Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Liderem jest Gmina Brzeg, Partnerem - Muzeum Piastów Śląskich w Brzegu. Zadanie Partnera:pomoc merytoryczna przy opracowywaniu materiałów informacyjnych i promocyjnych dotyczących dziejów Ratusza w Brzegu. Przedmiotem projektu jest: -remont konserwatorski zabytkowego budynku Ratusza tj: trzech skrzydeł dachu, hełmu wieży zegarowej, dachu łącznika, remont elewacji, nawierzchni dziedzińca, oraz pomieszczeń tj.:sali stropowej, sali lustrzanej z korytarzem małym, -zakup wyposażenia do organizacji stałej wystawy poświęconej historii Ratusza tj.: przenośnego systemu audio z regulacją głośności oraz dwóch rodzajów gablot muzealnych (do prezentacji przedmiotów odnalezionych w kapsule czasu, znalezionej w trakcie remontu hełmu wieży zegarowej), -zakup makiety bloku śródrynkowego (Ratusz z sukiennicami) z tabliczkami w języku Braille’a, co pozwoli osobom niewidzącym „zobaczyć” Ratusz, -zakup hologramu przedstawiającego Ratusz w okresie epoki średniowiecza W projekcie przewidziano nadzór: inwestorski, konserwatorski, archeologiczny, działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Cały zakres prac zwiera Litera D.3. SWI. Obiekt oraz obszar objęty projektem zostały wpisane do rejestru zabytków.W Ratuszu mieści się Biuro Rady Miejskiej, Sala ślubów USC, Galeria Sztuki Współczesnej prowadzona przez Brzeskie Centrum Kultury, w Dużej Sali Stropowej najczęściej odbywają się posiedzenia Rady, w piwnicy mieści się restauracja "Ratuszowa". Ratusz jest miejscem dla organizowanych w Brzegu uroczystości: wizyt ważnych urzędników państwowych, zjazdów, sympozjów naukowych, odczytów. W budynku Ratusza na potrzeby organizacji stałej wystawy zostanie udostępniona Sala Lustrzana, Duża Sala Stropowa, korytarz mały. Zakupione zostanie wyposażenie. W projekcie sfinansowane zostaną koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób niepełnosprawnych; Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem – 1 szt. -Liczba wspartych obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego -1 szt. The project will be implemented in partnership. The leader is the Municipality of Brzeg, Partner – Museum of Silesian Piasts in Brzeg. The Partner’s task:substantive assistance in the development of information and promotional materials concerning the history of the City Hall in Brzeg. The subject of the project is: —conservative renovation of the historic Town Hall building, i.e.: three wings of the roof, the helmet of the clock tower, the roof of the connector, the renovation of the facade, the pavement of the courtyard, and the rooms i.e.: a ceiling hall, a mirror room with a small corridor, -purchase of equipment for the organisation of a permanent exhibition devoted to the history of the Town Hall, i.e.: portable audio system with volume control and two types of museum displaycases (for presentation of objects found in the time capsule found during the renovation of the clock tower helmet), -purchase of a mock-up of an intramarket block (Ratusz with dresses) with Braille tablets, which will allow the blind to “see” the Town Hall, -purchase of a hologram presenting the City Hall during the Middle Ages: investor, conservation, archaeological, information and promotion activities. The entire scope of the work consists of Letter D.3. IT’S SWI. The building and the area covered by the project have been entered in the register of monuments.The Town Hall houses the City Council Office, USC Wedding Hall, Contemporary Art Gallery run by Brzeskie Centrum Kultury, in the Large Floor Hall the Council meetings are most often held, in the basement there is a restaurant “Ratuszowa”. City Hall is a place for celebrations organised in Brzeg: visits of important civil servants, conventions, scientific symposiums, readings. In the Town Hall building, for the purpose of organising a permanent exhibition, there will be a mirror hall, a large ceiling hall, a small corridor. Equipment will be purchased. