Cel projektu Wyższa aktywność społ.-zawod. i motywacja do podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród 60UP nabyta poprzez udział w kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym wsparciu w ramach proj. w okresie od 01.01.2017-31.03.2018 Gr. docelowa 60 os.(min.36K) lub rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ.,w tym w szczeg.: os./rodziny doświadczające wielokrotnego wyklucz.społ. i/lub os./rodziny korzystające z POPŻ i/lub os.z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi,z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz os.z zaburzeniami psych. i/lub os./rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.w zw.z rewitalizacją obsz.zdegrad.,o której mowa w Wytycznych MIiR w zakr.rewitalizacji w progr.operac.na lata 2014-2020.Dodatkowo,min.21%, tj.min.13 UP stanowić będą os.o umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnospr.Wsparcie skierowane będzie wyłącznie do os.,które zamieszkują na obszarze woj.małopolskiego(w rozumieniu przepisów KC),w tym w 100% do mieszkańców powiatów: nowotarskiego,brzeskiego,myślenickiego,m.Nowy Sącz,suskiego,tarnowskiego,m.Tarnów,dąbrowskiego,limanowskiego,nowosądeckiego,gorlickiego),zagrożonych skumulowanymi problemami społ. Projektziel Höhere soziale Aktivität – Berufstätigkeit und Motivation zur Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung unter 60 PLO, die im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2017-31.03.2018 durch Beteiligung an einer umfassenden und personalisierten Unterstützung im Rahmen des Projekts erworben wurden. Die Zielgruppe 60 Personen (min. 36K) oder Familien, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, erfordern in erster Linie soziale Aktivierung, insbesondere: Pers./Familien mit Mehrfachausschlüssen und/oder Pers./Familien, die von POPŻ und/oder Teilkonjugaten profitieren, mit unvollständigen geistigen und psychischen Störungen und/oder Familien, die von Armut oder Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich der Revitalisierung, die in den MIiR-Leitlinien im Bereich der Wiederbelebung in der Schwelle 2014-2020 genannt werden. Darüber hinaus werden mindestens 21 %, d. h. mindestens 13 UP, ein moderates Maß an unvollständiger Unterstützung darstellen. Die Unterstützung wird nur an diejenigen gerichtet, die in der Woiwodschaft Małopolska (im Sinne der Bestimmungen des CC) wohnen, darunter 100 % der Einwohner des Bezirks: Nowatarski, Brest, Thinknicki, New Sącz, Suski, Tarnów, Dąbrowski, Limanowski, Nowo Sądecki, Gorlicki, bedroht von angesammelten sozialen Problemen.
