Projekt polega na wsparciu 152 uczniów (w tym 60% dziewcząt) z 3 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych powiatu gostynińskiego, a wraz z nimi 40 nauczycieli przedmiotów ogólnych (80% kobiet). Wszystkie 3 szkoły znajdują się na terenie powiatu(teren do 25 tys. mieszkańców). Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie jst (Powiatu Gostynińskiego) z organizacją pozarządową (ZDZ w Płocku). Wsparcie będzie polegało na wdrożeniu 3 programów edukacyjnych, bazujących na wynikach diagnozy potrzeb szkół w zakresie obszaru wsparcia oraz indywidualnych potrzebach rozwojowych, edukacyjnych i możliwościach psychofizycznych uczniów. Każda szkoła wdroży działania zw.z podnoszeniem poziomu kompetencji kluczowych, zwiększaniem kompetencji z przedmiotów przyrodniczych i matematyki oraz korzystaniem z TIK i nauczaniem opartym na metodzie eksperymentu. Uzupełnieniem tych działań będzie wdrożenie produktu finalnego projektu innowacyjnego Partnera, dostosowanego do specyfiki projektu i szkolnictwa ogólnego. Dzięki zastosowaniu produktu zostanie utworzona sieć współpracy szkół gostynińskich w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych i nauczania na metodzie eksperymentu -upowszechnienie materiałów edukacyjno-szkoleniowych, stworzenie międzyszkolnych pracowni przedmiotów przyrodniczych czy też nawiązanie współpracy dot.wykorzystania zasobów TIK przez inne placówki. Wszelkie materiały edukacyjno-szkoleniowe powstałe w toku projektu, będą udostępniane na zasadzie wolnej licencji na stronach intern.Powiatu, ZDZ w Płocku oraz szkół objętych projektem. Wskaźnikiem rezultatu będzie liczba szkół wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK i szkół z doposażonymi pracowniami przedmiotowymi, liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe oraz liczba nauczycieli, którzy nabyli kompetencje w obszarze projektu. The project consists of the support of 152 pupils (including 60 % of girls) from 3 upper secondary schools in Gostynin County, together with 40 teachers of general subjects (80 % of women). All 3 schools are located in the county (areas of up to 25, inhabitants). The project will be implemented in partnership with the Gostynin County with a non-governmental organisation (ZDZ in Płock). Support will consist of the implementation of 3 educational programmes based on the results of diagnosis of school needs in the area of support and individual development needs, educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of pupils. Each school will implement activities such as raising the level of key competences, increasing competences in natural sciences and mathematics, as well as using ICT and teaching based on the experimental method. These activities will be complemented by the implementation of the final product of the Partner’s innovative project, adapted to the specificities of the project and general education. Thanks to the use of the product, a network of cooperation between Gostin schools in the field of key competences and teaching on the experimental method will be created – dissemination of educational and training materials, creation of inter-school natural science studios or establishing cooperation on the use of ICT resources by other institutions. All educational and training materials produced in the course of the project will be made available on the basis of a free license on the intern websites of the district, ZDZ in Płock and the schools covered by the project. The result will be the number of schools using ICT equipment and schools with retrofitted study studios, the number of pupils who have acquired key competences and the number of teachers who have acquired competence in the project. Le projet est soutenu par 152 élèves (dont 60 % des filles) issus de 3 écoles secondaires supérieures du district de Gostinien et par 40 enseignants de matières générales (80 % des femmes) avec eux. Les 3 écoles sont toutes situées dans le comté (zone jusqu’à 25 000 habitants). Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat avec une organisation non gouvernementale (ZDZ à Płock). L’appui consistera en la mise en œuvre de trois programmes éducatifs fondés sur les résultats du diagnostic des besoins des écoles dans le domaine de l’appui et du développement individuel, des capacités éducatives et psychophysiques des élèves. Chaque école mettra en œuvre des activités telles que l’élévation du niveau des compétences clés, l’augmentation des compétences en sciences et en mathématiques, ainsi que l’utilisation des TIC et de l’enseignement fondé sur la méthode expérimentale. Ces activités seront complétées par la mise en œuvre du produit final du projet partenaire innovant, adapté aux spécificités du projet et de l’enseignement général. Grâce à l’utilisation du produit, un réseau de coopération entre les écoles gostiniennes dans le domaine des compétences clés et de l’enseignement sur la méthode d’expérimentation sera créé — la diffusion de matériel éducatif et de formation, la création d’ateliers interscolaires de matières naturelles ou la mise en place d’une coopération sur l’utilisation des ressources TIC par d’autres institutions. Tous les supports pédagogiques et de formation créés au cours du projet seront mis à disposition sur la base d’une licence gratuite sur le site web interne.Powiatu, ZDZ à Płock et écoles couvertes par le projet. L’indicateur de résultat sera le nombre d’écoles utilisant des équipements informatiques et d’écoles équipées de ces installations, le nombre d’élèves ayant acquis des compétences clés et le nombre d’enseignants ayant acquis des compétences dans le domaine du projet. Das Projekt wird von 152 Schülern (darunter 60 % der Mädchen) aus 3 Sekundarschulen des Gostinischen Bezirks und 40 Lehrern allgemeiner Fächer (80 % der Frauen) unterstützt. Alle 3 Schulen befinden sich in der Grafschaft (Gebiet bis zu 25 Tausend Einwohner). Das Projekt wird in Partnerschaft mit einer Nichtregierungsorganisation (ZDZ in Płock) durchgeführt. Die Unterstützung wird in der Durchführung von drei Bildungsprogrammen bestehen, die auf den Ergebnissen der Diagnose der Bedürfnisse der Schulen im Bereich der Unterstützung und der individuellen Entwicklung, der pädagogischen und psychophysischen Fähigkeiten der Schüler basieren. Jede Schule wird Aktivitäten durchführen, darunter die Anhebung des Niveaus der Schlüsselkompetenzen, die Erweiterung der Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften und Mathematik sowie die Nutzung von IKT und Unterricht auf der Grundlage der experimentellen Methode. Diese Aktivitäten werden durch die Umsetzung des Endprodukts des innovativen Partnerprojekts ergänzt, das an die Besonderheiten des Projekts und die allgemeine Bildung angepasst ist. Dank der Verwendung des Produkts wird ein Netzwerk der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Gostinischen Schulen im Bereich der Schlüsselkompetenzen und des Unterrichts über die Methode des Experimentierens geschaffen – die Verbreitung von Bildungs- und Ausbildungsmaterialien, die Einrichtung von schulübergreifenden Workshops natürlicher Fächer oder die Einrichtung einer Zusammenarbeit bei der Nutzung von IKT-Ressourcen durch andere Institutionen. Alle während des Projekts erstellten Lehr- und Schulungsmaterialien werden auf der Grundlage einer kostenlosen Lizenz auf der Website intern.Powiatu, ZDZ in Płock und durch das Projekt abgedeckte Schulen zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Ergebnisindikator ist die Zahl der Schulen, die IKT-Ausrüstung und mit diesen Einrichtungen ausgestattete Schulen nutzen, die Zahl der Schüler, die Schlüsselkompetenzen erworben haben, und die Zahl der Lehrkräfte, die Kompetenzen im Projektbereich erworben haben. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Grundsätzen der Chancengleichheit K und M, der Nichtdiskriminierung und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung (horizontale Grundsätze der EU) und zielt darauf ab, Schlüsselelemente zu schaffen.
