Przedmiotowy budynek zostanie rozbudowany o przybudówkę parteru, oraz pierwszego piętra w celu powiększenia sal przeznaczonych dla dzieci, oraz o ewakuacyjną, zewnętrzną klatkę schodową, wraz z przedsionkami.Na każdej z 2 pierwszych kondygnacji budynku, zostanie zlokalizowana sala przedszkolna przeznaczona dla maksymalnie 22 dzieci sumarycznie maks. 44 dzieci w całym obiekcie wraz z funkcjami pomocniczymi w postaci zaplecza sanitarnosocjalnego toalety personelu, toalety dzieci, pomieszczenie socjalne, pomieszczenie cateringu, szatnie dla dzieci. Dodatkowo na parterze zlokalizowane jest zaplecze techniczne, a na 2 piętrze istniejąca część mieszkalna, rozdzielona komunikacyjnie od części przedszkolnej.Dostęp do budynku możliwy jest bezpośrednio z poziomu terenu lub poprzez zewnętrzną klatkę schodową.Budynek na planie prostokąta, z przybudówką od strony południowej, z dwuspadowym dachem o przesuniętym w pionie układzie połaci. Od strony zachodniej wyposażony w zewnętrzną klatkę schodowąDach pokryty blachą trapezową w kolorze bordowym, o kącie nachylenia 15 i 22 st. Ce bâtiment sera agrandi avec un rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage pour agrandir les chambres d’enfants, ainsi qu’un escalier extérieur d’évacuation, ainsi que des vestibules. Chacun des 2 premiers étages du bâtiment abritera une crèche pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 22 enfants maximum. 44 enfants dans l’ensemble de l’établissement avec des fonctions auxiliaires sous forme d’installations sanitaires toilettes du personnel, toilettes pour enfants, salle sociale, salle de restauration, vestiaire pour enfants. En outre, au rez-de-chaussée est situé des installations techniques, et au 2ème étage il y a une partie résidentielle existante, séparée de la partie préscolaire. L’accès au bâtiment est possible directement du niveau du terrain ou à travers un escalier extérieur. Le bâtiment sur le plan d’un rectangle, avec un bâtiment côté sud, avec un toit à pignon avec un système d’appartements déplacés verticalement. Côté ouest, équipé d’un escalier extérieurLe toit couvert de tôle trapézoïdale de couleur bordeaux, avec un angle d’inclinaison de 15 et 22 degrés. Das Gebäude auf dem Plan eines Rechtecks, mit einem Gebäude auf der Südseite, mit einem Gitterdach mit vertikal verschobenem Flachsystem. Auf der Westseite, ausgestattet mit einer AußentreppeDas mit Trapezblech bedeckte Dach in Burgunderfarbe, mit einem Neigungswinkel von 15 und 22 Grad.
