Ogólnym założeniem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w Gminie Parysów, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej i bezpieczeństwa energetycznego Gminy (na wypadek awarii) oraz spowoduje zmniejszenie kosztów zużycia energii, przysparzając korzyści ekonomiczne. Projekt obejmuje poniższe budynki użyteczności publicznej: Gminnej Biblioteki Publicznej w Parysowie i Urzędu Gminy w Parysowie oraz budynek Szkoły Podstawowej w Woli Starogrodzkiej. W projekcie zaplanowano poniższe działania: ocieplenie ścian styropianem, ocieplenie stropu ostatniej kondygnacji i dachu wełną mineralną i/lub styropapą, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, budowa źródła ciepła, w tym budowa lub wymiana instalacji grzewczej do ogrzewania budynku oraz na cele przygotowania c.w.u. z instalacjami ciepłej wody, cyrkulacji i pełną automatyką, wraz z montażem zaworów termostatycznych z głowicami i regulacją instalacji. Projekt obejmuje także wymianę opraw żarówek. W projekcie zostaną zainstalowane odnawialne źródła energii: pompy ciepła jako źródło ciepła, w tym na cele c.w.u. oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Zostanie opracowana dokumentacja techniczna. Przeprowadzona zostanie promocja projektu (oznakowanie miejsca realizacji). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane usługi nadzoru inwestorskiego. Z projektu skorzystają bezpośrednio mieszkańcy Gminy Parysów (4102 os.) oraz inni użytkownicy ww. instytucji użyteczności publicznej. Poprzez zastosowanie OZE przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń (w szczególności CO2) i ograniczenia degradacji środowiska. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi poprawa jakości powietrza, wzrośnie komfort życia mieszkańców. W wyniku kompleksowych działań redukujących emisję zanieczyszczeń oraz zużycie energii i paliw, zwiększy się zasięg oddziaływania projektu, którego końcowymi odbiorcami są wszyscy mieszkańcy regionu. The general objective of the project is to carry out a comprehensive thermal modernisation of public utility buildings using renewable energy sources in the Paris Municipality, which will directly affect the improvement of energy efficiency and energy security of the municipality (in case of accident) and will reduce the costs of energy consumption, generating economic benefits. The project covers the following public buildings: The Municipal Public Library in Paris and the Municipal Office in Paris and the building of the Primary School in Wola Starogrodzkia. The project plans the following actions: insulation of walls with styrofoam, warming of the ceiling of the last floor and roof with mineral wool and/or styropapa, replacement of window and door joinery, construction of a heat source, including the construction or replacement of heating systems for building heating and for the preparation of hot water, circulation and full automation, including installation of thermostatic valves with heads and installation adjustment. The project also covers the replacement of light bulb luminaires. Renewable energy sources will be installed in the project: heat pumps as a source of heat, including for central heating purposes and installation of photovoltaic installations. Technical documentation will be developed. The project will be promoted (place of implementation). The project will provide investor supervision services. The project will be directly benefited by residents of the Paris Commune (4102 persons) and other users of the above-mentioned public utility institutions. Through the use of RES, it will contribute to reducing pollutant emissions (in particular CO2) and reducing environmental degradation. As a result of the project, the air quality will be improved, the living comfort of residents will increase. As a result of comprehensive actions to reduce pollution and consumption of energy and fuels, the impact of the project will be increased, the final recipients of which are all inhabitants of the region. L’objectif général du projet est de réaliser une thermomodernisation complète des bâtiments publics utilisant des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans la municipalité de PARYSÓW, ce qui améliorera directement l’efficacité énergétique et la sécurité énergétique de la municipalité (en cas de panne) et réduira les coûts de consommation d’énergie, générant des avantages économiques. Le projet comprend les bâtiments publics suivants: La bibliothèque publique municipale de PARYSÓW et le bureau municipal de PARYSÓW et la construction de l’école primaire à Wola Starogrodzka. Les activités suivantes sont prévues dans le cadre du projet: isolation des murs en polystyrène, réchauffement du plafond du dernier étage et toit avec de la laine minérale et/ou styropa, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, construction d’une source de chaleur, y compris la construction ou le remplacement d’un système de chauffage pour le chauffage du bâtiment et pour la préparation de l’eau chaude, circulation et automatisation complète, ainsi que l’installation de vannes thermostatiques avec têtes et réglage de l’installation. Le projet comprend également le remplacement des luminaires pour ampoules. Des sources d’énergie renouvelables seront installées dans le projet: pompes à chaleur en tant que source de chaleur, y compris pour l’eau chaude et l’installation d’une installation photovoltaïque. Une documentation technique sera élaborée. La promotion du projet (marquage du lieu de mise en œuvre) sera réalisée. Le projet fournira des services de supervision des investisseurs. Le projet bénéficiera directement aux résidents de la commune de PARYSÓW (4102 pers.) et aux autres utilisateurs des institutions d’utilité publique susmentionnées. Grâce à l’utilisation des SER, elle contribuera à réduire les émissions de polluants (en particulier de CO2) et à réduire la dégradation de l’environnement. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la qualité de l’air sera améliorée, le confort de vie des résidents augmentera. Grâce à des mesures globales de réduction des émissions et de la consommation d’énergie et de combustibles, l’impact du projet, qui est l’utilisateur final de tous les habitants de la région, sera accru. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist die umfassende Thermomodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude, die erneuerbare Energiequellen in der Gemeinde PARYSÓW nutzen, um die Energieeffizienz und die Energieversorgungssicherheit der Gemeinde (im Falle einer Aufschlüsselung) direkt zu verbessern und die Energieverbrauchskosten zu senken und wirtschaftliche Vorteile zu erzielen. Das Projekt umfasst folgende öffentliche Gebäude: Die Stadtbibliothek in PARYSÓW und das Gemeindeamt in PARYSÓW und das Gebäude der Grundschule in Wola Starogrodzka. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind folgende Aktivitäten geplant: Isolierung der Wände mit Polystyrol, Erwärmung der Decke des letzten Bodens und Daches mit Mineralwolle und/oder Styropa, Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlerei, Bau einer Wärmequelle, einschließlich des Baus oder des Austauschs einer Heizanlage zum Beheizen des Gebäudes und zur Vorbereitung von Warmwasser, Zirkulation und Vollautomatisierung sowie der Installation von Thermostatventilen mit Köpfen und Einstellung der Installation. Das Projekt umfasst auch den Austausch von Glühlampen. Erneuerbare Energiequellen werden in das Projekt eingebaut: Wärmepumpen als Wärmequelle, auch für Warmwasserzwecke und Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage. Technische Dokumentation wird entwickelt. Die Förderung des Projekts (Kennzeichnung des Durchführungsorts) wird durchgeführt. Das Projekt wird Dienstleistungen zur Überwachung der Anleger erbringen. Das Projekt wird den Einwohnern der Gemeinde PARYSÓW (4102 Pers.) und anderen Nutzern der oben genannten öffentlichen Versorgungseinrichtungen zugute kommen. Durch den Einsatz von EE wird sie zur Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen (insbesondere CO2) und zur Verringerung der Umweltbelastung beitragen. Durch die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Luftqualität verbessert, der Wohnkomfort der Bewohner erhöht. Durch umfassende Maßnahmen zur Verringerung der Emissionen und des Verbrauchs von Energie und Brennstoffen werden die Auswirkungen des Projekts, das der Endnutzer aller Einwohner der Region ist, erhöht.
