W ramach Projektu zostaną wytworzone i udostępnione w UMWM oraz w wybranych jednostkach organizacyjnych WM następujące systemymoduły:Zintegrowany system ds. planowania i obsługi finansowo księgowej jego celem jest informatyczne wspomaganie prac realizowanych w działach księgowości finansowej i kosztowej, zgodnie z wymogami powszechnie obowiązującego prawa. Dodatkowo system będzie zapewniał możliwość planowania finansów oraz prowadzenia sprawozdawczości, również dla wybranych jednostek organizacyjnych Województwa Małopolskiego.Hurtownia Danych jego celem jest uporządkowanie oraz integracja istniejących informacji pochodzących z różnych źródeł danych wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, a następnie udostępnienie tej informacji w procesach decyzyjnych w celu sprawniejszego zarządzania organizacją i procesami biznesowymi UMWM. Hurtownia Danych będzie stanowić centralną bazę danych pozyskiwanych z wielu źródeł systemów dziedzinowych, źródeł plikowych zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, zewnętrznych systemów statystycznych oraz innych źródeł danych i będzie źródłem danych dla Business Intelligence, a także źródłem danych wykorzystywanych przez narzędzia służące do publikacji danych w module Otwarte Dane. Business Intelligence jego celem jest zapewnienie dostępu do odpowiedniej jakości informacji, która w znaczący sposób wesprze podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych i kontrolę ich realizacji przez osoby będące w grupie managerów wyższego i niższego szczebla w UMWM. Pozwoli on także na szybki dostęp do wybranych informacji określonym użytkownikom, usprawniając wymianęzbieranie danych w organizacji. In addition, the system will provide the possibility of financial planning and reporting, also for selected organizational units of the Małopolska Voivodship.The purpose of the Data Turnout is to organise and integrate existing information from various sources of internal and external data, and then make this information available in decision-making processes in order to better manage the organisation and business processes of the UMWM. The Data Warehouse will be the central database of data obtained from many domain systems sources, external and internal file sources, external statistical systems and other data sources, and will be the source of data for Business Intelligence, as well as the data source used by the tools used to publish data in the Open Data module. Business Intelligence aims to provide access to the quality of information that will significantly support business decisions and control the implementation of business decisions by those in the group of senior and downstream managers at the UMWM. It will also allow for quick access to selected information to specific users, improving the exchange of data in the organisation. Dans le cadre du projet, le système suivant systemymoduły:Zintegrowany pour la planification et la gestion financière de sa comptabilité sera créé et mis à disposition dans l’UMWM et les unités organisationnelles sélectionnées de WMW, son objectif est de fournir un soutien informatique pour le travail effectué dans les services de comptabilité financière et analytique, conformément aux exigences de la loi généralement applicable. En outre, le système offrira la possibilité de planification financière et d’établissement de rapports, y compris pour certaines unités organisationnelles de la voïvodie de Małopolska, dont l’objectif est d’organiser et d’intégrer les informations existantes provenant de diverses sources de données internes et externes, puis de mettre ces informations à disposition dans les processus décisionnels afin de mieux gérer l’organisation et les processus opérationnels de l’UMWM. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird das folgende systemymoduły:Zintegrowany System zur Planung und Finanzverwaltung seiner Buchhaltung in der UMWM und ausgewählten Organisationseinheiten der WMW eingerichtet und zur Verfügung gestellt. Ziel ist es, IT-Unterstützung für die in den Finanz- und Kostenrechnungsabteilungen durchgeführten Arbeiten gemäß den Anforderungen des allgemein geltenden Rechts zu leisten. Darüber hinaus bietet das System die Möglichkeit der Finanzplanung und Berichterstattung, auch für ausgewählte Organisationseinheiten der Woiwodschaft Małopolska. Ziel dieses Systems ist es, bestehende Informationen aus verschiedenen Quellen interner und externer Daten zu organisieren und zu integrieren und diese Informationen dann in Entscheidungsprozessen zur Verfügung zu stellen, um die Organisations- und Geschäftsprozesse der UMWM besser zu steuern. Das Data Warehouse wird eine zentrale Datenbank mit Daten aus einer Reihe von Domänensystemen, externen und internen Dateiquellen, externen statistischen Systemen und anderen Datenquellen sein und eine Quelle von Daten für Business Intelligence sowie eine Datenquelle sein, die von Werkzeugen verwendet wird, die für die Veröffentlichung von Daten im Modul „Open Data“ verwendet werden.
