Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności i jakości usług społecznych efektywne wspieranie rodziców opiekunów w wychowaniu dzieci, w tym zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Cel będzie realizowany poprzez zorganizowanie zajęć specjalistycznych oraz innych aktywności budujących kluczowe kompetencje dzieci i młodzieży, przy rozszerzeniu oferty placówek wsparcia dziennego w Odporyszowie Gmina Żabno, Wieliczce i Tarnowie oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc o 30Projekt obejmie działaniami 275 dzieci 618 lat, zamieszkałe w Wieliczce, Tarnowie m. i gm. oraz Gm. Żabno. Dzieci dostaną możliwość współudziału w tworzeniu bezpiecznego, twórczego środowiska rówieśniczego. Dajemy młodym ludziom możliwości rozwoju i pokazujemy, jak z tych możliwości skorzystać, aby uwierzyli we własne siły, zobaczyli co potrafią i czego mogą się nauczyć, aby prowadzić satysfakcjonujące życie.Placówki realizują wsparcie w formie opiekuńczej oraz specjalistycznej, praca z dzieckiem prowadzona jest w oparciu o indywidualny plan wsparcia, opracowany z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb dziecka oraz jego rodziny. Zapewniamy równoległą pracę z dzieckiem oraz rodzicamiopiekunami, a także stałą współpracę z placówkami oświatowymi, podmiotami leczniczymi oraz innymi instytucjami istotnymi z punktu widzenia wsparcia dzieci i rodzin. The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility and quality of social services effectively to support parents of carers in the upbringing of children, including those at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The goal will be realised by organising specialised activities and other activities building key competences of children and young people, while extending the offer of day support facilities in Odporyszów Municipalities of Żabno, Wieliczka and Tarnów and increasing the number of places by 30The project will cover 275 children 618 years old, residing in Wieliczka, Tarnów and Gm. Żabno. Children will be given the opportunity to participate in creating a safe, creative peer environment. We give young people opportunities for development and show how to take advantage of these opportunities to make them believe in their own strength, see what they can do and what they can learn to lead a satisfying life.Places provide support in caring and specialised form, work with the child is based on an individual support plan, developed taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, potential, predisposition, needs of the child and his family. We provide parallel work with the child and caregivers, as well as constant cooperation with educational institutions, medical entities and other institutions that are important to support children and families. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la disponibilité et la qualité des services sociaux afin de soutenir efficacement les parents de personnes qui s’occupent de l’éducation des enfants, y compris ceux qui sont exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale. L’objectif sera atteint par l’organisation d’activités spécialisées et d’autres activités renforçant les compétences clés des enfants et des jeunes, l’élargissement de l’offre d’installations d’aide à la journée dans la commune de abno, Wieliczka et Tarnów et l’augmentation du nombre de places de 30. Le projet couvrira les activités de 275 enfants de 618 ans, résidant à Wieliczka, Tarnów et Gm. Les enfants auront la possibilité de participer à la création d’un environnement sain et créatif pour les pairs. Nous donnons aux jeunes des opportunités de développement et nous montrons comment les utiliser pour les faire croire en leurs propres forces, voir ce qu’ils peuvent et ce qu’ils peuvent apprendre à mener une vie satisfaisante.Lieux mettent en œuvre un soutien sous la forme de soins et de spécialisation, le travail avec l’enfant est effectué sur la base d’un plan de soutien individuel, développé en tenant compte du diagnostic de la situation problématique, potentiel, prédisposition, besoins de l’enfant et de sa famille. Wir bieten parallele Arbeit mit dem Kind und den Eltern von Betreuungspersonen sowie ständige Zusammenarbeit mit Bildungseinrichtungen, therapeutischen Einrichtungen und anderen Einrichtungen, die für die Unterstützung von Kindern und Familien relevant sind.
