Konieczność realizacji projektu Utworzenie centrum badawczorozwojowego w celu wytworzenia i wprowadzenia do działalności spółki EUROGROUP nowych produktów, procesów i usług wynika z rosnącego zapotrzebowania klientów firmy na produkty wcześniej poddane zaawansowanemu procesowi odzysku oraz selekcji. Dodatkowo, ze względu na obowiązujące przepisy oraz dynamiczny rozwój technologii konieczne jest poszukiwanie rozwiązań w zakresie kompleksowego procesu demontażu, odzysku i recyklingu wpisującego się w koncepcję gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym Circular Economy. w której surowce i produkty powinny pozostawać w gospodarce tak długo, jak jest to możliwe, a wytwarzanie odpadów powinno być zminimalizowane.Planowany do realizacji projekt polega na stworzeniu i doposażeniu w ramach firmy EURO GROUP centrum BR dedykowanego tworzeniu i wprowadzaniu do działalności firmy nowych procesów i produktów. Centrum będzie zlokalizowane w budynku należącym do firmy EURO GROUP S.C , który znajduje się w Głogoczowie nr 35. Budynek sąsiaduje ze stacją demontażu pojazdów prowadzoną przez firmę EURO GROUP. Zakres projektu obejmuje przystosowanie pomieszczeń istniejącego budynku użytkowego do potrzeb i funkcji nowego centrum i powstanie infrastruktury B R o łącznej powierzchni 160,00 m2 w tym:1. Laboratorium spektrometrii L1 wraz wyposażeniem, 2. Laboratorium badania jakości, regeneracji i certyfikacji L2 wraz z wyposażeniem3. Laboratorium technik demontażu L3 wraz z wyposażeniem 4. Wielozadaniowe stanowisko do prowadzenia badań i testowania procesów demontażu wraz z wyposażeniem. 5. Dedykowany, zintegrowany system analityczny RECYKLER DEMOT do obsługi centrum BR. 6. The need to implement the project Establishment of a R & D centre in order to produce and introduce new products, processes and services to EUROGROUP is due to the growing demand of customers for products previously undergoing advanced recovery and selection. In addition, due to the current regulations and the dynamic development of technology, it is necessary to look for solutions for a comprehensive process of dismantling, recovery and recycling in line with the circular economy concept of Circular Economy.In which raw materials and products should remain in the economy for as long as possible and waste production should be minimised.The planned project is to create and retrofit the BR centre dedicated to the creation and introduction of the company’s operations. The centre will be located in the building belonging to EURO GROUP S.C., which is located in Głogoczów No. 35. The building is adjacent to the vehicle dismantling station run by EURO GROUP. The scope of the project includes the adaptation of the premises of the existing utility building to the needs and functions of the new centre and the creation of the R infrastructure with a total area of 160,00 m² of which:1. L1 spectrometry lab with equipment, 2. Laboratory quality testing, regeneration and certification L2 together with equipment3. Laboratory of dismantling techniques L3 with equipment 4. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet La création d’un centre de recherche afin de produire et d’introduire de nouveaux produits, procédés et services à EUROGROUP est due à la demande croissante des clients de l’entreprise pour des produits précédemment soumis à des processus avancés de récupération et de sélection. En outre, en raison de la réglementation actuelle et du développement dynamique de la technologie, il est nécessaire de rechercher des solutions pour un processus global de démantèlement, de valorisation et de recyclage qui s’inscrive dans le concept d’économie circulaire. Dans le cadre duquel les matières premières et les produits devraient rester dans l’économie aussi longtemps que possible, et la production de déchets devrait être réduite au minimum. Le projet envisagé consiste à créer et à moderniser le centre EURO GROUP BR dédié à la création et à l’introduction de nouveaux procédés et produits dans l’entreprise. Le centre sera situé dans un bâtiment appartenant à EURO GROUP S.C., situé à Głogoczów no 35. Le bâtiment est adjacent à un poste de démontage de véhicules géré par EURO GROUP. Le champ d’application du projet comprend l’adaptation des locaux du bâtiment de services publics existant aux besoins et fonctions du nouveau centre et la création d’infrastructures de R & D d’une superficie totale de 160,00 m², y compris:1. Laboratoire de spectrométrie L1 avec équipement, 2. Laboratoire d’essais de qualité, de régénération et de certification de L2 avec des équipements3. Die Notwendigkeit, das Projekt umzusetzen Die Schaffung eines Forschungszentrums zur Herstellung und Einführung neuer Produkte, Prozesse und Dienstleistungen für EUROGROUP ist auf die wachsende Nachfrage der Kunden des Unternehmens nach Produkten zurückzuführen, die zuvor fortgeschrittenen Verwertungs- und Auswahlverfahren unterzogen wurden. Darüber hinaus ist es aufgrund der geltenden Vorschriften und der dynamischen Entwicklung der Technologie notwendig, Lösungen für einen umfassenden Demontage-, Verwertungs- und Recyclingprozess zu suchen, der in das Konzept der Kreislaufwirtschaft passt. Dabei sollen Rohstoffe und Produkte so lange wie möglich in der Wirtschaft verbleiben und die Abfallerzeugung minimiert werden. Das geplante Projekt besteht in der Schaffung und Nachrüstung innerhalb des EURO GROUP BR-Zentrums, das der Schaffung und Einführung neuer Prozesse und Produkte in das Unternehmen gewidmet ist. Das Zentrum befindet sich in einem Gebäude der EURO GROUP S.C., das sich in Głogoczów Nr. 35 befindet. Das Gebäude befindet sich neben einer von der EURO GROUP betriebenen Fahrzeugdemontagestation. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst die Anpassung der Räumlichkeiten des bestehenden Versorgungsgebäudes an die Bedürfnisse und Funktionen des neuen Zentrums sowie die Schaffung einer F & E-Infrastruktur mit einer Gesamtfläche von 160,00 m², einschließlich:1.
