Niniejszy projekt umożliwi Wnioskodawcy zwiększenie dostępności oraz podwyższenie jakości świadczeń medycznych oferowanych w ramach AOS na terenie woj.opolskiego. Aby było to możliwe podjęto decyzję dotyczącą inwestycji w nowoczesną aparaturę medyczną o określonych parametrach. Grupą docelową podejmowanych działań stanowić będą pacjenci w wieku 60+, zarówno dotychczasowi, jak i potencjalni (przy jednoczesnym założeniu, iż większy zakres działań oraz efektywność świadczeń medycznych skutkować mogą poszerzeniem zasięgu o nowych zainteresowanych). Montaż nowoczesnego sprzętu medycznego zapewni wyższy niż obecnie poziom obsługi pacjentów oraz zwiększy ich komfort (w trakcie badań,dzięki wysokiej efektywności i funkcjonalności nowych urządzeń). Zaplanowane w projekcie działania obejmują nabycie specjalistycznej aparatury medycznej (EEG, EMG), dotychczas niedostępne w mieście, a otrzymane wsparcie ukierunkowane jest na problemy zdrowotne osób starszych określone w zał.do rozporządzenia Min.Zdrowia w sprawie świadczeń gwarantowanych z zakresu AOS jakie w ramach poradni neurologicznej zakontraktowane z NFZ ma Wnioskodawca, będące jednym z głównych problemów lokalnej społeczności. Realizacja zaplanowanych działań będzie miała miejsce w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy, przy ul. Piłsudskiego 47 w Nysie w okresie od 01.11.2018r. do 31.01.2019r. Efektem projektu będzie m.in. ulepszenie usług zdrowotnych dostępnych na regionalnym rynki poprzez zwiększenie dostępności oraz jakości oferowanych świadczeń medycznych. Produktami powstałymi w wyniku realizacji będzie poniesienie nakładów finansowych (292 517,00 PLN) przez 1 z podmiotów leczniczych świadczących usługi zdrowotne z zakresu AOS, znajdujących się na terenie województwa opolskiego (przy wsparciu dotacyjnym wynoszącym 85%), mające na celu objęcie ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi jak najszerszą grupę odbiorców (12600os.). This project will enable the Applicant to increase the availability and quality of medical services offered under the AOS in the Polish Voivodeship. In order for this to be possible, a decision was made concerning investment in modern medical equipment with specific parameters. The target group of the actions will be patients aged 60+, both existing and potential (at the same time assuming that a greater range of activities and the effectiveness of medical services may result in broadening coverage to new stakeholders). The installation of modern medical equipment will ensure a higher level of patient service than currently and will increase their comfort (in the course of the tests, thanks to the high efficiency and functionality of new devices). The activities planned in the project include the acquisition of specialised medical equipment (EEG, EMG), not yet available in the city, and the support received is aimed at the health problems of the elderly as defined in the Annex to the Regulation Min.Health on guaranteed services in the field of AOS, which in the context of neurological clinic contracted with the NFZ, the Applicant, which is one of the main problems of the local community. The implementation of the planned activities will take place at the Applicant’s seat at ul. Piłsudski 47 in Nysa in the period from 01.11.2018 to 31.01.2019 The project will, among other things, improve health services available on regional markets by increasing the availability and quality of health services offered. Products resulting from the implementation will be incurred financial outlays (PLN 292 517.00) by 1 medical entities providing health services in the scope of AOS, located in the Opole Voivodeship (with grant support of 85 %), aimed at covering the widest possible group of recipients (12600 people) with improved health services. Ce projet permettra à la requérante d’accroître la disponibilité et la qualité des services médicaux offerts dans le cadre de l’AO dans la voïvodie de Pologne. Pour ce faire, une décision a été prise concernant l’investissement dans des équipements médicaux modernes avec certains paramètres. Le groupe cible d’actions sera constitué de patients âgés de plus de 60 ans, à la fois existants et potentiels (en même temps, on suppose qu’un plus grand éventail d’activités et l’efficacité des services médicaux peuvent entraîner un élargissement de la sensibilisation aux nouvelles parties prenantes). L’installation d’équipements médicaux modernes fournira un niveau de service plus élevé aux patients et augmentera leur confort (au cours de la recherche, grâce à la haute efficacité et fonctionnalité des nouveaux appareils). Les actions prévues dans le cadre du projet comprennent l’acquisition d’équipements médicaux spécialisés (EEG, EMG), qui ne sont pas encore disponibles dans la ville, et l’aide reçue vise les problèmes de santé des personnes âgées tels que définis dans l’annexe du règlement Min. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues aura lieu au siège social de la requérante à ul. Piłsudskiego 47 à Nysa du 01.11.2018 au 31.01.2019 Le projet améliorera, entre autres, les services de santé disponibles sur les marchés régionaux en augmentant la disponibilité et la qualité des services médicaux offerts. Les produits résultant de la mise en œuvre entraîneront des dépenses financières (292 517,00 PLN) par l’une des entités de santé fournissant des services de santé AOS situés dans la voïvodie d’Opolskie (avec une subvention de 85 %) afin de couvrir le plus large éventail possible de bénéficiaires (12600 personnes) grâce à des services de santé améliorés. Dieses Projekt wird es dem Antragsteller ermöglichen, die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der im Rahmen des AOS in der Woiwodschaft Polens angebotenen medizinischen Dienstleistungen zu erhöhen. Um dies zu ermöglichen, wurde eine Entscheidung über die Investition in moderne medizinische Geräte mit bestimmten Parametern getroffen. Zielgruppe der Maßnahmen sind Patienten im Alter von über 60 Jahren, sowohl bestehende als auch potenzielle Patienten (zugleich wird davon ausgegangen, dass eine größere Bandbreite an Aktivitäten und die Wirksamkeit medizinischer Dienste zu einer Ausweitung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu neuen Interessenträgern führen können). Die Installation moderner medizinischer Geräte wird den Patienten einen höheren Service bieten und ihren Komfort erhöhen (im Laufe der Forschung, dank der hohen Effizienz und Funktionalität neuer Geräte). Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen umfassen den Erwerb spezialisierter medizinischer Geräte (EEG, EMG), die in der Stadt noch nicht verfügbar sind, und die erhaltene Unterstützung richtet sich an die Gesundheitsprobleme älterer Menschen im Sinne des Anhangs der Minenverordnung. Gesundheit auf AOS garantierte Dienstleistungen, die der Antragsteller im Rahmen der neurologischen Klinik, die mit dem NFZ geschlossen wurde, hat, das eines der Hauptprobleme der lokalen Gemeinschaft ist. Die Durchführung der geplanten Maßnahmen findet am Sitz des Antragstellers in ul statt. Piłsudskiego 47 in Nysa vom 01.11.2018 bis 31.01.2019 Das Projekt wird unter anderem die auf regionalen Märkten verfügbaren Gesundheitsdienste verbessern, indem die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der angebotenen medizinischen Dienstleistungen erhöht wird. Bei den Produkten, die sich aus der Durchführung ergeben, werden finanzielle Ausgaben (PLN 292 517,00) von einer der Gesundheitseinrichtungen, die AOS-Gesundheitsdienste in der Woiwodschaft Opolskie erbringen (mit einer Finanzhilfe von 85 %) getätigt, um ein möglichst breites Spektrum von Empfängern (12600 Personen) mit verbesserter Gesundheitsversorgung zu decken.
