OBJECTIVE: EL PROJ: Social inclusion of 216 people (128K,88M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Mazovian Voivodship by 08.2019 GH: 216 persons (128K, 88M) who are excluded from the population of persons who can be classified as an exclusion or poverty game, and set out in the Title on the implementation of presupposed social inclusion from Mazowieckie voivodship with particular attention to the municipalities of Mazowieckie below the threshold of defaworisation (learning/working/inhabiting on WM’s treasury, including the commune of DEFg). 50 % of UP will constitute OZN with a significant or moderate degree, with a lower level of coupling, intellect, and a person with mental disturbance. OBJECTIF: EL PROJ: Inclusion sociale de 216 personnes (128K,88M) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie d’ici 08.2019 GD: 216 personnes (128K, 88M), qui ont été exclues des catégories de personnes qui peuvent être considérées comme des personnes exclues ou pillées de la pauvreté et qui se trouvent dans le WYT dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des prérogatives dans le domaine de l’inclusion sociale, de la zone de voïvodie de Mazowieckie, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur les municipalités de Mazowieckie voïvodie en dessous du seuil de désavantage (ils étudient/travaillent/reposent au cours du WM, y compris les municipalités de DEF selon le KC). 50 % de l’UP consistera en OZN d’un degré significatif ou modéré, avec des couplages incomplets, des intellects et des troubles mentaux. Actions: —Diagnostic socio-professionnel individuel de l’UP avec la création d’un IMR-Wsp de la nature de la société — Wsp o une profession. ZIEL: EL PROJ: Soziale Inklusion von 216 Personen (128K,88M), die bis zum 08.2019 von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie bedroht sind: 216 Personen (128K, 88M), die aus den Kategorien von Personen, die als ausgegrenzte oder geplünderte Armut gezählt werden können, ausgeschlossen wurden und sich im WYT im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Vorarbeiten im Bereich der sozialen Eingliederung aus dem Gebiet der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie niederlegen, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Gemeinden der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie unterhalb der Benachteiligungsschwelle (Studie/Arbeit/Aufenthalt im Verlauf der WM, einschließlich der Gemeinden DEF nach KC). 50 % des UP werden aus OZN von signifikantem oder mäßigem Grad bestehen, mit unvollständigen Kupplungen, Intellekten und psychischen Störungen.
