W przedmiotowym Projekcie uczestniczy 21 jednostek Województwa Małopolskiego dysponujących 58 budynkami użyteczności publicznej. Celem realizacji projektu jest osiągnięcie założonych wskaźników efektywności energetycznej oraz redukcji emisji mających wpływ na stan jakości powierza w województwie. Dla wszystkich budynków objętych projektem zostały opracowane audyty energetyczne. Na ich podstawie określono zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych, których dobór został uzależniony od specyfiki i obecnej charakterystyki energetycznej budynków.Będą to m. in. następujące prace: docieplenie ścian, stropów i stropodachów, docieplenie ościeży, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, montaż nawiewników, montaż systemów solarnych, zastosowanie fotowoltaiki wspomagającej zapotrzebowanie na energię budynku, wymiana instalacji c.w.u., c.o., grzejników, wymiana źródeł ciepła, remont pokrycia dachu, wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne oraz dostosowanie istniejącej instalacji do oświetlenia energooszczędnego, m. in. poprzez instalacje czujników ruchu, montaż opomiarowania instalacji w budynkach, izolacje przeciwwilgociowe budynku i odwodnienia budynków, modernizacja instalacji nawiewnowywiewnej, montaż systemów chłodzenia lub ich modernizacja, zastosowanie gazowych pomp ciepła, podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej,Szczegółowy zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych dla każdego budynku został przedstawiony w części C.2.3. Dla wszystkich budynków zaplanowano również uzupełnienie opomiarowania w zakresie istniejących i projektowanych instalacji. Łącznie zaplanowano instalację: 112 liczników ciepła 69 liczników c.w.u. 52 liczniki chłodu, 21 liczników fotowoltaiki 8 liczników kolektorów słonecznych.Ww. prace wykonane zostaną w oparciu o przygotowane przez Jednostki dokumentacje projektowe. 21 units of the Małopolska Voivodeship with 58 public buildings participate in the project. The aim of the project is to achieve the assumed indicators of energy efficiency and reduce emissions affecting the quality of the project in the voivodship. Energy audits have been developed for all the buildings covered by the project. On the basis of these, the scope of thermal retrofitting works was determined, the selection of which depended on the specificity and current energy performance of buildings.This will include the following works: warming of walls, ceilings and stropods, warming of enclosures, replacement of window and door carpentry, installation of vents, installation of solar systems, use of photovoltaics to support the energy demand of the building, replacement of the installation of central heating, heating systems, heating systems, replacement of heat sources of buildings, exchange of heat sources for energy-saving and adapting the existing installation for energy-saving lighting. Additional metering for existing and designed installations is also planned for all buildings. In total, the installation was planned: 112 heat meters 69 c.w. meters 52 cold meters, 21 photovoltaic meters 8 solar collector meters.The above works will be based on design documentation prepared by Units. 21 unités de voïvodie de Małopolskie avec 58 bâtiments publics participent au projet. L’objectif du projet est d’atteindre l’ensemble des indicateurs d’efficacité énergétique et de réduction des émissions ayant une incidence sur l’état de qualité confié dans la région. Des audits énergétiques ont été réalisés pour tous les bâtiments couverts par le projet. Sur la base de celles-ci, le champ d’application des travaux de thermomodernisation, dont le choix dépend de la spécificité et de la performance énergétique actuelle des bâtiments, a été défini, y compris les travaux suivants: l’isolation des murs, plafonds et planchers, l’isolation des cadres, le remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, l’installation de ventilateurs, l’installation de systèmes solaires, l’application de systèmes photovoltaïques répondant à la demande énergétique du bâtiment, le remplacement des installations de chauffage central, les radiateurs, le remplacement des sources de chaleur, la rénovation des toitures, le remplacement des sources lumineuses pour un éclairage économe en énergie et l’adaptation de l’installation existante à un éclairage économe en énergie, par exemple par l’installation de capteurs de mouvement, L’installation de compteurs d’installations dans les bâtiments, l’isolation humide du bâtiment et le drainage des bâtiments, la modernisation du système d’alimentation en air, l’installation de systèmes de refroidissement ou leur modernisation, l’application de pompes à chaleur à gaz, le raccordement au réseau de chauffage, l’étendue détaillée des travaux de modernisation thermique pour chaque bâtiment sont présentés dans la partie C.2.3. Pour tous les bâtiments, des compteurs supplémentaires ont également été prévus pour les installations existantes et prévues. Total de l’installation prévue: 112 compteurs de chaleur 69 compteurs d’eau chaude 52 compteurs froids, 21 compteurs photovoltaïques 8 capteurs solaires. 21 Einheiten der Woiwodschaft Małopolskie mit 58 öffentlichen Gebäuden nehmen an dem Projekt teil. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die festgelegten Indikatoren für die Energieeffizienz und die Verringerung der Emissionen zu erreichen, die sich auf den in der Region anvertrauten Qualitätszustand auswirken. Für alle unter das Projekt fallenden Gebäude wurden Energieaudits entwickelt. Auf der Grundlage dieser Arbeiten wurde der Umfang der Thermomodernisierungsarbeiten festgelegt, deren Auswahl von der Spezifität und der aktuellen Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden abhängt. Dazu gehören u. a. folgende Arbeiten: Isolierung von Wänden, Decken und Böden, Isolierung von Rahmen, Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlereien, Installation von Ventilatoren, Installation von Solaranlagen, Anwendung von Photovoltaik zur Unterstützung des Energiebedarfs des Gebäudes, Austausch von Zentralheizungsanlagen, Heizkörper, Austausch von Wärmequellen, Dachbedeckungssanierung, Austausch von Lichtquellen für energieeffiziente Beleuchtung und Anpassung der bestehenden Anlage an energieeffiziente Beleuchtung, z. B. durch die Installation von Bewegungssensoren, in Teil C.2.3 wird in Teil C.2.3 die Installation der Messung von Anlagen in Gebäuden, die feuchte Isolierung des Gebäudes und die Entwässerung von Gebäuden, die Modernisierung des Luftversorgungssystems, die Installation von Kühlsystemen oder deren Modernisierung, die Anwendung von Gaswärmepumpen, der Anschluss an das Heiznetz, der detaillierte Umfang der thermischen Modernisierungsarbeiten für jedes Gebäude dargestellt. Für alle Gebäude ist auch eine zusätzliche Messung für bestehende und geplante Anlagen geplant. Geplante Installation insgesamt: 112 Wärmezähler 69 Warmwasserzähler 52 Kältemeter, 21 Photovoltaik-Meter 8 Sonnenkollektoren. Die oben genannten Arbeiten werden auf der Grundlage der von den Einheiten erstellten Entwurfsdokumentation durchgeführt. (German)
