Celem projektu jest podniesiony poziom kompet. Inter, intra oraz zawodowych lubi okołozawod. u klientów GOPS Ropa zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, do 31.07.21 r. Projekt realizowany będzie w 18r: VIIIXII, a w 19r i 20r IXII, a w 21r IVII. Gr. docelowa to 48 os. min. 50 to kob., z terenu gm. R., bezrobotne, lubi bierne zawodowo, a w tym tez kształcące się lubi pracujące, lubi pracujące na własnym gospod. rolnym lubi os. z ich rodzin świadczące nieodpłatną pomoc na rzecz prowadzenia gosp. rolnego, wymagające podjęcia pracy poza gosp. rolnym z racji nierentownej działalności, u których stwierdz. niski poziom kompetencji intrapersonalnych i interpersonalnych przydatnych w życiu społ. i zawod. oraz niski poziom kompet. związanych z wykonywaniem danego zawodu.Projekt zawier. 5 zad.: 1 Diagnozę indywidualnych potrzeb i potencj. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de concurrence. Relations inter, intra et professionnelles autour de la profession avec les clients GOPS Ropa à risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale, jusqu’au 31.07.21. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans 18 ans: VIIIXII, et 19 et 20r IXII, et 21r IV. Le groupe cible est 48 pour min. 50 est un kob., de la municipalité de R., les chômeurs, il aime l’inactif, et dans ce même cas, l’éduqué aime les travailleurs, aime travailler dans sa propre ferme, comme ceux qui travaillent dans leur propre ferme, qui fournissent une aide non rémunérée pour la gestion d’une ferme, qui ont besoin de travail en dehors de la ferme en raison d’activités non rentables, pour lesquels un faible niveau de compétences intrapersonnelles et interpersonnelles utiles dans la vie sociale et professionnelle et un faible niveau de compétence liée à l’exercice d’une profession donnée sont trouvés. 5 a.s.: 1 Diagnostic des besoins individuels et de la puissance. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Niveau des Wettbewerbs zu erhöhen. Inter-, Intra- und Professionalität rund um den Beruf mit GOPS-Kunden Ropa, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, bis zum 31.07.21. Das Projekt wird in 18 Jahren umgesetzt: VIIIXII, 19 und 20r IXII und 21r IV. Die Zielgruppe ist 48 pro. min. 50 ist ein Kob., aus der Gemeinde R., die Arbeitslosen, er mag inaktiv, und in diesem auch die Gebildeten mag die Arbeit, wie die Arbeit in seinem eigenen Bauernhaus, wie diejenigen, die in ihrem eigenen Bauernhaus arbeiten, die unbezahlte Unterstützung für die Führung eines Bauernhauses leisten, erfordert Arbeit außerhalb des Bauernhauses aufgrund unrentabler Aktivitäten, für die ein geringes Maß an intrapersonellen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, die im sozialen Leben und Beruf nützlich sind, und eine geringe Kompetenz im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung eines bestimmten Berufs gefunden werden. 5 a.s.: 1 Diagnose individueller Bedürfnisse und Potenz. Barmittel für Kosten im Zusammenhang mit Absprachen im Rahmen des Projekts; 4 Umsetzung der UAI, die auf der indiv.diagnosis akzeptiert wird; 5 Überprüfung der ISR.Hauptrichtungen: 1 Personen aus Armut oder Zertifizierung, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm qualifiziert wurden; 1 Person aus Armut oder Bewährung, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm einen Arbeitsplatz sucht; 1 Personen, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm arbeiten; 12 Personen mit einem erheblichen Grad an Unvollständigkeit, Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und Menschen mit partiellen und gekoppelten Personen, die nach Ende ihrer Teilnahme an dem Projekt eine Beschäftigung von 22 armutsgefährdeten Personen oder Qualifikatoren aufnehmen werden, die nach Abschluss ihrer Teilnahme an dem Projekt eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen werden (German)
