Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych 100% uczniów uczestniczących w projekcie tj. 1026 uczniów (483 dz. oraz 543ch.) w tym 390 uczniów (161dz,229ch) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 100% nauczycieli tj.159 n-li (138kobiet, 21 mężczyzn) ze szkół objętych projektem z Gminy Nysa tj. SP w ZSP w Białej Nyskiej, SP nr 1 w Nysie, SP w ZSP w Niwnicy, SP nr 3 w Nysie, SP w ZSP w Goświnowicach , SP w ZSP w Kopernikach w terminie do 31.07.2020 r. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 1026 ucz. (483dz, 543ch) oraz n-li 159 n-li (138kobiet, 21 mężczyzn). Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele uczący się, pracujący i mieszkający na terenie woj. opolskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC. Zadania w proj. będą realizowane od IX 2018 do VII 2020. Wskaźniki rezultatu to nabycie kompetencji kluczowych po opuszczeniu programu przez 100% uczniów objętych projektem: 1026 uczniów (483 dziewczynki oraz 543 chłopców), oraz nabycie kompetencji po opuszczeniu programu przez 159 n-li (138kobiet, 21 mężczyzn). Problemy szkół zostały określone na podstawie diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez dyrektorów szkół w III 2018 r. i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący- Gminę Nysa. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych 100% uczniów uczestniczących w projekcie tj. 1026 uczniów (483 dziewczynki oraz 543 chłopców). Dotyczą one zdiagnozowanych niskich kompetencji kluczowych uczniów, niedoposażenia pracowni przyrodniczych, uzupełnienia kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli. Realizowane będą zajęcia dodatkowe i dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów, zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz szkolenia dla nauczycieli. Szkolne pracownie przyrodnicze zostaną doposażone w sprzęt i pomoce do nauczania metodą eksperymentu. Wypracowane rezultaty w proj. przyczynią się do zmniejszenia barier równościowych w obszarze tematycznym interwencji i zasięgu oddziaływania projektu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of key 100 % of students participating in the project i.e. 1026 pupils (483 dz. and 543ch.) including 390 students (161dz,229ch) with special educational needs and raising professional competences 100 % of teachers i.e.159 n-li (138 women, 21 men) from schools covered by the project from the municipality of Nysa i.e. SP in ZSP in Biała Nyska, SP no 1 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Niwnica, SP No 3 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Goświnowice, SP in ZSP in Koperniki by 31.07.2020. The support will be covered by 1026 learners. (483dz, 543ch) and n-li 159 n-li (138 women, 21 men). The target group is students and teachers who learn, work and live in the Opole Voivodeship within the meaning of the KC regulations. The project tasks will be carried out from IX 2018 to VII 2020. The result indicators are the acquisition of key competences after leaving the programme by 100 % of pupils covered by the project: 1026 students (483 girls and 543 boys) and gaining competence after leaving the program by 159 n-li (138 women, 21 men). School problems were determined on the basis of a diagnosis carried out by school heads in III 2018 and approved by the Nysa Municipality. The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of key 100 % of students participating in the project i.e. 1026 students (483 girls and 543 boys). They concern diagnosed low competences of key pupils, under-equipment of natural science laboratories, complementing the professional competences of teachers. Additional and educational and equilibrium activities will be carried out, developing key competences of pupils, specialised activities for pupils with special educational needs and training for teachers. The school’s natural laboratories will be equipped with experimental equipment and teaching aids. The results achieved in the project will contribute to reducing equality barriers in the thematic area of intervention and the extent of the impact of the project. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les compétences clés de 100 % des étudiants participant au projet, à savoir: 1026 étudiants (483 et 543) dont 390 étudiants (161dz,229ch) ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et l’amélioration des compétences professionnelles de 100 % des enseignants, soit 159 n-li (138 femmes, 21 hommes) des écoles couvertes par le projet de la municipalité de Nysa, c’est-à-dire SP dans le ZSP à Biała Nyska, SP no 1 à Nysa, SP dans ZSP à Niwnica, SP no 3 à Nysa, SP dans ZSP à Goświnowice, SP dans le ZSP à Koperniki au 31 juillet 2020. (483dz, 543ch) et n-li 159 n-li (138 femmes, 21 hommes). Le groupe cible est les étudiants et les enseignants apprenant, travaillant et vivant dans la voïvodie d’Opole au sens des dispositions du CC. Les tâches du projet seront exécutées de septembre 2018 à VII 2020. Les indicateurs de résultat sont l’acquisition de compétences clés après que 100 % des étudiants du projet ont quitté le programme: 1 026 élèves (483 filles et 543 garçons) et acquisition de compétences après avoir quitté le programme par 159 n-li (138 femmes, 21 hommes). Les problèmes scolaires ont été identifiés sur la base d’un diagnostic effectué par les chefs d’établissement en III 2018 et approuvé par la municipalité de Nysa. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les compétences clés de 100 % des étudiants participant au projet, à savoir: 1026 élèves (483 filles et 543 garçons). Celles-ci ont trait aux faibles compétences diagnostiquées des élèves clés, à la sous-adaptation des laboratoires naturels, qui complètent les compétences professionnelles des enseignants. Des cours supplémentaires d’éducation et de péréquation seront dispensés, développant les compétences clés des étudiants, des classes spécialisées pour les étudiants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et une formation des enseignants. Les laboratoires scientifiques de l’école seront équipés d’équipements et d’aides à enseigner par expérience. Les résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet contribueront à réduire les obstacles à l’égalité dans le domaine thématique d’intervention et l’impact du projet. (French)

SP in der ZSP in Biała Nyska, SP Nr. 1 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Niwnica, SP Nr. 3 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Goświnowice, SP im ZSP in Koperniki bis 31. Juli 2020. (483dz, 543ch) und n-li 159 n-li (138 Frauen, 21 Männer). Zielgruppe sind Schüler und Lehrer, die im Sinne der Bestimmungen des CC lernen, arbeiten und in der Woiwodschaft Opole leben. Aufgaben im Rahmen des Projekts werden von September 2018 bis VII 2020 durchgeführt. Ergebnisindikatoren sind der Erwerb von Schlüsselkompetenzen, nachdem 100 % der Studierenden das Programm verlassen haben: 1026 Studenten (483 Mädchen und 543 Jungen) und Erwerb der Kompetenz nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm durch 159 n-li (138Frauen, 21 Männer). Schulprobleme wurden auf der Grundlage einer Diagnose von Schulleitern in III 2018 festgestellt und von der Gemeinde Nysa genehmigt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Schlüsselkompetenzen von 100 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden Studierenden zu erhöhen, d. h. 1026 Schüler (483 Mädchen und 543 Jungen). Dabei handelt es sich um diagnostizierte Geringqualifikationen von Schlüsselschülern, die eine unzureichende Anpassung an natürliche Labore ermöglichen und die beruflichen Fähigkeiten von Lehrkräften ergänzen. Es werden zusätzliche Bildungs- und Gleichstellungsklassen angeboten, die Schlüsselkompetenzen der Schüler entwickeln, spezialisierte Klassen für Studierende mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen und die Ausbildung von Lehrkräften. Die Wissenschaftslabore der Schule werden mit Geräten und Hilfsmitteln ausgestattet, um durch Experimente zu unterrichten. Die im Rahmen des Projekts erzielten Ergebnisse werden dazu beitragen, die Gleichstellungsbarrieren im thematischen Interventionsbereich und die Auswirkungen des Projekts abzubauen. (German)
