Przedmiotem Projektu jest zakup dwóch rodzajów środków trwałych: nowych samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych w ilości 34 sztuki oraz 34 sztuk systemów monitoringu środowiskowego (detektorów wielogazowych) dla jednostek ochotniczych straży pożarnych (OSP) z obszaru województwa małopolskiego. W ramach Projektu przewiduje się następujące zadania: - zakup samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych, - zakup systemów monitoringu środowiskowego, - koszty związane z zarządzaniem projektem. Specyfikacja samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego: • Klasyfikacja samochodu: średni samochód ratowniczo-gaśniczy. • Klasa pojazdu (wg PN-EN 1846-1): M (średnia). • Kategoria pojazdu (wg PN-EN 1846-1): 2 (uterenowiona). • Pojazd musi spełniać wymagania Polskiej Normy PN-EN 1846-2. • Podwozie fabrycznie nowe, rok produkcji nie wcześniej niż 2015. • Maksymalna wysokość całkowita pojazdu 3300mm. • Kabina czterodrzwiowa, jednomodułowa, zapewniająca dostęp do silnika, w układzie miejsc 1 + 1 + 4 lub dwumodułowa w układzie miejsc 1 + 1 + 3 + 4. • Samochód wyposażony w autopompę dwuzakresową ze stopniem wysokiego ciśnienia. • Zbiornik wodny o pojemności min 2,5 m3, jednak nie większej niż 3,0 m3. • Pojazd wyposażony w wysuwany maszt oświetleniowy z głowicą z reflektorem/reflektorami, wyposażonymi w lampy LED. • Gwarancja podstawowa na samochód - min. 24 miesiące. • Gwarancja na zabudowę pożarniczą - min. 24 miesiące. • Gwarancja na wyposażenie – min. 24 miesiące. • Gwarancja powinna obejmować bezpłatne naprawy nadwozia. • Pojazd wydany z pełnym zbiornikiem paliwa. • Podwozie pojazdu będzie posiadać świadectwo homologacji wydane przez właściwego Ministra lub świadectwo zgodności WE. Urządzenia i podzespoły zamontowane w pojeździe będą spełniać wymagania odrębnych przepisów krajowych i/lub międzynarodowych. The subject of the Project is the purchase of two types of fixed assets: new rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicles in the amount of 34 pieces and 34 units of environmental monitoring systems (multigas detectors) for volunteer fire brigades (OSP) units from the region of Małopolska. The project envisages the following tasks: — purchase of rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicles, – purchase of environmental monitoring systems, – costs related to project management. Specification of the rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle: • Car classification: medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle. • Vehicle class (according to PN-EN 1846-1): M (medium). • Vehicle category (according to PN-EN 1846-1): 2 (uterenated). • The vehicle must comply with the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-EN 1846-2. • New chassis, year of manufacture not earlier than 2015. • Maximum overall height of the vehicle 3300 mm. • Four-door, single-module, providing access to the engine, in a 1+ 1 + 4 or two-module seating system in 1+ 1 + 3+ 4. • A car equipped with a two-range auto pump with a high pressure level. • Water tank with a capacity of 2.5 m³, but not more than 3.0 m³. • Vehicle equipped with retractable lighting mast with head with headlight/reflectors, equipped with LED lamps. • Basic warranty for the car – min. 24 months. • Warranty for firefighting – min. 24 months. • Equipment guarantee – min. 24 months. • The guarantee should include free body repairs. • Vehicle issued with full fuel tank. • The chassis of the vehicle will be accompanied by an approval certificate issued by the competent Minister or an EC certificate of conformity. Equipment and components fitted to the vehicle shall comply with the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. L’objet du projet est l’achat de deux types d’immobilisations: nouvelles voitures de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie dans le nombre de 34 unités et 34 unités de systèmes de surveillance de l’environnement (détecteurs multigaz) pour les unités volontaires des pompiers de la voïvodie de Małopolska. Le projet prévoit les tâches suivantes: — achat de voitures de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie, — achat de systèmes de surveillance de l’environnement, — coûts liés à la gestion de projet. Spécification de la voiture de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie: • Classification des voitures: voiture de sauvetage de pompier de taille moyenne. • Classe de véhicule (selon PN-EN 1846-1): M (moyenne). • Catégorie de véhicule (selon PN-EN 1846-1): 2 (utérusnové). • Le véhicule doit être conforme à la norme polonaise PN-EN 1846-2. • Nouveau train de roulement, année de fabrication au plus tôt 2015. • Hauteur hors tout maximale du véhicule 3 300 mm. • Quatre portes, monomodule, accès moteur, dans un système de position 1+ 1 + 4 ou deux modules 1+ 1 + 3+ 4. • Une voiture équipée d’un AutoPump à deux bandes avec un niveau de pression élevé. • Réservoir d’eau d’une capacité minimale de 2,5 m³, mais n’excédant pas 3,0 m³. • Véhicule équipé d’un mât d’éclairage rétractable avec une tête avec un phare/réflecteurs, équipé de lampes LED. • Garantie de base pour la voiture — min. 24 mois. • Garantie pour la construction d’incendie — min. 24 mois. • Garantie pour l’équipement — min. 24 mois. • La garantie doit inclure des réparations de carrosserie gratuites. • Véhicule muni d’un réservoir de carburant complet. • Le châssis du véhicule sera accompagné d’un certificat d’agrément délivré par le ministre compétent ou d’un certificat CE de conformité. Les dispositifs et composants montés sur le véhicule doivent être conformes aux prescriptions des règlements nationaux et/ou internationaux distincts. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb von zwei Arten von Anlagevermögen: neue Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeuge in der Anzahl von 34 Einheiten und 34 Einheiten von Umweltüberwachungssystemen (Multigasdetektoren) für freiwillige Feuerwehreinheiten aus der Woiwodschaft Małopolska. Das Projekt sieht folgende Aufgaben vor: — Kauf von Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeugen, – Erwerb von Umweltüberwachungssystemen, – Kosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Projektmanagement. Spezifikation des Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungswagens: • Fahrzeugklassifizierung: mittelgroßer Feuerwehrmann Rettungswagen. • Fahrzeugklasse (gemäß PN-EN 1846-1): M (durchschnittlich). • Fahrzeugklasse (gemäß PN-EN 1846-1): 2 (gebärenoviert). • Das Fahrzeug muss der polnischen Norm PN-EN 1846-2 entsprechen. • Unterwagen nagelneu, Baujahr frühestens 2015. • Maximale Gesamthöhe des Fahrzeugs 3 300 mm. • Viertürig, ein Modul, Motorzugriff, in einem 1+ 1 + 4 oder Zweimodul-Positionssystem 1+ 1 + 3+ 4. • Ein Auto mit einem Zweiband AutoPump mit einem hohen Druckpegel ausgestattet. • Wasserspeicher mit einer Kapazität von mindestens 2,5 m³, jedoch nicht mehr als 3,0 m³. • Fahrzeug mit einem einziehbaren Beleuchtungsmast mit einem Kopf mit Scheinwerfer/Reflektoren, ausgestattet mit LED-Lampen. • Grundgarantie für das Auto – min. 24 Monate. • Garantie für den Brandbau – min. 24 Monate. • Garantie für Ausrüstung – min. 24 Monate. • Die Garantie sollte kostenlose Körperreparaturen enthalten. • Fahrzeug mit voller Kraftstofftank. • Dem Fahrgestell des Fahrzeugs ist eine vom zuständigen Minister ausgestellte Genehmigungsbescheinigung oder eine EG-Konformitätsbescheinigung beizufügen.
