Zakres projektu obejmuje budowę budynku centrum aktywności lokalnej dla dzieci i młodzieży w miejscowości Becejły, gmina Szypliszki. W ramach zadania zaplanowano: - budowę budynku kontenerowego konstrukcji stalowej, - budowę schodów żelbetowych na gruncie wraz z zadaszeniem, łączących budynek kontenerowy z istniejącą muszlą koncertową, - wykonanie utwardzonego dojścia (pochylni), zapewniającej dostęp do projektowanego budynku kontenerowego osobom niepełnosprawnym wraz z wykonaniem jednego miejsca postojowego dla osób niepełnosprawnych, - wykonanie doziemnej instalacji elektrycznej wraz z budową zewnętrznych słupów oświetleniowych, - wykonanie doziemnej linii energetycznej w celu zasilania budynku kontenerowego z istniejącego budynku szkolnego, - wykonanie przyłącza wodociągowego i kanalizacyjnego; - utwardzenie terenu w sąsiedztwie centrum; -rozbiórkę części ogrodzenia, które wydziela boisko sportowe oraz budynku gospodarczego. W ramach inwestycji zostaną także poniesione wydatki na promocję, nadzór inwestorski, a także przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej i map. Głównym celem projektu jest wsparcie grupy defaworyzowanej (dzieci i młodzieży do 25 roku życia) z obszaru objętego Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju Stowarzyszenia „Suwalsko-Sejneńska” Lokalna Grupa Działania poprzez budowę budynku centrum aktywności lokalnej dla dzieci i młodzieży. Inwestycja przyczynia się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników: 1) produktu: - Liczba przebudowanych obiektów, w których realizowane są usługi aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej – 1 szt.; - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt.; - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt. 2) rezultatu: - Liczba osób korzystająca z infrastruktury społecznej do końca trwania programu - 100 osób. The scope of the project includes the construction of a local activity centre for children and young people in Becejły, Szypliszki commune. The task is planned to: — construction of a container building of steel structure, – construction of reinforced concrete stairs on the ground with a roof, connecting the container building with the existing concert shell, – execution of a hardened access (tilt), providing access to the designed container building for disabled persons with a single parking space for disabled people – construction of an underground electrical installation with the construction of external lighting columns – construction of an underground energy line – construction of an existing building for the supply of the container building, – construction of external lighting columns, – construction of an underground energy line – construction of an existing container building for the purpose of powering the container building, – construction of reinforced concrete stairs on the ground with a roof, connecting the container building with the existing concert shell. — hardening of the area in the vicinity of the centre; — demolition of the part of the fence that separates the sports field and the farm building. The investment will also include expenditure on promotion, investor supervision, as well as preparation of project documentation and maps. The main objective of the project is to support the disadvantaged group (children and youth up to the age of 25) from the area covered by the Local Development Strategy of the “Suwalsko-Sejneńska” Association Local Action Group through the construction of a local activity centre for children and young people. The investment shall contribute to the achievement of the following indicators: 1. of the product: — Number of reconstructed facilities in which socio-occupational activation services are carried out – 1 pieces; — Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces; — Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities – 1 pcs. 2. the result: — Number of people using social infrastructure up to the end of the programme – 100 people. Le projet comprend la construction d’un bâtiment d’un centre local d’activités pour les enfants et les jeunes à Beceły, municipalité de Szypliszki. Dans le cadre de cette tâche, les éléments suivants sont prévus: — construction d’un bâtiment de conteneurs en acier, — construction d’escaliers en béton armé sur le sol, y compris la toiture, reliant le bâtiment du conteneur à l’enveloppe de concert existante, — construction d’une entrée pavée (côté), donnant accès au bâtiment à conteneurs conçu pour les personnes handicapées, ainsi que la construction d’un espace de stationnement unique pour les personnes handicapées, — réalisation d’une installation électrique au sol avec la construction de poteaux d’éclairage extérieurs, — construction d’une ligne d’énergie au sol pour alimenter le bâtiment à conteneurs à partir d’un bâtiment scolaire existant, — construction d’un réseau d’alimentation en eau et d’égouts; — durcissement de la zone située à proximité du centre; —la démolition de la partie de la clôture qui sépare le terrain de sport et la ferme. L’investissement comportera également des dépenses de promotion, de supervision des investisseurs, ainsi que la préparation de la documentation et des cartes du projet. L’objectif principal du projet est de soutenir un groupe défavorisé (enfants et jeunes jusqu’à 25 ans) de la zone couverte par la stratégie de développement local du groupe d’action locale de l’association «Suwalsko-Sejneńska» par la construction d’un bâtiment d’un centre d’activités locaux pour les enfants et les jeunes. L’investissement contribue à la réalisation des indicateurs suivants: 1) Produit: — Nombre d’installations reconstruites dans lesquelles des services d’activation socioprofessionnelle sont effectués — 1 pièce; — Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 1 poste; — Nombre de projets qui ont financé le coût des aménagements raisonnables pour les personnes handicapées — 1 2) résultat: — Nombre de personnes utilisant les infrastructures sociales jusqu’à la fin du programme — 100 personnes. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau eines lokalen Aktionszentrums für Kinder und Jugendliche in Beceły, der Gemeinde Szypliszki. Im Rahmen der Aufgabe sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: — Bau eines Stahlcontainergebäudes, – Bau von Treppen aus Stahlbeton auf dem Boden, einschließlich Dach, Verbindung des Containergebäudes mit der bestehenden Konzerthülle, – Bau eines gepflasterten Einganges (Halle), Bereitstellung des Zugangs zu dem entworfenen Containergebäude für Menschen mit Behinderungen zusammen mit dem Bau eines einzigen Parkplatzes für Behinderte, – Ausführung einer elektrischen Bodeninstallation mit dem Bau externer Beleuchtungsmasten, – Bau einer bodengestützten Energieleitung, um das Containergebäude aus einem bestehenden Schulgebäude zu versorgen, – Bau einer Wasserversorgung und Abwasserverbindung; — Verhärtung des Gebiets in der Nähe des Zentrums; —der Abriss des Teils des Zauns, der den Sportplatz und das Bauernhaus trennt. Die Investition wird auch Ausgaben für die Förderung, die Anlegeraufsicht sowie die Erstellung der Projektdokumentation und -karten beinhalten. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Unterstützung einer benachteiligten Gruppe (Kinder und Jugendliche bis 25 Jahre) aus dem Gebiet der lokalen Entwicklungsstrategie der lokalen Aktionsgruppe „Suwalsko-Sejneńska“ durch den Bau eines lokalen Aktionszentrums für Kinder und Jugendliche. Die Investition trägt zur Erreichung der folgenden Indikatoren bei: 1) Produkt: — Anzahl der umgebauten Einrichtungen, in denen sozio-berufliche Aktivierungsdienste durchgeführt werden – 1 Stück; — Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen – 1 Punkt; — Zahl der Projekte, die die Kosten angemessener Vorkehrungen für Menschen mit Behinderungen finanzierten – 1 2) Ergebnis: — Zahl der Personen, die bis zum Ende des Programms soziale Infrastruktur nutzen – 100 Personen.
