GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym min.108(65K/43M) ze 120(72K/48M) osób z GRUPY DOCELOWEJ, jaką stanowią osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, w tym w szczególności osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego (66-40K/26M), rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż jednej z przesłanek,o których mówią „Wytyczne w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społecznego i zwalczania ubóstwa…”,osoby korzystające z POPŻ (10-6K/4M), ON (44-26K/18M), w tym o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi, z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną lub z zaburzeniami psychicznymi (min. 31% tj. min.38-21K/17M), zamieszkujące wyłącznie (100%UP) na terenie powiatów zagrożonych skumulowanymi problemami społecznymi w zakresie ubóstwa tj.: nowotarskiego, brzeskiego, myślenickiego, m.Nowy Sącz, suskiego, tarnowskiego, m.Tarnów, dąbrowskiego, limanowskiego, nowosądeckiego i gorlickiego w woj.małopolskim GŁÓWNE ZADANIA realizowane w ramach projektu: *Identyfikacja potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników służąca opracowaniu indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji; *Poradnictwo psychospołeczne w formie grupy wsparcia; *Treningi kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych; *Indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne; *Szkolenia umożliwiające nabycie, podniesienie lub zmianę kwalifikacji zawodowych; *Staże; *Pośrednictwo pracy. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY PROJEKTU: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min. 90UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min. 60UP *praca (w tym na własny rachunek) min. 24UP *postęp w aktywizacji /dalsza aktywizacja do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu projektu: -min. 56% UP, w tym podjęcie pracy przez min.22% UP; -min. 46% UP niepełnosprawnych w stopniu znacznym, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi; w tym podjęcie pracy przez min.12%UP z ww. grup (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability and active participation in socio-professional life min.108(65K/43M) from 120(72K/48M) of people with a GROUP target of those at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who in the first instance require social activation, including in particular those experiencing multiple social exclusion (66-40K/26M), understood as exclusion for more than one of the reasons for which they say “Impossible Disability” (6 % of the social inclusion of those persons, in particular those experiencing multiple social exclusion). Nowytarski, Brest, Myenicki, Novy Sącz, Suski, Tarnów, Dąbrowski, Limanowski, Novy Sącz and Gorlicky in the Malopolska Voivodeship GŁÓWNE CONDITIONS implemented within the framework of the project: *Identifying the needs and potentials of participants to develop individual Reintegration Paths; * psychosocial counselling in the form of a support group; *Training of competences and social skills; *Individual psychological counseling; *Training for the acquisition, upgrading or retraining of professional qualifications; * Internships; The mediation of work. MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: *skilling by min. 90UP *request of work by min. 60UP *work (including self-employment) min. 24UP *progress in activation/further activation up to 3 m after completion of the project: —min. 56 % UP, including employment by min.22 % UP; —min. 46 % of UP with significant disability, persons with intellectual disabilities and coupled disabilities; of which taking up work by at least 12 % of the above-mentioned groups (English)

L’objectif principal du PROJECT est d’accroître l’employabilité et la participation active à la vie socioprofessionnelle min.108(65K/43M) de 120 (72K/48M) personnes appartenant au groupe cible, à savoir les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, qui ont d’abord besoin d’une activation sociale, y compris en particulier celles qui souffrent d’exclusion sociale multiple (66-40K/26M), considérées comme des exclusions en raison de plus d’une des raisons énoncées dans les «Lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets dans le domaine de l’inclusion sociale et de la lutte contre la pauvreté...», les bénéficiaires du POP' (10-6K/4M), ON (44-26K/18M), y compris les handicaps graves ou modérés, les handicaps associés, les handicaps intellectuels ou les troubles mentaux (min. 31 %, c’est-à-dire min. 38-21K/17M), résidant exclusivement (100 % de l’OLP) dans les comtés exposés à des problèmes sociaux cumulatifs en termes de pauvreté, c’est-à-dire: Nowatarski, Brest, Mythenicki, Nowa Sącz, Suski, Tarnów, Tarnów, Dąbrowski, Limanowski, Nowy Sądecki et Gorlicki dans la voïvodie de Małopolska. *Identification des besoins et des potentiels des participants pour le développement de parcours individuels de réinsertion; * Conseils psychosociaux sous la forme d’un groupe de soutien; *Formation des compétences et aptitudes sociales; *Conseils psychologiques individuels; *Formation pour l’acquisition, la mise à niveau ou le recyclage de qualifications professionnelles; * Stages; * Médiation de travail. PRINCIPAUX RÉSULTATS DU PROJET: * obtention de qualifications pour min. 90UP * recherche d’emploi pour min. 60UP * travail (y compris indépendant) min. 24UP * progrès dans l’activation/l’activation supplémentaire jusqu’à 3 mois après l’achèvement du projet: —min. 56 % UP, y compris le début du travail pour au moins 22 % UP; —min. 46 % des personnes souffrant d’un handicap grave, des personnes ayant des déficiences intellectuelles et des handicaps couplés; dont au moins 12 % des groupes mentionnés ci-dessus prennent des fonctions (French)

Hauptziel des PROJECT ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und die aktive Beteiligung am gesellschaftlichen und beruflichen Leben zu erhöhen min.108(65K/43M) von 120(72K/48M) Menschen aus der Zielgruppe, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, die zunächst eine soziale Aktivierung erfordern, insbesondere diejenigen, die mehrere soziale Ausgrenzung (66-40K/26M) haben, verstanden als Ausschluss aufgrund von mehr als einem der in den „Leitlinien für die Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich der sozialen Inklusion und der Armutsbekämpfung“ genannten Gründe, Personen, die aus dem POPŻ (10-6K/4M) profitieren, ON (44-26K/18M), einschließlich schwerer oder mittelschwerer Behinderung, damit zusammenhängender Behinderungen, geistiger Behinderungen oder psychischer Störungen (min. 31 %, d. h. mindestens 38-21K/17M), die ausschließlich (100 % der PLO) in den von kumulativen sozialen Problemen in Armut bedrohten Kreisen leben, d. h.: Nowatarski, Brest, Mythenicki, Nowa Sącz, Suski, Tarnów, Tarnów, Dąbrowski, Limanowski, Nowy Sądecki und Gorlicki in der Woiwodschaft Małopolska. * Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse und Potenziale der Teilnehmer für die Entwicklung individueller Wiedereingliederungspfade; * Psychosoziale Beratung in Form einer Fördergruppe; *Ausbildung von sozialen Kompetenzen und Fertigkeiten; *Individuelle psychologische Beratung; *Ausbildung für den Erwerb, die Verbesserung oder Umschulung von Berufsqualifikationen; *Praktika; * Arbeitsvermittlung. WICHTIGSTE ERGEBNISSE DES PROJEKTS: * Erwerb von Qualifikationen für min. 90UP * Jobsuche für min. 60UP * Arbeit (einschließlich Selbstständige) min. 24UP * Fortschritt in der Aktivierung/weitere Aktivierung bis zu 3 Monate nach Abschluss des Projekts: mindestens 56 % UP, einschließlich Beginn der Arbeit für mindestens 22 % UP; mindestens 46 % der UP mit schweren Behinderungen, Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und gekoppelten Behinderungen; davon nehmen mindestens 12 % der oben genannten Gruppen ihre Arbeit an.
