Firma Simmet Paweł Słaby jest twórcą i producentem wiertnic hydraulicznych oraz specjalistycznych wierteł glebowych. Firma przyjmuje zlecenia projektowe nowych konstrukcji maszyn od zleceniodawców zewn. a ponadto świadczy usługi obróbki skrawaniem (spawanie, toczenie i frezowanie). Głównymi odbiorcami produktów firmy Simmet są działające głównie w Polsce firmy budowlane i usługowe świadczące usługi z zakresu odwiertów i podziemnych instalacji bezwykopowych. Przeprowadzona analiza przedsiębiorstwa oraz diagnoza jego potrzeb prorozwojowych wskazały na duży potencjał związany z uzupełnieniem oferowanego asortymentu wiertnic o nowe ich typy. Nabywana usługa doradcza przyczyni się do poprawy konkurencyjności oraz produktywności pozwalając wejść na nowe rynki zbytu i zdobycie nowych klientów. Fakt posiadania certyfikatów wydanych przez upoważnioną jednostkę otwiera szereg możliwości przed produktami Simmet, np. ich nabywcom pozwala na branie udziału w przetargach, gdzie posiadanie certyfikatów jest jednym z kryteriów dostępu. Ponadto poświadczenie przez stronę trzecią spełnienia przez urządzenie wymagań normatywnych zwiększa zaufanie do produktu a przez to podnosi konkurencyjność zarówno oferowanej maszyny jak i firmy. Simmet Paweł Sliwi is the creator and manufacturer of hydraulic drills and specialised soil drills. The company accepts design orders for new machine constructions from external contractors and also provides machining services (welding, turning and milling). The main customers of Simmet’s products are construction and service companies operating mainly in Poland, providing services in the field of wells and underground installations without excavation. The company’s analysis and diagnosis of its pro-development needs indicated the high potential of complementing the offered range of drills with new types. The analysis (audit of innovation) was carried out by experts of the National Innovation System KSI. The conclusions of the innovation audit have been in line with the company’s strategy and led to actions aimed at developing and implementing new types of drills. The next step is to ensure that these devices are as competitive as possible, hence the need to provide the service covered by this project. The acquired advisory service will improve competitiveness and productivity by allowing them to enter new outlets and acquire new customers. Possession of certificates issued by an authorised entity opens up a number of possibilities for Simmet products, e.g. their buyers allow them to take part in tenders, where the possession of certificates is one of the access criteria. Moreover, the third party’s certification that the device meets the normative requirements increases confidence in the product and thus improves the competitiveness of both the machine and the company. The company has decided to purchase a specialised advisory service, which will result in introducing 3 types of drilling drills with certificates of compliance with Directives 2006/42/EC and 2000/14 with amendments to the company’s offer. Simmet Paweł Słaby est le développeur et le fabricant de forages hydrauliques et de forages de sol spécialisés. La société accepte les commandes de conception de nouvelles structures de machines de clients externes et fournit également des services d’usinage (soudage, tournage et fraisage). Les principaux clients des produits de Simmet sont les entreprises de construction et de services opérant principalement en Pologne qui fournissent des services dans le domaine des puits et des installations souterraines sans tranchées. L’analyse de l’entreprise et le diagnostic de ses besoins de développement ont montré un grand potentiel pour compléter la gamme des plates-formes de forage avec de nouveaux types de plates-formes de forage. L’analyse (audit d’innovation) a été effectuée par des experts du système national d’innovation de KSI. Les conclusions de l’audit d’innovation faisaient partie de la stratégie de l’entreprise et ont conduit à des actions visant à développer et à mettre en œuvre de nouveaux types de plates-formes de forage. L’étape suivante consiste à faire en sorte que ces appareils soient aussi compétitifs que possible, d’où la nécessité de fournir le service couvert par ce projet. Le service de conseil acheté contribuera à améliorer la compétitivité et la productivité en leur permettant d’entrer sur de nouveaux marchés et d’attirer de nouveaux clients. Le fait que les certificats délivrés par une entité agréée ouvrent un certain nombre de possibilités pour les produits Simmet, c’est-à-dire que leurs acheteurs leur permettent de participer à des appels d’offres où la détention de certificats est l’un des critères d’accès. En outre, la certification par un tiers de la conformité de l’appareil aux exigences normatives renforce la confiance dans le produit et augmente ainsi la compétitivité de la machine proposée et de l’entreprise. Simmet Paweł Słaby ist Entwickler und Hersteller von hydraulischen Bohrgeräten und spezialisierten Bodenbohrgeräten. Das Unternehmen nimmt Designaufträge für neue Maschinenstrukturen von externen Kunden an und erbringt auch Bearbeitungsleistungen (Schweißen, Drehen und Fräsen). Hauptkunden der Produkte von Simmet sind Bau- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen, die vor allem in Polen Dienstleistungen im Bereich Brunnen und unterirdische Grabenanlagen erbringen. Die Analyse des Unternehmens und die Diagnose des Entwicklungsbedarfs zeigten ein großes Potenzial für die Ergänzung des Spektrums der Bohrgeräte durch neue Bohrgerätetypen. Die Analyse (Innovationsprüfung) wurde von Experten des nationalen Innovationssystems der KSI durchgeführt. Die Schlussfolgerungen des Innovationsaudits waren Teil der Strategie des Unternehmens und führten zu Maßnahmen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Bohrgerätetypen. Der nächste Schritt besteht darin, dafür zu sorgen, dass diese Geräte so wettbewerbsfähig wie möglich sind und daher die von diesem Projekt abgedeckte Dienstleistung erbracht werden muss. Der erworbene Beratungsdienst wird dazu beitragen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Produktivität zu verbessern, indem sie neue Märkte betreten und neue Kunden gewinnen können. Die von einer zugelassenen Stelle ausgestellten Zertifikate eröffnen eine Reihe von Möglichkeiten für Simmet-Produkte, z. B. ihre Käufer erlauben ihnen die Teilnahme an Angeboten, bei denen die Inhaber von Zertifikaten eines der Zugangskriterien sind.