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat. Le leader est la municipalité de Brzeg, Partenaire — Musée des Piasts Silésiens à Brzeg. Tâche de partnera:pomoc dans l’élaboration de matériel d’information et de promotion concernant l’histoire de l’hôtel de ville de Brzeg. L’objet du projet est: —rénovation conservatrice du bâtiment historique de l’hôtel de ville, c’est-à-dire: trois ailes du toit, le casque de la tour d’horloge, le toit du connecteur, la rénovation de la façade, la surface de la cour et les pièces, c’est-à-dire le plafond, la salle miroir avec un petit couloir, — l’achat d’équipements pour l’organisation d’une exposition permanente consacrée à l’histoire de l’Hôtel de Ville, c’est-à-dire: système audio portable avec contrôle du volume et deux types de vitrines muséales (pour la présentation d’objets trouvés dans la capsule temporelle, trouvés lors de la rénovation du casque de la tour de l’horloge), -l’achat d’une maquette d’un bloc intra-marché (Ratusz avec des robes) avec des panneaux en braille, qui permettra à ceux qui sont aveugles de «voir» l’hôtel de ville, -l’achat d’un hologramme représentant la mairie au Moyen Âge. activités d’investisseur, de conservation, d’archéologie, d’information et de promotion. L’ensemble du travail est composé de la lettre D.3. I.S.A. Le bâtiment et la zone couverte par le projet ont été inscrits dans le registre des monuments: l’hôtel de ville abrite le bureau du conseil municipal, la salle de mariage USC, la galerie d’art contemporain gérée par le Centre culturel de Brzeskie, dans la grande salle des plafonds, les réunions du conseil se tiennent généralement, au sous-sol, il y a un restaurant «Ratuszowa». L’Hôtel de Ville est un lieu de célébrations organisées à Brzeg: visites de hauts fonctionnaires, réunions, colloques scientifiques, lectures. Une salle de miroir, une grande salle de plafond, un petit couloir sera mis à disposition dans le bâtiment de l’hôtel de ville pour l’organisation de l’exposition permanente. L’équipement sera acheté. Das Projekt wird partnerschaftlich umgesetzt. Der Leiter ist die Gemeinde Brzeg, Partner – Museum der Schlesischen Piasts in Brzeg. Aufgabe von partnera:pomoc in der Entwicklung von Informations- und Werbematerial zur Geschichte des Rathauses in Brzeg. Gegenstand des Projekts ist: —konservative Renovierung des historischen Rathausgebäudes, d. h.: drei Flügel des Dachs, der Helm des Uhrturms, das Dach des Anschlusses, die Renovierung der Fassade, die Hoffläche und die Räume, d. h. die Deckenhalle, der Spiegelraum mit einem kleinen Korridor, – der Kauf von Ausrüstung für die Organisation einer Dauerausstellung, die der Geschichte des Rathauses gewidmet ist, d. h.: tragbares Audiosystem mit Lautstärkeregelung und zwei Arten von Museumspräsentationen (für die Präsentation von Objekten, die in der Zeitkapsel gefunden wurden, die bei der Renovierung des Helms des Uhrenturms gefunden wurde), -der Kauf eines Intra-Marktblocks (Ratusz mit Kleidern) mit Braille Schildern, die es denjenigen, die blind sind, das Rathaus „sehen“ zu lassen, -der Kauf eines Hologramms, das das Rathaus während des Mittelalters darstellt. Investoren-, Naturschutz-, archäologischen, Informations- und Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen. Der gesamte Arbeitsumfang besteht aus Schreiben D.3. SWI. Das Gebäude und der Bereich des Projekts wurden in das Denkmalregister eingetragen. Das Rathaus beherbergt das City Council Office, das USC Wedding Hall, die Galerie für zeitgenössische Kunst des Kulturzentrums Brzeskie, in der großen Deckenhalle, die Ratssitzungen finden in der Regel statt, im Keller befindet sich ein Restaurant „Ratuszowa“. Das Rathaus ist ein Ort für Feierlichkeiten in Brzeg organisiert: Besuche wichtiger Regierungsbeamter, Versammlungen, wissenschaftliche Symposien, Lesungen. Ein Spiegelraum, eine große Deckenhalle, ein kleiner Flur wird im Rathausgebäude zur Organisation der Dauerausstellung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausrüstung wird gekauft.
