Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Głównym założeniem inwestycji, jest stworzenie optymalnych warunków do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych, ich magazynowania w sposób bezpieczny dla środowiska oraz docelowego zagospodarowania w sposób zgodny z obowiązującymi przepisami. Odpady będą przekazywane uprawnionym podmiotom prowadzącym legalną działalność polegającą na magazynowaniu, transporcie i przetwarzaniu odpadów. Podstawowymi odpadami przyjmowanymi w punkcie selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych będą: Papier, tektura; Tworzywa sztuczne, opakowania wielomateriałowe; Szkło kolorowe; Zużyte opony za wyjątkiem opon z ciągników, maszyn rolniczych i przemysłowych, samochodów ciężarowych; Odpady zielone trawa, liście, gałęzie itp.; Zmieszane odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe stanowiące odpady komunalne styropian, wełna mineralna itp.; Odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe gruz budowlany; Przeterminowane leki chemikalia, zużyte baterie i akumulatory; Zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny; Meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe.Ponadto, w PSZOK powstanie punkt przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odpadów, celem umożliwienia ich ponownego użycia przez innych mieszkańców.Projektowany punkt selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych będzie czynny i dostępny dla mieszkańców zgodnie z harmonogramem pracy i przyjęć odpadów, wyznaczonym przez Burmistrza Mszany Dolnej.Planowane działania w ramach projektu: 1. Dokumentacja projektowa, 2. Budowa Punktu Selektywnego Zbioru Odpadów Komunalnych: Zakup wyposażenia PSZOK, Zagospodarowanie terenu PSZOK,3. Działania proekologiczne. 4. The purpose of the investment is to build a separate collection point for municipal waste together with the necessary infrastructure. The main objective of the investment is to create optimal conditions for the selective collection of municipal waste, its storage in an environmentally sound manner and the target management in a manner consistent with the applicable rules. Waste will be transferred to authorised entities carrying out legal waste storage, transport and treatment activities. The main wastes adopted at the point of separate collection of municipal waste will be: Paper, paperboard; Plastics, multi-material packaging; Coloured glass; Used tyres with the exception of tyres of tractors, agricultural and industrial machinery, heavy goods vehicles; Waste green grass, leaves, branches, etc.; Mixed construction and demolition waste constituting municipal styrofoam waste, mineral wool, etc.; Construction waste and demolition of construction debris; Expired chemicals, used batteries and accumulators; Waste electrical and electronic equipment; Furniture and other large-size waste.In addition, the PSZOK will create a reception point for non-waste used goods, in order to allow their reuse by other residents.The projected municipal waste collection point will be active and accessible to residents according to the schedule of work and reception of waste, designated by the Mayor of the Lower Mass. 1. L’objectif de l’investissement est la construction d’un point de collecte séparé des déchets municipaux doté des infrastructures nécessaires. L’objectif principal de l’investissement est de créer des conditions optimales pour la collecte séparée des déchets municipaux, le stockage écologiquement rationnel des déchets et la gestion prévue conformément à la législation applicable. Les déchets seront transférés à des entités autorisées exerçant des activités légales de stockage, de transport et de traitement des déchets. Les principaux déchets à prélever au point de collecte séparée des déchets municipaux seront les suivants: Papier, carton; Plastiques, emballages multimatériaux; Verre coloré; Pneumatiques usés, à l’exception des pneumatiques des tracteurs, des machines agricoles et industrielles, des camions; Déchets d’herbe verte, de feuilles, de branches, etc.; Déchets mixtes de construction et de démolition constituant des déchets municipaux de polystyrène, de laine minérale, etc.; Déchets de construction et débris de construction de démolition; Les médicaments périmés, les déchets de piles et d’accumulateurs; Déchets d’équipements électriques et électroniques; Meubles et autres déchets volumineux.En outre, PSZOK créera un point de réception pour les biens usagés qui ne constituent pas des déchets, afin de permettre leur réutilisation par d’autres résidents.Le point de collecte séparé prévu pour les déchets municipaux sera actif et accessible aux résidents selon le calendrier de travail et de réception des déchets, fixé par le maire de Mszany Dolna.Activités planifiées dans le cadre du projet: 1. Gegenstand der Investition ist der Bau einer separaten Sammelstelle für Siedlungsabfälle mit der erforderlichen Infrastruktur. Hauptziel der Investition ist die Schaffung optimaler Bedingungen für die getrennte Sammlung von Siedlungsabfällen, die umweltverträgliche Lagerung von Abfällen und die beabsichtigte Bewirtschaftung gemäß den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften. Abfälle werden an befugte Stellen übertragen, die die Lagerung, Beförderung und Behandlung von legalen Abfällen durchführen. Die wichtigsten Abfälle, die an der getrennten Sammelstelle für Siedlungsabfälle zu nehmen sind, sind: Papier, Pappe; Kunststoffe, Mehrstoffverpackungen; Farbiges Glas; Abgenutzte Reifen mit Ausnahme von Reifen von Zugmaschinen, Land- und Industriemaschinen, Lastkraftwagen; Abfälle von grünem Gras, Blättern, Zweigen usw.; Gemischte Bau- und Abbruchabfälle aus Siedlungsabfällen Polystyrol, Mineralwolle usw.; Bauabfälle und Abbruchmüll; Abgelaufene Arzneimittelchemikalien, Altbatterien und Akkumulatoren; Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte; Darüber hinaus wird PSZOK eine Aufnahmestelle für gebrauchte Güter schaffen, die keine Abfälle darstellen, um sie von anderen Bewohnern wiederverwendet zu können.Die geplante separate Sammelstelle für Siedlungsabfälle ist aktiv und zugänglich für die Bewohner nach dem Zeitplan der Arbeit und der Aufnahme von Abfällen, die vom Bürgermeister von Mszany Dolna festgelegt wurden.Geplante Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts: 1.
