Przedmiotem projektu [dalej proj] będzie kontynuacja działalności Ośrodka Wsparcie Ekonomii Społecznej (OWES) w Krapkowicach na obszarze Subregionu Południowego prowadzonego w partnerstwie przez Miejski Klub Sportowy SUPLES z Krapkowic i Powiat krapkowicki. W ramach projektu będzie prowadzone wsparcie doradczo – szkoleniowe dla osób fizycznych, PES, PS, JST, NGO, firm i instytucji oraz wsparcie finansowe inwestycyjne dla PS zatrudniających nowych pracowników z grup defaworyzowanych opisanych w regulaminie konkursu (RK) oraz w formie finansowego wsparcia pomostowego dla tych osób oraz stały monitoring PES. OWES zatrudni wykwalifikowany personel ośrodka w celu sprawnej realizacji projektu, a także wysokiej klasy ekspertów/doradców którzy zostali pozytywnie zweryfikowani w trakcie akredytacji OWES lub osoby o równorzędnych umiejętnościach, wiedzy i doświadczeniu, co pozwoli na świadczenie usług na najwyższym poziomie, OWES będzie wspierał działania istniejących i nowo powstałych PS oraz podmiotów w/w. Będą prowadzone szkolenia z ekonomii społecznej w tym m. in. z obszarów klauzul społecznych, partnerstw lokalnych, rozwoju lokalnego, zakładania i funkcjonowania PES i PS. Będzie także prowadzone doradztwo biznesowe, marketingowe, księgowo-finansowe, prawne. Przez cały okres realizacji projektu będzie prowadzona animacja lokalna w celu zawierania partnerstw międzysektorowych i rozwoju lokalnego. OWES Krapkowice Uchwałą nr 23 Komitetu Akredytacyjnego otrzymał pozytywną opinię w sprawie akredytacji Ośrodka na teren woj. Opolskiego na okres 2 lat. OWES będzie pełnił usługi wsparcia dla osób chcących utworzyć nowe PS lub dla PS chcących zatrudnić nowe osoby z grupy osób wykluczonych opisanych w RK. OWES będzie współpracował z administracją publiczną (współpraca z ROPS, WUP, PUP, UMWO, PCPR I OPS). W ramach projektu odbędą się wizyty studyjne do działających PS. Dla osób nowozatrudnianych w PS lub SpS zapewnione zostanie wsparcie psychologiczne i doradztwo zawodowe. (Polish)

The subject of the project [further project] will be the continuation of the activities of the Centre for Social Economics (OWES) in Krapkowice in the South Subregion run in partnership by the Municipal Sports Club Suples from Krapkowice and Krapkowice County. The project will include advisory and training support for individuals, PES, PS, JST, NGO, companies and institutions, as well as investment support for FVCs employing new employees from disadvantaged groups described in the competition rules (RK) and in the form of financial bridging support for these people and permanent monitoring of PES. TES will employ qualified staff of the Centre for the smooth implementation of the project, as well as high-class experts/advisers who have been positively verified during the accreditation of the OECS or persons with equivalent skills, knowledge and experience to provide services at the highest level, the OWES will support the activities of existing and newly formed SEEs and entities involved in the social economy, including social clauses, local partnerships, local development, establishment and operation. There will also be business, marketing, accounting and financial consultancy and legal advice. Local animation will be carried out throughout the project’s implementation in order to conclude cross-sectoral partnerships and local development. By Resolution 23 of the Accreditation Committee, owes Krapkowice received a positive opinion on the accreditation of the Centre for the area of voivodships. Opole for a period of 2 years. Owes will provide support services for those wishing to create new FVCs or for FVCs who want to hire new people from the group of excluded people described in the GOK. L’objet du projet sera la poursuite des activités du Centre de soutien à l’économie sociale (OWES) à Krapkowice, dans la région de la sous-région sud, gérée en partenariat par le Club sportif municipal Suples de Krapkowice et le district de Krapkowicki. Le projet fournira un soutien en matière