Planowana inwestycję podzielono na następujące zadania i działania: 1) Termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Brzeznej Litaczu 1.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej. 1.2 Termomodernizację budynku 1.3 Remont kotłowni centralnego ogrzewania 1.4 Nadzór inwestorski 1.5 Remont kotłowni CO -koszty niekwalifikowane 2. Termomodernizację budynku Zespołu Szkół Podstawowo - Gimnazjalnych w Podegrodziu 2.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej. 2.2 Termomodernizację budynku 2.3 Nadzór inwestorski Wszystkie ujęte w projekcie zadania inwestycyjne wynikają bezpośrednio z załączonych audytów energetycznych, zostały ujęte w sporządzonych dla inwestycji projektach budowlanych i kosztorysach inwestorskich Szczegółowy opis działań w obrębie poszczególnych zadań przedstawiona w pkt. C.2.3, który został sporządzony w oparciu o kosztorys inwestorski oraz audyty. Planowane do realizacji zadania służyć będą realizacji celów związanych z poprawą efektywności energetycznej i redukcji CO2 poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej (szkół): docieplenie budynków, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianę źródła ciepła. Zgodnie z podręcznikiem kwalifikowania wydatków, po stronie kosztów kwalifikowanych (odpowiednio wg kosztorysu dla każdego z 2 budynków) ujęto wydatki specyficzne dla działania 4.3.2 tj. prace termomodernizacyjne prowadzące do uzyskania odpowiednich współczynników przenikania ciepła, zgodnych z obowiązującymi przepisami technicznymi i wymogami z Metodyki oraz wymianę źródła ciepła (SP Brzezna - Litacz) - kotły spalające biomasę, która zapewni redukcję CO2 w odniesieniu do istniejącej instalacji o co najmniej 30%. Dalsza część opisu wymaganego instrukcją zamieszczono w punkcie Q. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej o 60,3%. (Polish)

The planned investment is divided into the following tasks and activities: 1) Thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School in Brzezna Litacz 1.1 Preparation of project documentation. 1.2 Thermomodernisation of the building 1.3 Repair of central heating boiler room 1.4 Investor supervision 1.5 Repair of boiler room CO – ineligible costs 2. Thermal modernisation of the building of the Primary and Gymnasian School Complex in Podegrodzie 2.1 Preparation of the project documentation. 2.2 Thermomodernisation of the building 2.3 Investor supervision All the investment tasks included in the project result directly from the enclosed energy audits, are included in the construction projects and investor estimates prepared for the investment. C.2.3, which has been drawn up on the basis of the investor’s estimate and audits. The planned task will serve the objectives of improving energy efficiency and reducing CO2 through a deep thermal modernisation of public buildings (schools): warming of buildings, replacement of window and door carpentry, exchange of heat source. According to the Qualification Manual, eligible costs (according to the cost estimate for each of the 2 buildings respectively) include expenditure specific to measure 4.3.2, i.e. thermal retrofitting works leading to adequate heat transfer coefficients, in accordance with the applicable technical regulations and requirements from Methodics and heat exchange (SP Brzezna – Litacz) – biomass combustion boilers that will ensure a reduction of CO2 for the existing installation by at least 30 %. The further part of the description required by the instructions is set out in point Q. As a result of the project, the energy efficiency will be improved by 60.3 %. (English)

L’investissement prévu se répartit entre les tâches et les activités suivantes: 1) Thermomodernisation de la construction de l’école primaire à Brzezna Litacz 1.1 Préparation de la documentation du projet. 1.2 Thermomodernisation du bâtiment 1.3 Rénovation de la chaufferie de chauffage central 1.4 Surveillance des investisseurs 1.5 Réparation de la chaufferie CO — coûts inéligibles 2. Thermomodernisation de la construction du complexe des écoles primaires et secondaires à Podegrodzie 2.1 Préparation de la documentation de conception. 2.2 Thermomodernisation du bâtiment 2.3 Supervision des investisseurs Toutes les tâches d’investissement incluses dans le projet résultent directement des audits énergétiques ci-joints, sont incluses dans les projets de construction et les estimations de coûts de l’investisseur établies pour l’investissement. C.2.3, qui a été établi sur la base d’estimations des coûts et d’audits de l’investisseur. Les tâches prévues serviront les objectifs d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique et de réduction du CO2 par la thermomodernisation profonde des bâtiments publics (écoles): isolation des bâtiments, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, remplacement de la source de chaleur. Selon le manuel d’éligibilité, les coûts éligibles (selon l’estimation des coûts pour chacun des deux bâtiments respectivement) incluaient des dépenses spécifiques à la mesure 4.3.2, c’est-à-dire des travaux de modernisation thermique conduisant à l’obtention de coefficients appropriés de transfert de chaleur, conformément aux réglementations techniques applicables et aux exigences de la méthodologie, et à l’échange de sources de chaleur (SP Brzezna — Litacz) — chaudières à combustion de biomasse, qui garantiront une réduction de CO2 d’au moins 30 % pour l’installation existante. Die geplante Investition gliedert sich in folgende Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten: 1) Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes der Grundschule in Brzezna Litacz 1.1 Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation. 1.2 Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes 1.3 Renovierung des Zentralheizungsheizkessels 1.4 Anlegeraufsicht 1.5 Reparatur des CO-Kesselraums – nicht beihilfefähige Kosten 2. Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Grund- und Sekundarschulkomplexes in Podegrodzie 2.1 Vorbereitung der Entwurfsdokumentation. 2.2 Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes 2.3 Anlegeraufsicht Alle im Projekt enthaltenen Investitionsaufgaben direkt aus den beigefügten Energieaudits, sind in den Bauvorhaben und Investorenkostenschätzungen für die Investition enthalten. Detaillierte Beschreibung der Tätigkeiten innerhalb der einzelnen unter Punkt beschriebenen Aufgaben. C.2.3, das auf der Grundlage von Schätzungen und Prüfungen der Anlegerkosten erstellt wurde. Die geplanten Aufgaben dienen den Zielen der Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz und der Verringerung des CO2 durch eine tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude (Schulen): Isolierung von Gebäuden, Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlerei, Austausch von Wärmequelle. Nach dem Genehmigungshandbuch umfassten die förderfähigen Kosten (gemäß der Kostenschätzung für jedes der beiden Gebäude) Ausgaben, die speziell für Maßnahme 4.3.2, d. h. thermische Modernisierungsarbeiten, die zur Erreichung geeigneter Wärmeübertragungskoeffizienten gemäß den geltenden technischen Vorschriften und Anforderungen der Methodik führten, und den Wärmequellenaustausch (SP Brzezna – Litacz) – Biomasseverbrennungskessel, die eine CO2-Reduktion für die bestehende Anlage um mindestens 30 % gewährleisten werden. Ein weiterer Teil der in der Anweisung geforderten Beschreibung ist unter Punkt Q enthalten. Das Projekt wird zu einer Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz um 60,3 % führen. (German)
