Przedmiotem inwestycji stanowiącej projekt jest budowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 747 w nowym przebiegu trasy na odcinku o długości 8 239 m, przebiegającym od skrzyżowania z drogą krajową nr 79 wraz ze skrzyżowaniem w m. Lipsko do drogi wojewódzkiej nr 754 (od km 29+451,00 do km 37+690,00). Dzięki nowemu wytyczeniu drogi ruch drogowy zostanie wyprowadzony poza tereny zabudowane, wzrośnie standard techniczny drogi oraz poprawi się dojazd do nowo wybudowanego mostu na Wiśle w Kamieniu, łączący południową część województwa mazowieckiego z województwem lubelskim, gdzie w dalszym przebiegu DW747 łączyć się będzie z budowaną obecnie drogą ekspresową S19 (zachodnia obwodnica Lublina). Podstawowym celem projektu jest zrównoważony i inteligentny rozwój Mazowsza zwiększający spójność społeczną i terytorialną regionu przy wykorzystaniu potencjału mazowieckiego rynku pracy. Realizacja inwestycji budowy drogi wojewódzkiej nr 747 na wskazanym odcinku przyczyni się poprawy spójności komunikacyjnej i przestrzennej w tym poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej wewnętrznej oraz zewnętrznej województwa mazowieckiego. Oznacza to szybsze i bezpieczniejsze powiązania między ośrodkami regionalnymi w województwie. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi inwestycji będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy południowej części województwa mazowieckiego (w szczególności powiatu lipskiego oraz powiatu radomskiego). Konieczność realizacji projektu wynikła z faktu, iż obecny stan i przebieg DW nr 747 powoduje wiele niekorzystnych dla powiatu lipskiego i jego mieszkańców konsekwencji. Jedną z głównych niedogodności jest przebiegający przez tereny zabudowane ruch tranzytowy prowadzący do nowo wybudowanego mostu na Wiśle. Ponadto istniejący stan nawierzchni, poboczy i chodników jest średni lub zły, co wpływa na większe ryzyko wypadków drogowych oraz powoduje większe zużycie pojazdów. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of the Voivodeship Road No. 747 in the new route on the 8239 m section, running from the intersection with the national road No. 79 together with the intersection in Lipsko to the voivodeship road No. 754 (from km 29 + 451.00 to km 37 + 690.00). Thanks to the new delineation of the road, road traffic will be taken outside the built-up areas, the technical standard of the road will increase and the access to the newly built bridge on the Vistula in Kamien, connecting the southern part of Mazowieckie Voivodeship with Lubelskie Voivodeship, where further DW747 will connect with the currently built express road S19 (western Lublin ring road). The main objective of the project is the sustainable and intelligent development of Mazovia, which increases social and territorial cohesion of the region using the potential of the Mazovian labour market. The implementation of the project for the construction of the Voivodeship Road No. 747 on the indicated section will contribute to improving communication and spatial cohesion, including improving the communication accessibility of the internal and external Mazowieckie voivodship. This means faster and safer links between regional centres in the voivodship. The final beneficiaries of the investment will be mainly residents of the southern part of Mazowieckie voivodship (in particular the Leipzig district and Radom district). The need to implement the project resulted from the fact that the current state and course of DW No. 747 causes many adverse consequences for the district of Leipzig and its inhabitants. One of the main inconveniences is the transit traffic passing through the area leading to the newly built bridge on the Vistula River. In addition, the existing state of the pavement, sideways and sidewalks are medium or bad, which increases the risk of road accidents and increases vehicle wear. (English)

L’objet du projet est la construction de la route de voïvodie no 747 sur une nouvelle route sur le tronçon de 8 239 m partant de l’intersection avec la route nationale no 79 et l’intersection à Leipzig jusqu’à la route provinciale no 754 (du km 29 + 451,00 au km 37 + 690,00). Grâce à la nouvelle délimitation des routes, la circulation routière sera retirée des agglomérations, la norme technique de la route augmentera et l’accès au pont nouvellement construit sur la Wisła à Kamien sera amélioré, reliant la partie sud de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie à la voïvodie de Lubelskie, où DW747 sera reliée à l’autoroute S19 (route Ouest de Lublin). L’objectif principal du projet est le développement durable et intelligent de la Mazovie, renforçant la cohésion sociale et territoriale de la région tout en exploitant le potentiel du marché du travail mazovien. La construction de la route de voïvodie no 747 sur ce tronçon améliorera la communication et la cohésion spatiale, y compris l’amélioration de l’accessibilité interne et externe de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie. Cela signifie des liaisons plus rapides et plus sûres entre les centres régionaux de la région. Les bénéficiaires finaux de l’investissement seront principalement les habitants de la partie sud de la voïvodie de Mazowieckie (en particulier le district de Leipzig et le district de Radom). La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet était due au fait que l’état actuel et le cours de la DW no 747 ont de nombreuses conséquences négatives pour le district de Leipzig et ses habitants. L’un des principaux inconvénients est le trafic de transit à travers la zone construite menant au pont nouvellement construit sur la Vistule. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau der Woiwodschaftsstraße Nr. 747 auf einer neuen Strecke auf dem 8 239 m langen Abschnitt, der von der Kreuzung mit der Nationalstraße Nr. 79 und der Kreuzung in Leipzig bis zur Provinzstraße 754 (von km 29 + 451.00 bis km 37 + 690.00) verläuft. Dank der neuen Straßenabgrenzung wird der Straßenverkehr aus den bebauten Gebieten herausgenommen, der technische Standard der Straße erhöht und der Zugang zur neu gebauten Brücke über die Wisła in Kamien verbessert, wodurch der südliche Teil der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie mit der Woiwodschaft Lubelskie verbunden wird, wo DW747 mit der derzeit gebauten Schnellstraße S19 (westliche Umgehungsstraße Lublin) verbunden sein wird. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die nachhaltige und intelligente Entwicklung von Mazovia, die den sozialen und territorialen Zusammenhalt der Region stärkt und gleichzeitig das Potenzial des mazoanischen Arbeitsmarktes ausschöpft. Der Bau der Woiwodschaftsstraße Nr. 747 in diesem Abschnitt wird die Kommunikation und den räumlichen Zusammenhalt verbessern, einschließlich der Verbesserung der internen und externen Zugänglichkeit der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie. Dies bedeutet schnellere und sicherere Verbindungen zwischen den regionalen Zentren in der Region. Die Endbegünstigten der Investition werden in erster Linie die Bewohner des südlichen Teils der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie (insbesondere der Bezirk Leipzig und Radom) sein. Die Notwendigkeit, das Projekt umzusetzen, war darauf zurückzuführen, dass der derzeitige Zustand und Verlauf der DW Nr. 747 viele negative Folgen für den Leipziger Bezirk und seine Einwohner hat. Einer der wichtigsten Unannehmlichkeiten ist der Transitverkehr durch das bebaute Gebiet, das zur neu errichteten Brücke über die Weichsel führt.
