Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na niską aktywność kobiet w rynku pracy związaną z pełnieniem przez nie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz brak miejsc w żłobkach na terenie Nowego Sącza oraz gminy Nawojowa.Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 60 osób 55K i 5M z województwa małopolskiego z miasta Nowy Sącz oraz Gminy Nawojowa, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi. Realizacja celu odbywać się będzie poprzez stworzenie 20 nowych miejsc w już istniejącym żłobku w Nowym Sączu, oraz utworzeniu nowego złobka w Żeleźnikowej z 40 miejscami gmina Nawojowa w okresie 01.01.2018r. 31.08.2019r.Grupę docelową stanowią osoby powracające wchodzące na rynek pracy, które do tej pory w nim nie uczestniczyły ze względu na pełnienie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 pozostające bez pracy, przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim, wychowawczym. Grupę docelową stanowi 20 rodziców z Nowego Sącza, 40 rodziców z Gminy Nawojowa, w wieku 2545 lat, z różnym wykształceniem zawodowe, ponadgimnazjalne, wyższe. (Polish)

The project is a response to the low activity of women in the labour market related to their care functions for children under the age of 3 and the lack of places in nurseries in Nowy Sącz and the municipality of Nawojowa.The main objective of this project is to increase the employment level of 60 people 55K and 5M from the Małopolska Voivodeship from Nowy Sącz and the municipality of Nawojowa, which perform childcare functions. The goal will be achieved by creating 20 new places in the already existing nursery in Nowy Sącz, and the creation of a new złobka in Żeleźnikowa with 40 places in the municipality of Nawojowa in the period 01.01.2018. 31.08.2019The target group consists of returnees entering the labour market, who have not yet participated in the labour market due to the role of caring for children under the age of 3 who are unemployed, on maternity leave, parental leave and parental leave. Le projet répond à la faible participation des femmes au marché du travail liée à leurs fonctions de garde d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans et au manque de crèches dans la commune de Nowy Sącz et de Nawojowa. L’objectif principal de ce projet est d’augmenter le taux d’emploi de 60 personnes de 55 000 et 5 millions de personnes de la voïvodie de Małopolskie de Nowy Sącz et de la municipalité de Nawojowa, qui exercent des fonctions de garde d’enfants. L’objectif sera atteint par la création de 20 nouveaux places dans une crèche déjà existante à Nowy Sącz et la création d’un nouveau złobek dans la commune de Nawojowa au cours de la période 01.01.2018. 31.08.2019.Le groupe cible est les rapatriés entrant sur le marché du travail qui n’ont pas encore participé au marché du travail en raison de leurs fonctions de prise en charge des enfants de moins de 3 ans qui sont au chômage, en congé de maternité, parental et parental. Le groupe cible est de 20 parents de Nowy Sącz, 40 parents de la municipalité de Nawojowa, à l’âge de 2545 ans, ayant divers niveaux d’enseignement professionnel, secondaire supérieur et supérieur. Das Projekt reagiert auf die geringe Beteiligung von Frauen am Arbeitsmarkt im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Betreuungsfunktion für Kinder bis zu drei Jahren und dem Mangel an Kinderkrippen in Nowy Sącz und Nawojowa Gemeinde. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsquote von 60 Personen 55K und 5M aus der Woiwodschaft Małopolskie aus Nowy Sącz und Nawojowa, die Kinderbetreuungsaufgaben wahrnehmen, zu erhöhen. Das Ziel wird erreicht werden durch die Schaffung von 20 neuen Plätzen in einer bereits bestehenden Kinderkrippe in Nowy Sącz und die Schaffung eines neuen złobek in Żeleźnikowa mit 40 Plätzen in der Gemeinde Nawojowa im Zeitraum 01.01.2018. 31.08.2019.Zielgruppe sind Rückkehrer, die aufgrund ihrer Betreuungsfunktionen für Kinder bis zu drei Jahren, die arbeitslos sind, im Mutterschafts-, Eltern- und Elternurlaub noch nicht am Arbeitsmarkt teilgenommen haben. Zielgruppe sind 20 Eltern aus Nowy Sącz, 40 Eltern aus der Gemeinde Nawojowa, im Alter von 2545 Jahren, mit verschiedenen Berufs-, Sekundar- und Hochschulbildung. (German)
