Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a co najmniej 45 dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet,b co najmniej 60 dla mężczyzn w wieku 30 49 lat, nie należący do ww. grup, których sytuacja na rynku pracy jest najtrudniejsza.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w powiatowych urzędach pracy PUP, należące do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety oraz bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 3049 nie należący do ww. grup, których sytuacja na rynku pracy jest najtrudniejsza, przy założeniu, że ta grupa docelowa nie może stanowić więcej niż 20 ogółu bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Realizowany projekt ujmuje elementy indywidualnej diagnozy potrzeb osób bezrobotnych oraz charakteryzuje się kompleksowością, i jak największą skutecznością wsparcia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Brest County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: and at least 45 for people aged 50 and over, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, the disabled, women, and at least 60 for men aged 30 49, not belonging to the above mentioned groups whose labour market situation is the most difficult.The project will support persons aged 30 years and over registered in the PUP’s district labour offices, belonging to one or more of the following groups: those over 50 years of age, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people, women and unemployed men aged 3049 not belonging to the above-mentioned groups whose labour market situation is the most difficult, provided that this target group cannot represent more than 20 total unemployed supported by the project. The implemented project captures elements of individual diagnosis of the needs of unemployed people and is characterised by comprehensiveness and as effective support as possible. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Brest. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par les participants au projet au niveau: et au moins 45 pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les personnes peu qualifiées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les femmesb au moins 60 ans pour les hommes de 30 49 ans, n’appartenant pas aux groupes susmentionnés, dont la situation sur le marché du travail est la plus difficile. les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les personnes peu qualifiées, les femmes et les hommes sans emploi âgés de 30 à 49 ans ne faisant pas partie des groupes susmentionnés, dont la situation sur le marché du travail est la plus difficile, à supposer que ce groupe cible ne puisse pas représenter plus de 20 chômeurs soutenus par le projet. Le projet comprend des éléments de diagnostic individuel des besoins des chômeurs et se caractérise par l’exhaustivité et l’efficacité maximale du soutien. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Brest arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch Projektteilnehmer auf folgender Ebene: mindestens 45 für Personen ab 50 Jahren, Geringqualifizierte, Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Frauen, mindestens 60 Jahre für Männer im Alter von 30 49 Jahren, die nicht zu den oben genannten Gruppen gehören, deren Arbeitsmarktlage am schwierigsten ist. Das Projekt unterstützt Personen ab 30 Jahren, die in den Bezirksarbeitsämtern der PUP registriert sind, die mindestens einer der folgenden Gruppen angehören: Personen über 50 Jahre, Langzeitarbeitslose, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Geringqualifizierte, Frauen und arbeitslose Männer im Alter von 3049 Jahren, die nicht zu den oben genannten Gruppen gehören, deren Arbeitsmarktlage am schwierigsten ist, vorausgesetzt, diese Zielgruppe kann nicht mehr als 20 von dem Projekt unterstützte Arbeitslose ausmachen. Das Projekt umfasst Elemente der individuellen Diagnose der Bedürfnisse von Arbeitslosen und zeichnet sich durch Vollständigkeit und maximale Wirksamkeit der Unterstützung aus. (German)