de conseil et de formation aux particuliers, aux SPE, au PS, au JST, aux ONG, aux entreprises et aux institutions, ainsi qu’un soutien financier aux sociétés-écrans qui emploient de nouveaux employés issus de groupes défavorisés décrits dans les règles de concurrence (RK) et sous la forme d’un soutien financier de transition pour ces personnes et d’un suivi permanent des SPE. L’OWES embauchera du personnel qualifié du Centre pour la bonne exécution du projet, ainsi que des experts/conseillers de haut niveau qui ont fait l’objet d’une vérification positive lors de l’accréditation du SAV ou des personnes possédant des compétences, des connaissances et une expérience équivalentes, ce qui permettra de fournir des services au plus haut niveau, l’OWES soutiendra les activités des sociétés-écrans existantes et nouvellement créées et des entités susmentionnées, et dispensera une formation en économie sociale, y compris dans les domaines des clauses sociales, des partenariats locaux, du développement local, de la création et du fonctionnement du PSE et du PS. Des conseils en matière d’affaires, de marketing, de comptabilité, ainsi que des conseils financiers et juridiques seront également fournis. L’animation locale sera réalisée tout au long de la mise en œuvre du projet en vue d’établir des partenariats intersectoriels et de développement local. Par la résolution no 23 du comité d’accréditation, Krapkowice a reçu un avis positif sur l’accréditation du Centre de voïvodie. Opolski pour une période de 2 ans. Dues fournira des services de soutien aux personnes désireuses de créer de nouvelles sociétés-écrans ou sociétés-écrans qui souhaitent embaucher de nouvelles personnes appartenant au groupe exclu décrit dans le RK. Il coopérera avec l’administration publique (coopération avec ROPS, WUP, PUP, UMWO, PCPR et OPS). Dans le cadre du projet, des visites d’étude seront organisées auprès des sociétés-écrans opérationnelles. Gegenstand des Projekts [weitere proj] ist die Fortsetzung der Aktivitäten des Centre for the Support of Social Economy (OWES) in Krapkowice im Bereich der südlichen Subregion, die von dem städtischen Sportverein Suples aus Krapkowice und dem Bezirk Krapkowicki gemeinsam betrieben wird. Das Projekt wird Einzelpersonen, ÖAV, PS, JST, NRO, Unternehmen und Institutionen sowie finanzielle Unterstützung für FVC bieten, die neue Mitarbeiter aus benachteiligten Gruppen beschäftigen, die in den Wettbewerbsregeln (RK) und in Form von finanzieller Überbrückung für diese Personen und die ständige Überwachung der öffentlichen Arbeitsverwaltungen beschrieben sind. Das OWES wird qualifiziertes Personal des Zentrums für die reibungslose Durchführung des Projekts sowie hochrangige Experten/Berater einstellen, die bei der Akkreditierung der VAS positiv überprüft wurden, oder Personen mit gleichwertigen Fähigkeiten, Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen, die die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen auf höchster Ebene ermöglichen, unterstützt die OWES die Aktivitäten bestehender und neu gegründeter FMKG und der oben genannten Einrichtungen. Sie werden Schulungen in der Sozialwirtschaft anbieten, auch in den Bereichen Sozialklauseln, lokale Partnerschaften, lokale Entwicklung, Einrichtung und Betrieb von öffentlichen Arbeitsverwaltungen und PS. Darüber hinaus werden Geschäfts-, Marketing-, Buchhaltungs-, Finanz- und Rechtsberatung angeboten. Die lokale Animation wird während der gesamten Projektdurchführung durchgeführt, um sektorübergreifende Partnerschaften und lokale Entwicklung aufzubauen. Dank der Entschließung Nr. 23 des Akkreditierungsausschusses erhielt Krapkowice eine befürwortende Stellungnahme zur Akkreditierung des Zentrums für die Woiwodschaft. Opolski für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren. Schulden werden Unterstützungsdienste für Personen bieten, die neue FVCs oder FVCs erstellen möchten, die neue Personen aus der im RK beschriebenen ausgeschlossenen Gruppe einstellen möchten.
