Celem projektu jest rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych w zakresie e-administracji oraz zwiększenie dostępu obywateli (A2C) oraz przedsiębiorców (A2B) do cyfrowych usług publicznych. Projekt pozytywnie wpłynie na wzmocnienie potencjału E-administracji poprzez zwiększenia dostępu obywateli i przedsiębiorców do zasobów i usług publicznych poprzez wdrożenie systemu informatycznego oferującego szereg elektronicznych usług publicznych. W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie korzystanie z informacji i zasobów sektora publicznego oraz e-usług publicznych w sposób otwarty, a wiec nieodpłatnie, z dowolnego miejsca, także przy wykorzystaniu urządzeń mobilnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu eliminowane będą powielające się funkcjonalności oraz zapewniona zostanie neutralność technologiczna i bezpieczeństwo danych. Projekt obejmuje realizację następujących zadań: Zadanie 1: Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej Zadanie 2: Infrastruktura teletechniczna Zadanie 3: Inrastruktura sprzętowa Zadanie 3: Zakup licencji systemu e-Urząd Zadanie 4: Polityka bezpieczeństwa Szkolenia użytkowników i administratorów Promocja projektu Nadzór inwestorski - Inżynier projektu Z uwagi na ograniczoną ilość znaków, szczegółowy opis zawarto w dokumentacji technicznej w rozdziale 8. oraz rozdziałach 11. The aim of the project is to develop electronic public eGovernment services and increase access for citizens (A2C) and entrepreneurs (A2B) to digital public services. The project will have a positive impact on strengthening the potential of E-Government by increasing access for citizens and businesses to public resources and services through the implementation of an IT system offering a range of electronic public services. As a result of the project, it will be possible to use public sector information and resources and public e-services in an open manner and thus free of charge, from anywhere, including using mobile devices. As a result of the project, duplicating functionalities will be eliminated and technological neutrality and data security will be ensured. The project shall carry out the following tasks: Task 1: Preparation of application documentation Task 2: Teletechnical infrastructure Task 3: Hardware infrastructure Task 3: Purchase of e-Office licenses Task 4: Security policy User and administrator training Project promotion Investor supervision – Project Engineer Due to the limited number of characters, a detailed description is included in the technical documentation in chapter 8 and chapter 11. L’objectif du projet est de développer des services publics électroniques d’administration en ligne et d’accroître l’accès des citoyens (A2C) et des entreprises (A2B) aux services publics numériques. Le projet aura une incidence positive sur le renforcement des capacités de l’administration en ligne en améliorant l’accès des citoyens et des entreprises aux ressources et services publics grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un système informatique offrant une gamme de services publics électroniques. Grâce au projet, il sera possible d’utiliser les informations et les ressources du secteur public ainsi que les services en ligne de manière ouverte, c’est-à-dire gratuitement, de n’importe où, y compris en utilisant des appareils mobiles. Le projet permettra d’éliminer la duplication des fonctionnalités et d’assurer la neutralité technologique et la sécurité des données. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung elektronischer öffentlicher elektronischer Behördendienste und die Verbesserung des Zugangs der Bürger (A2C) und der Unternehmen (A2B) zu digitalen öffentlichen Diensten. Das Projekt wird sich positiv auf die Stärkung der Kapazitäten der E-Government auswirken, indem der Zugang von Bürgern und Unternehmen zu öffentlichen Ressourcen und Diensten durch die Einführung eines IT-Systems, das eine Reihe elektronischer öffentlicher Dienste anbietet, verbessert wird. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird es möglich sein, Informationen und Ressourcen des öffentlichen Sektors sowie e-Dienste von überall, einschließlich der Nutzung mobiler Geräte, offen, d. h. kostenlos, zu nutzen. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird die Verdoppelung der Funktionalitäten beseitigt und technologische Neutralität und Datensicherheit gewährleistet.
