Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości oferty edukacyjnej Szkoły Podstawowej wchodzącej w skład Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Czeremsze, (dalej SP w Cze-sze), ukierunkowanej na podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych (matematycznych, porozumiewania się w językach obcych, kompetencji naukowo-technicznych i informatycznych) i wzmocnienie właściwych postaw (umiejętność uczenia się, kreatywność, innowacyjność, inicjatywność, przedsiębiorczość, praca zespołowa) u 146 uczniów (68K,78M) Szkoły Podstawowej w Czeremsze oraz podniesienie umiejętności i kompetencji (w zakresie stosowania metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw) 19 nauczycieli (15K,4M) w SP w Cz-sze, poprzez kompleksowy program wsparcia, obejmujący m.in. -zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla uczniów SP -zajęcia rozwijające zdolności uczniów -rozwijanie indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, zwłaszcza ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, -uzupełnienie kompetencji kadry pedagogicznej w SP w Cz-sze (szkolenia i studia podyplomowe) -utworzenie międzyszkolnej pracowni komputerowej w SP -wykorzystanie Podlaskiej Platformy Edukacyjnej. - organizację wyjazdów edukacyjnych i obozu naukowo-edukacyjnego Realizacja zadań: 01.12.2018-30.11.2020. Realizacja wsparcia przewidzianego w projekcie dokonywana jest na podstawie przygotowanej i przeprowadzonej przez dyrekcję Szkoły Podstawowej wchodzącej w skład ZSP w Czeremsze diagnozy rzeczonej Szkoły Podstawowej oraz zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący (wójt gminy Czeremcha). Diagnoza ta obejmuję diagnozę do wszystkich 5 typów projektu. Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że przedsięwzięcie finansowane w rzeczonym projekcie przez EFS stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez Szkołę Podstawową w Czeremsze przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez SP. Skala działań SP nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prowadzonych przez SP w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedzających złożenie niniejszego wni (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the educational offer of the Primary School, which is part of the School and Preschool Complex in Cheremsze, (hereafter SP in Czech Republic), aimed at improving key competences (mathematical, communication in foreign languages, scientific, technical and IT competences) and strengthening the right attitudes (skills of learning, creativity, innovation, initiative, entrepreneurship, teamwork) in 146 pupils’ methods and the basics of the basics and teachings of pupils. — didactic and equilibrium activities for students of the SP – classes developing students’ abilities – developing an individual approach to the pupil, especially with special educational needs, -complementing the competence of pedagogical staff in the SP in Cz-sza (training and post-graduate studies) – creation of an inter-school computer laboratory in the SP -use of Podlasie Education Platform. — organisation of educational trips and research and education camp Implementation of tasks: 01.12.2018-30.11.2020. The implementation of the support provided for in the project is carried out on the basis of a diagnosis of the Elementary School prepared and carried out by the head of the Primary School in Cheremsze and approved by the governing body (the municipality of Czeremcha). This diagnosis includes a diagnosis for all 5 types of project. The applicant declares that the project financed by the ESF complements the activities carried out by the Primary School in Cheremsze before the start of the project by the SP. The scale of activities of the SP will not be reduced in relation to the scale of activities carried out by the SP in the period of 12 m preceding the submission of this (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’offre éducative de l’école primaire qui fait partie de l’équipe scolaire et préscolaire de Czeremsze (ci-après dénommée SP en République tchèque), visant à améliorer les compétences clés (mathématiques, communication en langues étrangères, compétences scientifiques et techniques et informatique) et à renforcer les bonnes attitudes (apprentissage, créativité, innovation, initiative, esprit d’entreprise, travail d’équipe) chez 146 élèves (68K, 78 M) de l’école primaire de Czeremsze et l’amélioration des aptitudes et des compétences (en termes d’utilisation de méthodes et de formes organisationnelles propices au développement de compétences clés et d’attitudes appropriées) 19 enseignants (15K,4M) en SP à Cz-sze, grâce à un programme d’appui global, y compris entre autres. —classes d’éducation et d’égalisation pour les étudiants de SP -classes développant les capacités des étudiants — développant une approche individuelle de l’étudiant, en particulier avec des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, -complémentation des compétences du personnel pédagogique du SP à Cz-sze (formation et études post-universitaires) -création d’un studio informatique inter-scolaire dans SP — utilisation de Podlaska Educational Platform. — organisation de voyages éducatifs et de camps scientifiques et éducatifs Mise en œuvre des tâches: 01.12.2018-30.11.2020. La mise en œuvre de l’aide prévue dans le projet est réalisée sur la base du diagnostic de l’école primaire de Cheremsze préparé et réalisé par la direction de l’école primaire de Cheremsze et approuvé par l’autorité de gestion (chef de la municipalité de Czeremch). Ce diagnostic comprend un diagnostic pour les 5 types de projets. La requérante déclare que le projet financé par le FSE est complémentaire des activités menées par l’école primaire de Czeremsze avant le début du projet par le SP. L’ampleur des activités du SP ne sera pas réduite par rapport à celle des activités menées par le SP au cours des douze mois précédant la présentation de la présente procédure. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualität des Bildungsangebots der Grundschule, die Teil des Schul- und Vorschulteams in Czeremsze (nachstehend „SP in der Tschechischen Republik“ genannt) ist, zu verbessern, um Schlüsselkompetenzen (Mathematik, Kommunikation in Fremdsprachen, wissenschaftliche und technische Kompetenzen und IT) zu verbessern und die richtigen Einstellungen (Lernen, Kreativität, Innovation, Initiative, Unternehmertum, Teamarbeit) in 146 Schülern (68K, 78M) der Grundschule in Czeremsze und Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen (in Bezug auf den Einsatz von Methoden und Organisationsformen, die der Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen und entsprechenden Einstellungen förderlich sind) 19 Lehrer (15K,4M) in SP in Cz-sze, unter anderem durch ein umfassendes Unterstützungsprogramm. —Bildungs- und Gleichstellungsklassen für SP-Studenten – Klassen, die die Fähigkeiten der Studierenden entwickeln – Entwicklung einer individuellen Herangehensweise an den Schüler, insbesondere mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen, -Ergänzung der Kompetenzen des pädagogischen Personals der SP in Cz-sze (Ausbildung und Postgraduiertenstudium) – Schaffung eines schulübergreifenden Computerstudios in SP – Nutzung der Podlaska Educational Platform. — Organisation von Bildungsreisen und Wissenschafts- und Bildungslager Ausführung von Aufgaben: 01.12.2018-30.11.2020. Die Durchführung der im Projekt vorgesehenen Unterstützung erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Diagnose der Grundschule in Cheremsze, die von der Direktion der Grundschule in Cheremsze vorbereitet und durchgeführt und von der Verwaltungsbehörde (Leiter der Gemeinde Czeremch) genehmigt wurde. Diese Diagnose beinhaltet eine Diagnose für alle 5 Projektarten. Die Klägerin erklärt, dass das aus dem ESF finanzierte Projekt die Tätigkeiten der Primary School in Czeremsze vor Beginn des Projekts durch die SP ergänzt. Der Umfang der Tätigkeiten der SP wird gegenüber dem Umfang der Tätigkeiten der SP in den zwölf Monaten vor der Einreichung des vorliegenden Verfahrens nicht verringert. (German)
