CELEM GŁÓWNYM proj. jest nabycie i/lub podwyższenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy przez 144 Uczniów (48K, 96M) Technikum TEB Edukacja w Płocku i 108 Słuchaczy (92K, 16M) Policealnej Szkoły TEB Edukacja i Studium Medycznego TEB Edukacja w Płocku przez udział w dodatkowych specjalistycznych szkoleniach zawodowych, zdobycie niezbędnego doświadczenia zawodowego przez min.80% z ww.osób (202os., 113K, 89M) poprzez udział w stażach zawodowych oraz nabycie przez 10 nauczycieli pracujących w ww.szkołach kompetencji w zakresie tematyki związanej z nauczanym zawodem w ramach projektu trwającego od 29.01.2018 do 31.12.2020r. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ projektu stanowi: (1)144 Uczniów (48K,96M) Technikum TEB Edukacja w Płocku kszt.się na kier.: Tech.informatyk, Tech.organizacji reklamy, Fototechnik i Tech.weterynarii, (2)108 Słuchaczy (92K, 16M) Policealnej Szkoły TEB Edukacja i Studium Medycznego TEB Edukacja w Płocku, kszt. się na kier.:Higienistka stomat., Terapeuta zajęciowy i Tech.masażysta, (3)10 nauczycieli zatrudnionych w ww. szkołach prowadzących zajęcia na ww.kier.naucz. W ramach proj. zreal. zostaną nast.zadania: (1) Kompleksowy program doradztwa edukacyjno-zaw. w Oddziale TEB w Płocku (2) Szkolenia dla nauczycieli doskonalące w zakresie tematyki związanej z nauczanym zawodem (3) Szkolenia zaw. dla Uczniów Technikum TEB w Płocku (4) Szkolenia zaw. dla Słuchaczy Szkół Policealnych TEB w Płocku (5) Staże zawodowe Realizacja niniejszego proj. rozwiązuje nast.problem: deficyty w umiejętnościach i kwalifikacjach zaw.oczekiwanych przez pracodawców oraz w dośw. zaw. i umiejętn. praktycznych absolwentów wchodzących na rynek pracy. Głównym efektem zreal.założeń proj. jest zwiększenie zatrudnialności Słuchaczy szkół TEB w Płocku co będzie możliwe dzięki poprawie jakości kształcenia zaw. w placówkach obejmowanych wsparciem. Dzięki realizacji proj. UP będą mieli możliwość zdobycia umiejętności dostosow. do wskazówek płynących z rynku (Polish)

The main goal of the project is to acquire and/or increase professional competences and qualifications according to the demand of the labour market by 144 Students (48K, 96M) Technology TEB Education in Płock and 108 Listeners (92K, 16M) post-secondary school TEB Education and Medical Study of TEB Education in Płock by participation in additional professional training, gaining the necessary professional experience for min.80 % in the field of professional training in 202. The project target group shall be: (1)144 Students (48K,96M) TEB Technique Education in Płock: Tech.informatician, Tech.organisation of advertising, Phototechnik i Tech.veterinaryii, (2)108 Listeners (92K, 16M) post-secondary TEB School Education and Medical Studies TEB Education in Płock, ed. As part of the project. zreal. will be the following tasks: (1) Comprehensive educational advisory programme in the TEB Department in Płock (2) Training for teachers perfecting in the field of occupation-related topics (3) Training for TEB Technical Students in Płock (4) Training for Police School Listeners TEB in Płock (5) Vocational internship of this project solves the following problem: deficits in skills and qualifications expected by employers, as well as practical skilled graduates entering the labour market. The main effect of zreal.proj assumptions is to increase the employability of TEB School Listeners in Płock, which will be possible thanks to the improvement of the quality of education, including in support institutions. L’objectif principal du projet est d’acquérir et/ou d’accroître les compétences et qualifications professionnelles en fonction de la demande du marché du travail de 144 étudiants (48K, 96M) TEB Technical School Education à Płock et 108 étudiants (92K, 16M) TEB Police School of Education and Medical Study TEB Education à Płock en participant à des stages