Przedmiotowy projekt parasolowy ma na celu zwiększenie wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie Gminy Harasiuki. Cel wnioskowanego projektu skupia się na przeciwdziałaniu marginalizacji energetycznej, społecznej i ekonomicznej obszaru gminy, a zrealizowany zostanie poprzez wybudowanie: • 125 szt. jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE w postaci instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych, na budynkach mieszkalnych w Gminie Harasiuki o łącznej mocy 0,40 MWe• 814 szt. jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE w postaci instalacji kolektorów solarnych na budynkach mieszkalnych w Gminie Harasiuki o łącznej mocy 3,06 MWt.Przedsięwzięcie procedowane będzie w oparciu o tryb „Zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, przez Wnioskodawcę – Gminę Harasiuki, która w kompleksowy sposób zapewni przygotowanie, realizację i koordynację działań projektowych. Wnioskodawca każdorazowo podpisze z mieszkańcem umowę na podstawie, której będzie mógł instalować konkretne urządzenia w wybranym gospodarstwie domowym. (Polish)

This umbrella project aims to increase the use of renewable energy sources in the Harasiuki Municipality. The objective of the proposed project focuses on counteracting the energy, social and economic marginalisation of the municipality, and will be achieved by building: • 125 units of electricity generation units from RES in the form of installation of photovoltaic panels, on residential buildings in the Harasiuki Municipality with a total capacity of 0.40 MWe• 814 units of heat generation units from RES in the form of solar collectors installation on residential buildings in the Harasiuki commune with a total capacity of 3.06 MWt.The undertaking will be conducted in the “Design and build” mode, by the Application. Each time, the applicant will sign a contract with the resident on the basis of which he will be able to install specific equipment in the selected household. (English)

Le projet-cadre en question vise à accroître l’utilisation des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans la municipalité de Harasiuki. L’objectif du projet proposé est de lutter contre la marginalisation énergétique, sociale et économique de la commune et sera atteint par la construction de: • 125 unités de production d’électricité à partir de SER sous forme d’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques, sur des bâtiments résidentiels de la municipalité d’Harasiuki d’une capacité totale de 0,40 MWe• 814 unités de production de chaleur à partir de SER sous forme d’installation de collecteurs solaires sur des bâtiments résidentiels dans la municipalité d’Harasiuki d’une capacité totale de 3,06 MWt. Le projet sera réalisé sur la base du mode «conception et construction», par la requérante — municipalité d’Harasiuki, qui assurera globalement la préparation, la mise en œuvre et la coordination des activités du projet. Le demandeur signera chaque fois un contrat avec le résident sur la base duquel il pourra installer des équipements spécifiques dans le ménage sélectionné. (French)

Das in Rede stehende Dachprojekt zielt darauf ab, die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen in der Gemeinde Harasiuki zu erhöhen. Ziel des vorgeschlagenen Projekts ist es, der Energie-, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Marginalisierung des Gemeindegebiets entgegenzuwirken und durch den Bau folgender Ziele zu erreichen: • 125 Stromerzeugungseinheiten aus RES in Form der Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels, auf Wohngebäuden in der Gemeinde Harasiuki mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 0,40 MWe• 814 Einheiten von Wärmeerzeugungseinheiten aus RES in Form der Installation von Solarkollektoren auf Wohngebäuden in der Gemeinde Harasiuki mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 3,06 MWt.Das Projekt wird auf der Grundlage des „Design and Build“-Modus von der Klägerin – Harasiuki Gemeinde durchgeführt, die umfassend die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Koordinierung der Projektaktivitäten sicherstellen wird. Der Antragsteller unterzeichnet jedes Mal einen Vertrag mit dem Gebietsansässigen, auf dessen Grundlage er in der Lage sein wird, bestimmte Geräte in dem ausgewählten Haushalt zu installieren.
