Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa całorocznego centrum usług turystycznych na terenach stacji narciarskiej Tylicz Ski poprzez budowę napowietrznej kolei linowej krzesełkowej, wraz z zakupem maszyn i urządzeń. Planowana inwestycja jest efektem wieloletnich doświadczeń związanych z użytkowaniem terenów narciarskich w Tyliczu. Jest rozwiązaniem mającym wpływ na poprawę warunków funkcjonowania Stacji Narciarskiej. Tereny narciarskie Stacji stanowią jednorodny zespół funkcjonalny.Zadania w ramach projektu:1.Zakup technologii kolejki krzesełkowej2.Budowa wyciągu narciarskiego krzesełkowego kolej krzesełkowa wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą3.Zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia związanego z utrzymaniem stoku przy kolei krzesełkowej4.Wprowadzenie wysokich norm bezpieczeństwa na stoku5.Zakup maszyn i urządzeń na potrzeby utworzenia nowych usług całorocznychMaszyny i urządzenia planowane do zakupu są innowacyjne, energooszczędne, spełniają surowe normy środowiskowe. Napowietrzna kolej krzesełkowa jest zaprojektowana według najnowszej wiedzy o budownictwie kolei linowych, wyposażona w nowoczesną technikę i odpowiada dyrektywie 20009WE. Planowana infrastruktura będzie gwarantowała bezpieczne i wygodne rozwiązania zarówno dla użytkowników jak i osób ją obsługujących. Przyjęte rozwiązanie architektoniczne, tj. umiejscowienie kolei krzesełkowej, jest wynikiem wieloletnich doświadczeń związanych z użytkowaniem terenu i jest zgodne z jego przeznaczeniem.Wskazane rozwiązania odpowiadają na potrzeby wnioskodawcy, przede wszystkim: konieczność rozwoju działalności w obszarze turystyki zimowej i letniej: wdrażanie nowych usług, konieczność podnoszenia jakości usług; potrzeba zwiększenia możliwości usługowych w celu zaspokojenia popytu na rynku; rozbudowa parku maszynowego; stosowanie technologii przyjaznych dla środowiska. The object of the investment is the construction of a year-round tourist service centre in the area of the ski station Tylicz Ski through the construction of an overhead cableway, together with the purchase of machinery and equipment. The planned investment is the result of many years of experience connected with the use of ski areas in Tylicz. It is a solution to improve the conditions of the skiing station. The station’s ski areas are a homogeneous functional unit.Tasks as part of the project:1.purchase of the chairlift technology2.Construction of high safety standards on the slope5.Purchase of machinery and equipment for the creation of new year-round servicesMachines and equipment planned for purchase are innovative, energy-saving. The overhead chairlift is designed according to the latest knowledge of cableway construction, equipped with modern technology and complies with Directive 20009EC. The planned infrastructure will guarantee safe and convenient solutions for both users and service providers. The adopted architectural solution, i.e. the location of the chair railway, is the result of many years of experience connected with the use of the land and is in accordance with its purpose.The indicated solutions respond to the applicant’s needs, above all: the need to develop activities in the area of winter and summer tourism: the implementation of new services, the need to improve the quality of services; the need to increase service capacity to meet market demand; extension of the machinery park; use of environmentally friendly technologies. L’objectif de l’investissement est la construction d’un centre de services touristiques toute l’année à la station de ski de Tylicz par la construction d’un télésiège, ainsi que l’achat de machines et d’équipements. L’investissement prévu est le résultat de nombreuses années d’expérience dans l’utilisation des domaines skiables à Tylicz. C’est une solution qui améliore les conditions d’exploitation de la station de ski. Les domaines skiables de la station sont une équipe fonctionnelle homogène. Tâches dans le cadre de la technologie projektu:1.Zakup télésiège2.Construction d’un télésiège avec infrastructure d’accompagnement3.L’achat de l’équipement nécessaire à l’entretien de la pente sur le chemin de fer4.Introduction de hautes normes de sécurité sur la pente5.L’achat de machines et d’équipements pour la création de nouveaux services toute l’annéeLes machines et les équipements prévus à l’achat sont innovants, économes en énergie, répondent à des normes environnementales strictes. Le télésiège supérieur est conçu selon les dernières connaissances en matière de construction à câbles, équipé d’une technologie moderne et conforme à la directive 20009CE. L’infrastructure prévue garantira des solutions sûres et pratiques tant pour les utilisateurs que pour les gestionnaires. La solution architecturale adoptée, c’est-à-dire l’emplacement du télésiège, est le résultat de nombreuses années d’expérience dans l’utilisation du site et est conforme à son objectif.Les solutions indiquées répondent aux besoins du demandeur, notamment: la nécessité de développer des activités dans le domaine du tourisme d’hiver et d’été: la mise en œuvre de nouveaux services, la nécessité d’améliorer la qualité des services; la nécessité d’accroître la capacité de service pour répondre à la demande du marché; l’agrandissement du parc de machines; l’utilisation de technologies respectueuses de l’environnement. Gegenstand der Investition ist der Bau eines ganzjährigen touristischen Servicezentrums am Skibahnhof Tylicz durch den Bau eines Overhead-Sessellifts sowie der Kauf von Maschinen und Geräten. Die geplante Investition ist das Ergebnis langjähriger Erfahrung im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung von Skigebieten in Tylicz. Es ist eine Lösung, die die Betriebsbedingungen der Skistation verbessert. Die Skigebiete des Bahnhofs sind ein homogenes Funktionsteam. Aufgaben im Rahmen von projektu:1.Zakup Technologie Sessellift2.Bau eines Sessellifts mit begleitender Infrastruktur3.Der Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung im Zusammenhang mit der Wartung der Piste an der Sesselbahn4.Einführung von hohen Sicherheitsstandards auf der Piste5.Der Kauf von Maschinen und Ausrüstung für die Schaffung neuer ganzjähriger DienstleistungenMaschinen und Ausrüstung für den Kauf geplant sind innovative, energieeffiziente, erfüllen strenge Umweltstandards. Der Overhead Sessellift ist nach den neuesten Kenntnissen des Seilbahnbaus konzipiert, ausgestattet mit moderner Technik und entspricht der Richtlinie 20009EG. Die geplante Infrastruktur wird sowohl den Nutzern als auch den Servicern sichere und komfortable Lösungen garantieren. Die gewählte architektonische Lösung, d. h. die Lage des Sessellifts, ist das Ergebnis langjähriger Erfahrung in der Nutzung des Geländes und entspricht ihrem Zweck.Die angegebenen Lösungen entsprechen den Bedürfnissen des Antragstellers, insbesondere: die Notwendigkeit, Aktivitäten im Bereich des Winter- und Sommertourismus zu entwickeln: die Einführung neuer Dienste, die Notwendigkeit, die Qualität der Dienstleistungen zu verbessern; die Notwendigkeit, die Servicekapazität zu erhöhen, um die Marktnachfrage zu decken; Erweiterung des Maschinenparks; der Einsatz umweltfreundlicher Technologien.
