaïque ainsi que travaux d’installation dans le domaine de l’électricité, installations sanitaires. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement permettra d’obtenir à son tour: pour l’école primaire no 9, l’indicateur du PE de 66,13 kWh/m² par an; taux?Pz 74,07 %.; Pour le bâtiment multifonctionnel, un indice PE de 201,50 kWh/m² par an; taux?Pz 68,74 %. Das Projekt zielt auf eine tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung von 2 öffentlichen Gebäuden, d. h. Johannes Paul II. Grundschule Nr. 9 und multifunktionales Gebäude in Tarnobrzeg. Im Gebäude der Grundschule Nr. 9 sind folgende Arbeiten vorgesehen: Isolierung der Wände des Gebäudes, Isolierung der Böden, Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischarbeiten, Gebäudeelemente, elektrische Installationen, Sanitäranlagen. Die Arbeiten sind im Multifunktionsgebäude geplant: Isolierung der Gebäudefassade, Erwärmung des Gebäudes, Verbesserung der Lüftung, Installation von Photovoltaik-Anlagen zusammen mit Installationsarbeiten im Bereich Strom, Sanitäranlagen. Durch die Durchführung der Investition kann wiederum Folgendes erreicht werden: für die Grundschule Nr. 9 der Indikator des EP von 66,13 kWh/m² Jahr; Satz?Pz 74,07 %.; Für das multifunktionale Gebäude ein EP-Index von 201,50 kWh/m² Jahr; Rate?Pz 68,74 %.