professionnels supplémentaires et en acquérant l’expérience professionnelle nécessaire pour au moins 80 % des personnes susmentionnées (202 personnes, 113K, 89M) grâce à la participation à des stages professionnels et à l’acquisition par 10 enseignants travaillant dans les écoles de compétence susmentionnées dans le domaine de la profession enseignée dans le cadre d’un projet du 29.01.2018. Le groupe DOCELOW du projet est: (1)144 Étudiants (48K,96M) TEB Technical School Education in Płock forme for hearts: Tech.informatyk, Tech. advertising organization, Phototechnic and Veterinary Technology, (2)108 Listeners (92K, 16M) TEB Police School Education and Medical Study TEB Education in Płock, forme au cœur de: hygiéniste dentaire, ergothérapeute et technicien-massage, (3)10 enseignants employés dans les écoles susmentionnées menant des cours pour l’enseignement susmentionné. Dans le cadre du projet, les tâches suivantes seront: (1) Un programme complet de conseil pédagogique à la section TEB de Płock (2) Formation pour les enseignants améliorant les matières liées à la profession d’enseignant (3) Participation à la formation des étudiants TEB à Płock (4) Formation inclusive pour les élèves de l’école de police TEB à Płock (5) Formation professionnelle La mise en œuvre de ce projet résout le problème suivant: pénuries de compétences et de qualifications attendues des employeurs, ainsi que des diplômés spécifiques et pratiques qui entrent sur le marché du travail. Le principal effet du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des auditeurs des écoles TEB à Płock, ce qui sera possible en améliorant la qualité de l’enseignement interne dans les établissements bénéficiant d’un soutien. Grâce à la réalisation du projet. UPS aura la possibilité d’acquérir les compétences pour s’adapter aux conseils du marché (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die fachlichen Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen entsprechend der Arbeitsmarktnachfrage von 144 Schülern (48K, 96M) TEB Technical School Education in Płock und 108 Schülern (92K, 16M) TEB Polizeischule für Bildung und Medizin TEB Bildung in Płock durch Teilnahme an beruflichen Praktika und den Erwerb von 10 Lehrern, die in den oben genannten Fachschulen im Bereich des im Rahmen eines Projekts vom 29.01.2020 bis 31.12.2018 im Rahmen eines Projekts unterrichteten Berufes arbeiten, zu erwerben und/oder auszubauen. Die DOCELOW-Gruppe des Projekts ist: (1)144 Studierende (48K,96M) TEB Technical School Education in Płock Form für Herzen: Tech.informatyk, Tech. Werbeorganisation, Fototechnik und Veterinärtechnik, (2)108 Hörer (92K, 16M) TEB Polizeischule Bildung und Medizinisches Studium TEB Bildung in Płock, bilden das Herzstück von: Zahnmedizin Hygienist, Berufstherapeut und Tech.massageist, (3)10 Lehrer in den oben genannten Schulen, die Klassen für die oben genannte Lehre leiten. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Aufgaben durchgeführt: (1) Ein umfassendes Bildungsberatungsprogramm an der TEB-Niederlassung in Płock (2) Ausbildung für Lehrer zur Verbesserung der Fächer des Lehrberufs (3) Involving Training für TEB-Studenten in Płock (4) Inklusive Ausbildung für TEB-Polizeischüler in Płock (5) Die Durchführung dieses Projekts löst das folgende Problem: von Arbeitgebern erwartete Qualifikations- und Qualifikationsdefizite sowie spezifische und praktische Absolventen, die in den Arbeitsmarkt eintreten. Der Haupteffekt des Projekts besteht darin, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der TEB-Schulhörer in Płock zu verbessern, was durch die Verbesserung der Qualität der hausinternen Bildung in unterstützten Einrichtungen möglich sein wird. Dank der Realisierung des Projekts. Ups wird die Möglichkeit haben, die Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, um sich an die Spitzen des Marktes anzupassen (German)
