Zakres projektu pn: Budowa oczyszczalni ścieków wraz z kanalizacją sanitarną na terenie aglomeracji Iwkowa w miejscowościach Kąty, Iwkowa, Porąbka Iwkowska, Drużków Pusty obejmuje zaprojektowanie,wybudowanie i uruchomienie sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 29,953 km, przyłączy domowych o długości 9.869km oraz oczyszczalni ścieków o maksymalnej przepustowości 450m3d. W zakres inwestycji wchodzi również wybudowanie rurociągów tłocznych, sieciowych przepompowni ścieków oraz zakup ciągnika rolniczego z beczka asenizacyjną. Niezbędne będzie wykonanie analizy finansowej przedsięwzięcia , inwentaryzacji geodezyjnej powykonawczej, zatrudnienie inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz autora projektu do nadzoru autorskiego, w koszt inwestycji wchodzą również działania promocyjne. Zaprojektowana sieć z przyłączami wykonana będzie z rur PE w średnicach od 315 do 160 mm. W skład oczyszczalni ścieków wchodzi budynek oczyszczalni ścieków z wiatą na osad ze zbiornikiem uśredniającym I, zbiornikiem ścieków dowożonych i tacę ociekową, budynek technicznosocjalny, osłonę śmietnikową, place, drogi wewnętrzne i miejsca postojowe, ogrodzenie wraz z bramą dojazdową, zjazd publiczny z drogi gminnej, kanalizację sanitarną wraz z wylotem ścieków oczyszczonych oraz rurociągi technologiczne, instalację elektryczną i AKPiA z oświetleniem terenu. Na przedmiotową inwestycję, Gmina Iwkowa posiada prawomocne pozwolenie na budowę. Wybudowana czyszczalnia ścieków po zakończeniu realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego i oddaniu do użytkowania będzie spełniać wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. The scope of the investment also includes the construction of press pipelines, network sewage pumping plants and the purchase of an agricultural tractor from a slurry barrel. It will be necessary to carry out financial analysis of the project, post-executive geodetic inventory, employment of the investor supervision inspector and the author of the project for copyright supervision, and the cost of the investment includes promotional activities. The designed network with connections will be made of PE pipes in diameters from 315 to 160 mm. The sewage treatment plant consists of a sewage treatment plant with a sludge system with averaging tank I, a tank of sewage and sewage trays, a technical building, a garbage shelter, squares, internal roads and parking spaces, a fence with access gate, public exit from the municipal road, sanitary sewerage including waste water outlets and outlets, as well as technological pipelines, electrical installations. For this investment, Iwkowa Municipality has a valid building permit. The built waste water treatment plant after completion of the investment project and put into service will meet the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. L 13540 of 30.5.1991 and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be fulfilled when introducing sewage into water or land, and on substances which are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment. Portée du projet: La construction d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées avec égout sanitaire dans l’agglomération d’Iwkowa à Kąty, Iwkowa, Porąbka Iwkowska, Drużków Pusty comprend la conception, la construction et la mise en service d’un réseau d’assainissement sanitaire de 29 953 km de long, de 9,869 km de connexions domestiques et d’une station d’épuration d’une capacité maximale de 450m3j. La portée de l’investissement comprend également la construction de canalisations sous pression, de stations de pompage des eaux usées du réseau et l’achat d’un tracteur agricole à un pétrolier. Il sera nécessaire de réaliser une analyse financière du projet, l’inventaire géodésique post-construction, l’emploi d’un inspecteur de supervision des investisseurs et l’auteur du projet pour la supervision de l’auteur, et des activités promotionnelles seront également incluses dans le coût de l’investissement. Le réseau conçu avec des connexions sera fait de tuyaux PE de 315 à 160 mm de diamètre. La station d’épuration des eaux usées se compose d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées avec un dépôt de boues avec un réservoir moyen I, un réservoir d’égouts rejetés et un bac à gouttes, un bâtiment technique, un couvercle d’ordures, des carrés, des routes intérieures et des espaces de stationnement, une clôture avec un portail d’accès, une sortie publique de la route municipale, des égouts sanitaires avec la sortie des eaux usées traitées et des canalisations technologiques, des installations électriques et ACPiA avec éclairage de la zone. Pour cet investissement, la municipalité d’Iwkowa dispose d’un permis de construire valide. La station d’épuration des eaux usées construite après l’achèvement du projet d’investissement et la mise en service répondra aux exigences de la directive 91271CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1991 relative au traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires. Umfang des Projekts: Der Bau einer Kläranlage mit sanitärer Kanalisation im Ballungsraum Iwkowa in Kąty, Iwkowa, Porąbka Iwkowska, Drużków Pusty umfasst die Planung, den Bau und die Inbetriebnahme eines 29,953 km langen Sanitärwassernetzes, 9,869 km langer Hausanschlüsse und einer Kläranlage mit einer maximalen Kapazität von 450m3d. Der Umfang der Investition umfasst auch den Bau von Druckleitungen, Netzabwasserpumpenstationen und den Kauf eines landwirtschaftlichen Traktors von einem Tanker. Es wird notwendig sein, eine finanzielle Analyse des Projekts durchzuführen, geodätisches Inventar nach dem Bau, die Beschäftigung eines Investor-Überwachungsinspektors und der Projektautor für die Aufsicht des Autors, und Werbemaßnahmen werden auch in die Investitionskosten einbezogen. Das entworfene Netzwerk mit Anschlüssen wird aus PE-Rohren in Durchmessern von 315 bis 160 mm hergestellt. Die Abwasserbehandlungsanlage, die nach Abschluss des Investitionsvorhabens und der Inbetriebnahme gebaut wurde, wird den Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91271EWG des Rates vom 21.
