Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców Gminy Dubicze Cerkiewne poprzez Przebudowę i adaptację świetlicy wiejskiej w Jagodnikach wraz z przyległym placem na potrzeby Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej. Przebudowa i adaptacja zdegradowanego obiektu oraz przestrzeni przywróci oraz nadania im nowe funkcje: kulturowe, społeczne, rekreacyjne oraz edukacyjne. Realizacja projektu „Przebudowa i adaptacja świetlicy wiejskiej w Jagodnikach wraz z przyległym placem na potrzeby Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej” ma na celu uporządkowanie i zagospodarowania przestrzeni publicznej, która będzie dostępna dla lokalnych mieszkańców. Zarówno świetlica wiejska jak i przyległy plac będzie dostępny dla mieszkańców i turystów przez cały czas. Świetlica wraz z placem zyska nowe funkcje kulturowe, społeczne oraz rekreacyjne. Teren zostanie uporządkowany oraz zagospodarowany w taki sposób żeby był dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Zlikwidowane zostaną wszystkie bariery, które utrudniają dostęp do placu. Dodatkowo cały teren zostanie ogrodzony w celu poprawy bezpieczeństwa użytkowników terenu, w tym przede wszystkim dzieci i młodzież. W remontowanej świetlicy usunięte zostaną także bariery architektoniczne (wysokie progi), które były uciążliwe dla osób starszych, osób niepełnosprawnych oraz dzieci. Działania w projekcie będą realizowane zgodnie z projektowaniem uniwersalnym, gdzie użytkownika stawia na pierwszym miejscu, które jest warunkiem zapewnienia równości szans osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób starszych oraz najmłodszych. The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of residents of the Municipality of Dubicze Orthodoxy through the Reconstruction and adaptation of the rural common room in Jagodniki together with the adjacent square for the needs of the Local Activity Centre. Rebuilding and adapting the degraded object and space will restore and give them new functions: cultural, social, recreational and educational. The implementation of the project “Reconstruction and adaptation of the rural common room in Jagodniki together with the adjacent square for the needs of the Local Activity Centre” aims to organise and develop public space, which will be accessible to local residents. Both the village hall and the adjacent square will be accessible to residents and tourists at all times. The common room and the square will gain new cultural, social and recreational functions. The area will be organised and managed in such a way that it is accessible to people with disabilities. All barriers that hinder access to the square will be removed. In addition, the entire area will be fenced to improve the safety of land users, especially children and young people. The renovated common room will also remove architectural barriers (high thresholds) that were burdensome for the elderly, disabled people and children. The project activities will be implemented in accordance with universal design, where the user puts the user first, which is a prerequisite for ensuring equal opportunities for people with disabilities, the elderly and the youngest. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants de la municipalité orthodoxe de Dubicze par la reconstruction et l’adaptation du centre du village dans les baies ainsi que de la place adjacente du Centre d’Activités Locales. La reconstruction et l’adaptation d’un objet dégradé et de l’espace restaureront et leur donneront de nouvelles caractéristiques: culturel, social, récréatif et éducatif. La mise en œuvre du projet «Reconstruction et adaptation du centre communautaire villageois dans les baies et la place adjacente du Centre d’Activités Locales» vise à organiser et à développer l’espace public, qui sera accessible aux résidents locaux. Le centre communautaire et la place adjacente seront accessibles en tout temps aux résidents et aux touristes. La salle commune et la place gagneront de nouvelles fonctions culturelles, sociales et récréatives. La zone sera organisée et gérée de manière à ce qu’elle soit accessible aux personnes handicapées. Toutes les barrières qui entravent l’accès à la place seront supprimées. En outre, toute la zone sera clôturée afin d’améliorer la sécurité des usagers du site, en particulier des enfants et des jeunes. La salle commune rénovée éliminera également les barrières architecturales (seuils élevés) qui étaient lourdes pour les personnes âgées, les personnes handicapées et les enfants. Les activités du projet seront menées dans le respect de la conception universelle, où l’utilisateur placera l’utilisateur en premier lieu, ce qui est une condition pour garantir l’égalité des chances pour les personnes handicapées, les personnes âgées et les plus jeunes. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Lebensqualität der Bewohner der orthodoxen Gemeinde Dubicze durch den Wiederaufbau und die Anpassung des Dorfzentrums in den Beeren sowie den angrenzenden Platz für das lokale Aktivitätszentrum zu verbessern. Die Rekonstruktion und Anpassung eines degradierten Objekts und des Raumes wird wiederhergestellt und ihnen neue Merkmale geben: Kultur, Gesellschaft, Freizeit und Bildung. Die Umsetzung des Projekts „Rekonstruktion und Anpassung des Dorfgemeindezentrums in den Beeren und dem angrenzenden Platz für das lokale Aktivitätszentrum“ zielt darauf ab, den öffentlichen Raum zu organisieren und zu entwickeln, der für die Anwohner zugänglich ist. Sowohl das Gemeindezentrum als auch der angrenzende Platz werden den Bewohnern und Touristen jederzeit zugänglich sein. Der Gesellschaftsraum und der Platz werden neue kulturelle, soziale und Freizeitfunktionen gewinnen. Das Gebiet wird so organisiert und verwaltet, dass es für Menschen mit Behinderungen zugänglich ist. Alle Barrieren, die den Zugang zum Platz behindern, werden entfernt. Darüber hinaus wird die gesamte Fläche eingezäunt, um die Sicherheit der Website-Nutzer, insbesondere von Kindern und Jugendlichen, zu verbessern. Der renovierte Gesellschaftsraum wird auch architektonische Barrieren (hohe Schwellenwerte) beseitigen, die für ältere Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen und Kinder belastend waren. Die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts werden im Einklang mit dem universellen Design durchgeführt, bei dem der Nutzer den Nutzer an erster Stelle stellt, was eine Voraussetzung für die Gewährleistung der Chancengleichheit für Menschen mit Behinderungen, ältere Menschen und Jüngste ist.
