Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie gm. Policzna (dalej: GP) w okr. 01.06.2018-31.08.2019. Celem głównym (dalej:CG) proj. jest wyższy poziom upowszechn. wysokiej jakości eduk. przedszk. w GP do 31.08.2019 poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc wych. przedsz. dla 25 dzieci/13dziewczynek (dalej: dz), oraz objęcie ofertą zaj. dodatk. 72 dzieci/39 dz, w tym 25 nowych, jak również podniesienie kompetencji 5 nauczycieli/4K w Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym (dalej: ZS-P) Samorządowe Przedszkole w Czarnolesie do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszk. w zakr. współpracy z rodzicami i radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych poprzez objęcie ich szkoleniem w tym zakresie. Grupę docelową (dalej: GD) stanowi 72 dzieci/39 dz w wieku przedsz. określone w ustawie o syst. oś. zamieszk. na terenie GP w woj. mazowieckim, w tym:1) 25dzieci/13 dz (podział wynika z demogr. i diagnozy) w wieku 3-4 l.– przyjętych do nowej grupy, kt. również będzie objęta zaj. dod. 2) 47 dzieci/26 dz-podział wynika z demogr.i diagnozy) w wieku przedsz. określone w ust. o syst. oś., będą one objęte oferta? zaj.dod. oraz 5 nauczycieli/4K w ZS-P Samorządowe Przedszkole w Czarnolesie Wsk. produktu: *liczba miejsc wychowania przedszk. dofinansowanych w programie - 25; *liczba dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszk. - 25/13dz; *liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie - 5/4K. Wsk. rezultatu: *liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 5/4K. Zadania: 1. Organizacja i funkcjonowanie nowej grupy; 2. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla nowej grupy; 3. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla wszystkich dzieci; 4. Szkolenie dla nauczycieli. Dla nowej gr. zostanie zaadoptowana i odpow. wypos. sala zajęć, zostaną przeprowadzone prace adapt.-remont. łazienki dla dzieci, doposażony zostanie plac zabaw. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Policzna durchgeführt (im Folgenden: GP) in Runde. 01.06.2018-31.08.2019. Das Hauptziel des Projekts (nachfolgend: CG) ist eine höhere Qualität der Bildung in der GP bis zum 31.08.2019 durch Schaffung neuer Plätze für 25 Kinder/13Mädchen (im Folgenden: ABl.) und das vom Addendum zu behandelnde Angebot. 72 Kinder/39 dz, davon 25 neue, sowie die Verbesserung der Kompetenzen von 5 Lehrern/4K im Schul- und Vorschulkomplex (im Folgenden: ZS-P) Selbstverwaltungskindergarten in Cheroles, um mit Kindern im Vorschulalter in Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern zu arbeiten und in schwierigen Situationen zu bewältigen, indem sie ihnen eine Ausbildung in diesem Bereich anbieten. Zielgruppe (nachfolgend: GD) ist 72 Kinder/39 dz im Alter des vorangegangenen Alters, wie im Gesetz über das System der Unruhen im Bereich der PG in der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie definiert, darunter:1) 25Kinder/13 dz (Division basiert auf Demogr. und Diagnose) im Alter von 3-4 Jahren – in die neue Gruppe aufgenommen, die ebenfalls in den Anhang aufgenommen wird. 2) 47 Kinder/26 dz-Division resultieren aus der demogr.and Diagnose) im Alter von vorn. nach Absatz. über das System. Produkt: *Anzahl der durch das Programm kofinanzierten Vorschulplätze – 25; *Anzahl der Kinder, die in zusätzlichen Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung ihrer Bildungsmöglichkeiten in der Vorschulbildung einbezogen sind. — 25/13dz; *Anzahl der im Programm unterstützten Lehrkräfte – 5/4K. In der Tat: *Anzahl der Lehrkräfte, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem 5/4K-Programm Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen erworben haben. Aufgaben: 1. Organisation und Arbeitsweise der neuen Gruppe; 2. Zusätzliche Klassen für die neue Gruppe; 3. Zusätzliche Aktivitäten für alle Kinder; 4. Ausbildung für Lehrer. Das neue Spiel wird angepasst und mit einem Klassenzimmer ausgestattet, Anpassungsarbeiten werden durchgeführt.-Renovierung. Ein Kinderbad, ein Spielplatz wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
