Przedmiotem projektu są prace budowlano remontowo modernizacyjne wybranych obiektów i oddziałów Szpitala oraz zakup niezbędnego doposażenia.W ramach inwestycji zaplanowano 5 zadań tj.: Zad.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji Zad. 2 Prace budowlano remontowo modernizacyjne Szpitala Zad. 3 Nadzory Zad.4 Zakup doposażenia Zad. 5 Koszty pośrednieWszystkie zastosowane rozwiązania techniczne, technologiczne i architektoniczne w projekcie są zgodne z najlepszymi praktykami z zakresu budowy infrastruktury medycznej. Zaplanowane prace oraz działania uwzględniają potrzeby os. niepełnosprawnych dostosowanie 4 obiektów szpitalnych montaż windy, podnośników, przewidują zastosowanie rozwiązań przyjaznych środowisku przyrodniczemu, przyczyniają się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej poprzez: budowę nowego pawilonu wykonanego z odpowiednich materiałów budowlanych izolujących ciepło zdemontowanie wyeksploatowanego ciepłociągu i budowę nowej kotłowni gazowej zastosowaniu sprzętu medycznego o mniejszej energochłonności, kompleksową obsługę pacjenta ograniczy niepotrzebny transport sanitarny pacjentów do innych obiektów szpitalnych mniejsza emisja spalin do środowiska.Zakupione wyposażeniesprzęt na kwotę 4 000 084,00 PLN m.in. zakup USG 4D wykorzystującego technologię trójwymiarowego obrazu będzie spełniać wymagania w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa i ochrony zdrowia podczas używania przez pracowników, pacjentów: 2021rok: 65 040 os.. Liczba osób mogąca potencjalnie korzystać z usług zdrowotnych w 2021r: 3 399 386 os.Zastosowane rozwiązania i wykorzystane materiały i elementy konstrukcyjne zapewnią trwałość projektu. Przedstawiony wariant inwestycyjny wpłynie pozytywnie na dostępność, jakość i efektywność świadczonych przez jednostkę usług. Jest to wariant dający najlepszy stosunek efektu do nakładów. The planned work and activities take into account the needs of people with disabilities to adapt 4 hospital facilities assembling elevators, lifts, provide for the use of environmentally friendly solutions, contribute to improving energy efficiency by: construction of a new pavilion made of appropriate building materials insulating heat disassembly of the extracted heat and construction of a new gas boiler room with lower energy intensity medical equipment, comprehensive patient service will reduce unnecessary sanitary transport of patients to other hospital facilities lower emissions of exhaust gas to the environment.Buyed equipment for the amount of 4 000 084.00 PLN, among others, purchase of 4D ultrasound using three-dimensional image technology will meet the requirements in the field of safety and health protection of workers. 2021 year: 65 040 people. Number of people potentially benefiting from health services in 2021: 3 399 386 people Applicable solutions and used materials and construction components will ensure the durability of the project. The investment option presented will have a positive impact on the availability, quality and efficiency of the services provided by the unit. L’objet du projet est la construction et la modernisation de bâtiments et de branches sélectionnés de l’hôpital et l’achat des aménagements nécessaires.L’investissement est prévu pour 5 tâches, à savoir: Zad.1 Préparation de la documentation 2 Travaux de construction et de modernisation de l’hôpital Zad. 3 Supervisions Règlement 4 Achats d’adaptation 5 Coûts indirects Toutes les solutions techniques, technologiques et architecturales utilisées dans le projet sont conformes aux meilleures pratiques dans le domaine de la construction d’infrastructures médicales. Les travaux et activités prévus tiennent compte des besoins des personnes handicapées, de l’adaptation de 4 installations hospitalières assemblant des ascenseurs, des ascenseurs, prévoient l’utilisation de solutions respectueuses de l’environnement, contribuent à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique en: construction d’un nouveau pavillon composé de matériaux de construction appropriés isolant la chaleur de démantèlement de la canalisation de chaleur exploitée et construction d’une nouvelle chaufferie à gaz utilisant des équipements médicaux avec moins d’intensité énergétique, un service complet aux patients limitera le transport sanitaire inutile des patients vers d’autres installations hospitalières moins émissions de gaz d’échappement dans l’environnement. 2021: 65 040 personnes. Nombre de personnes susceptibles d’avoir recours aux services de santé en 2021: 3 399 386 pers.Les solutions appliquées et les matériaux et le matériel utilisés assureront la durabilité du projet. L’option d’investissement présentée aura une incidence positive sur la disponibilité, la qualité et l’efficacité des services fournis par l’entité. Gegenstand des Projekts sind die Bau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten ausgewählter Gebäude und Zweige des Krankenhauses sowie der Erwerb der notwendigen Nachrüstung.Die Investition ist für 5 Aufgaben geplant, d. h.: Zad.1 Vorbereitung der Dokumentation 2 Bau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten des Zad-Krankenhauses. 3 Überwachungsverordnung 4 Ankauf von Nachrüstungen 5 Indirekte KostenAlle im Projekt verwendeten technischen, technologischen und architektonischen Lösungen entsprechen den bewährten Verfahren im Bereich des Baus der medizinischen Infrastruktur. Die geplanten Arbeiten und Aktivitäten berücksichtigen die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen, die Anpassung von vier Krankenhauseinrichtungen für Aufzüge, Aufzüge, die den Einsatz umweltfreundlicher Lösungen ermöglichen, tragen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz bei: der Bau eines neuen Pavillons aus geeigneten Baumaterialien zur Wärmedämmung der betriebenen Wärmeleitung und der Bau eines neuen Gaskesselraums mit medizinischer Ausrüstung mit geringerer Energieintensität wird den unnötigen hygienischen Transport von Patienten zu anderen Krankenhauseinrichtungen zur Verringerung der Emissionen von Abgasen in die Umwelt begrenzen. Zahl der Personen, die im Jahr 2021 möglicherweise Gesundheitsdienste in Anspruch nehmen: 3 399 386 pers.Applizierte Lösungen und Materialien und Hardware werden die Haltbarkeit des Projekts gewährleisten. Die vorgestellte Anlageoption wird sich positiv auf die Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Effizienz der vom Unternehmen erbrachten Dienstleistungen auswirken. Dies ist die Option mit dem besten Impact/Output-Verhältnis. Der Auslegungsumfang ist dem diagnostizierten Bedarf für eine detaillierte Beschreibung unter Punkt C.2.3 angemessen. (German)
