Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności badawczo-rozwojowej Wnioskodawcy, poprzez rozbudowę istniejącego w przedsiębiorstwie zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego, a także przeprowadzenie prac badawczo rozwojowych zmierzających do wdrożenia w praktyce przemysłowej innowacji procesowej i produktowej. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań dotyczących opracowania nowego sposobu suszenia surowców roślinnych (zioła i owoce), sortowania oraz prasowania surowców, które umożliwią także wdrożenie innowacji produktowej. W wyniku projektu uzyskana zostanie wiedza na temat możliwości optymalnej obróbki surowców z punktu widzenia uzyskania najlepszych parametrów (zawartość substancji aktywnych, właściwości sensorycznych – smak, aromat, barwa, skurczliwość). Rezultatem projektu będzie pierwsze wdrożenie wyników badań dotyczące opracowania nowej koncepcji obróbki surowców roślinnych na potrzeby produkcji wysokiej jakości ziołowych produktów leczniczych (leki ziołowe, zioła do zaparzania), jak i produktów spożywczych w tym żywności funkcjonalnej (herbaty funkcjonalne, herbaty ziołowe, suplementy diety), a także tradycyjnej żywności (np. herbaty owocowe czy inne wyroby dla których surowiec stanowić może np. składnik aromatów). Projekt będzie realizowany w formie konsorcjum z udziałem przedsiębiorstwa MSP z krajowego klastra kluczowego. Działalność badawcza będzie dotyczyła zarówno produkcji własnych wyrobów podmiotów wchodzących w skład konsorcjum, jak i produkcji realizowanej przez konsorcjantów na zlecenie klientów zewnętrznych w ramach produkcji kontraktowej. Projekt jest projektem kompleksowym obejmującym zarówno typ 1 (w ramach którego nastąpi nabycie aparatury badawczej), jaki typ 2 oraz 3 w ramach którego zostaną przeprowadzone badania przemysłowe i eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe. Rezultatem projektu będzie pierwsze wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w działalności Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the applicant’s R & D activity by expanding the existing R & D facilities in the company, as well as carrying out R & D works aimed at implementing industrial process and product innovation in practice. The aim of the project is to conduct research on the development of a new method of drying plant raw materials (herbals and fruits), sorting and ironing raw materials, which will also enable the implementation of product innovation. As a result of the project, knowledge about the possibility of optimal processing of raw materials from the point of view of obtaining the best parameters (content of active substances, sensory properties – taste, aroma, colour, shrinkage) will be obtained. The project will result in the first implementation of research results concerning the development of a new concept of processing plant raw materials for the production of high-quality herbal medicinal products (herbal medicines, herbs for brewing), as well as food products including functional foods (functional teas, herbal teas, dietary supplements), as well as traditional foods (e.g. fruit teas or other products for which the raw material may be, for example, an ingredient in aromas). The project will be implemented in the form of a consortium involving SMEs from a national key cluster. The research activities will concern both the production of own products of entities forming part of the consortium, as well as production by consortia on behalf of external customers within the framework of contract production. The project is a comprehensive project covering both type 1 (in which the acquisition of research equipment) and Type 2 and 3 will be carried out in the framework of which industrial research and experimental development will be carried out. The project will result in the first implementation of R & D results in the applicant’s activities. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité de R & D de la requérante, en élargissant les installations de R & D existantes dans l’entreprise, ainsi qu’en menant des travaux de développement de recherche visant à mettre en œuvre l’innovation des procédés et des produits dans la pratique industrielle. L’objectif de ce projet est de mener des recherches sur le développement d’une nouvelle méthode de séchage des matières premières des plantes (herbes et fruits), de triage et de pressage des matières premières, ce qui permettra également la mise en œuvre de l’innovation des produits. Grâce au projet, les connaissances sur la possibilité d’un traitement optimal des matières premières du point de vue de l’obtention des meilleurs paramètres (contenu des substances actives, propriétés sensorielles — goût, arôme, couleur, rétractabilité) seront obtenues. Le projet aboutira à la première mise en œuvre des résultats de la recherche sur l’élaboration d’un nouveau concept de traitement des matières premières végétales pour la production de médicaments à base de plantes de haute qualité (médicaments à base de plantes, herbes pour la brasserie), ainsi que de produits alimentaires, y compris des aliments fonctionnels (thés fonctionnels, tisanes, compléments alimentaires), ainsi que des aliments traditionnels (par exemple thés fruitiers ou autres produits pour lesquels la matière première peut être un ingrédient d’arômes). Le projet sera mis en œuvre sous la forme d’un consortium avec la participation de la PME du pôle clé national. L’activité de recherche concernera à la fois la production de produits propres des entités faisant partie du consortium, ainsi que la production réalisée par des consortiums pour le compte de clients externes dans le cadre de la production contractuelle. Il s’agit d’un projet global couvrant à la fois le type 1 (avec l’acquisition d’équipements de recherche) et les types 2 et 3 dans le cadre desquels la recherche industrielle et le développement expérimental seront réalisés. Le projet aboutira à la première mise en œuvre des résultats de la R & D dans les activités de la requérante. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die FuE-Tätigkeit des Antragstellers zu verstärken, indem die bestehenden F & E-Einrichtungen im Unternehmen ausgebaut und Forschungsarbeiten zur Umsetzung von Prozess- und Produktinnovationen in der industriellen Praxis durchgeführt werden. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung einer neuen Methode zur Trocknung von pflanzlichen Rohstoffen (Kräuter und Früchte), Sortierung und Pressen von Rohstoffen, die auch die Umsetzung von Produktinnovationen ermöglichen. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden Kenntnisse über die Möglichkeit einer optimalen Verarbeitung von Rohstoffen unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Erzielung der besten Parameter (Wirkstoffgehalt, sensorische Eigenschaften – Geschmack, Aroma, Farbe, Schrumpfung) gewonnen. Das Projekt wird in der ersten Umsetzung von Forschungsergebnissen zur Entwicklung eines neuen Konzepts für die Behandlung pflanzlicher Rohstoffe für die Herstellung hochwertiger pflanzlicher Arzneimittel (Kräuterarzneimittel, Kräuter für das Brauen) sowie von Lebensmitteln einschließlich funktionaler Lebensmittel (funktionale Tees, Kräutertees, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel) sowie traditioneller Lebensmittel (z. B. Obsttees oder andere Produkte, für die das Rohmaterial Aromabestandteil sein kann) führen. Das Projekt wird in Form eines Konsortiums unter Beteiligung des KMU-Unternehmens aus dem nationalen Schlüsselcluster durchgeführt. Die Forschungstätigkeit betrifft sowohl die Produktion eigener Produkte der Unternehmen, die Teil des Konsortiums sind, als auch die Produktion durch Konsortien im Auftrag externer Kunden im Rahmen der Auftragsproduktion. Das Projekt ist ein umfassendes Projekt, das sowohl Typ 1 (mit dem Erwerb von Forschungsgeräten) als auch die Typen 2 und 3 umfasst, in denen industrielle Forschung und experimentelle Entwicklung durchgeführt werden. Das Projekt wird zur ersten Umsetzung der FuE-Ergebnisse in den Tätigkeiten des Antragstellers führen. (German)
