Głównym celem projektu jest ożywienie i odnowa społeczno - gospodarcza obszaru rewitalizacji w Brochowie. Założeniem projektu jest stworzenie kompleksowych warunków do gruntownej rewitalizacji i zmiany sposobu zagospodarowania i centrum miejscowości i funkcjonowania społeczności lokalnej w sferach: społecznej, gospodarczej, administracyjnej dzięki realizacji 4 projektów głównych Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Brochów na lata 2016-2023: 1. Przebudowa i rozbudowa wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku usługowego na budynek usługowo-administracyjny Gminnego Centrum Usług Społecznych i Administracyjnych (wprowadzenie nowych usług społecznych) 2.Budowa całorocznego targowiska wiejskiego - rozwój handlu i usług, 3. Zmiana sposobu użytkowania wspólnej przestrzeni publicznej (tereny zielone, place gier, plac zabaw, siłownia zewnętrzna, kino plenerowe i samochodowe )-zadanie zaprojektowane w wyniku konkursu architektonicznego. Wartością dodaną projektu jest jego przygotowanie z uwzględnieniem zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju tj. poszanowania dla środowiska naturalnego i promocji analogicznych postaw. Projekt obejmuje modernizację energetyczną przebudowywanego obiektu GCUSiA o zastosowanie 2 odnawialnych źródeł energii. Beneficjentami projektu będą mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizowanego, dzieci, młodzież, os. starsze, os. zagrożone wykluczeniem, członkowie org. pozarządowych, klubów sportowych, przedsiębiorcy, rolnicy, interesanci Urzędu Gminy. Wszystkie obiekty będą w pełni przystosowane dla osób ze szczególnymi potrzebami. Realizacja projektu umożliwi prowadzenie działań społecznych dla mieszk. obszaru, w tym finansowanych ze środków EFS. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z podmiotem wybranym w konkursie - Stowarzyszeniem "Aktywni dla Brochowa". Projekt charakteryzuje się gotowość techniczną: posiada dok. techniczną, audyt, zezwolenia na budowę, studium wykonalności (k.kwalifik.). Koszty projektu obejmą także nadzór inwestorski i autorski oraz działania promocyjne. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to revitalise and restore the socio-economic revitalisation area in Brochów. The aim of the project is to create comprehensive conditions for a thorough revitalisation and change of development and the centre of the town and the functioning of the local community in the spheres of: social, economic and administrative thanks to the implementation of 4 main projects of the Brochów Municipality revitalisation programme for the years 2016-2023: 1. Reconstruction and extension with the change of use of the service building into the service and administrative building of the Municipal Social and Administrative Services Centre (introduction of new social services) 2.Construction of the year-round rural market – development of trade and services, 3. Changing the use of a common public space (green areas, playgrounds, outdoor gym, outdoor and car cinema)-task designed as a result of an architectural competition. The added value of the project is its preparation taking into account the principles of sustainable development, i.e. respect for the environment and the promotion of similar attitudes. The project includes the energy modernisation of the rebuilt GCUSiA facility with the use of 2 renewable energy sources. The beneficiaries of the project will be residents of the revitalised area, children, young people, elderly people, people at risk of exclusion, non-governmental members, sports clubs, entrepreneurs, farmers, interests of the Municipal Office. All facilities will be fully adapted for people with special needs. Implementation of the project will make it possible to carry out social activities for residents of the area, including those financed by the ESF. The project will be implemented in partnership with the selected entity – Association “Active for Brochowa”. The project is characterised by technical readiness: it has technical doc., audit, construction permits, feasibility study (k.qualification). L’objectif principal du projet est de revitaliser et de restaurer la zone de régénération socio-économique de Brochów. L’objectif du projet est de créer les conditions d’une revitalisation et d’un changement approfondis du mode de développement et du centre du village et du fonctionnement de la communauté locale dans les domaines suivants: social, économique et administratif grâce à la mise en œuvre de 4 grands projets du Programme de revitalisation de la commune de Brochów pour les années 2016-2023: 1. Reconstruction et extension avec le changement d’utilisation du bâtiment de service en un bâtiment de service et administratif du Centre municipal des services sociaux et administratifs (introduction de nouveaux services sociaux) 2.Construction d’un marché rural tout au long de l’année — développement du commerce et des services, 3. Modifier l’utilisation de l’espace public commun (espaces verts, terrains de jeux, terrains de jeux, gymnase en plein air, cinéma extérieur et cinéma automobile) — une tâche conçue à la suite d’un concours d’architecture. La valeur ajoutée du projet réside dans sa préparation en tenant compte des principes du développement durable, à savoir le respect de l’environnement et la promotion d’attitudes similaires. Le projet comprend la modernisation énergétique de l’installation GCUSiA reconstruite avec l’utilisation de 2 sources d’énergie renouvelables. Les bénéficiaires du projet seront les résidents de la zone revitalisée, les enfants, les jeunes, les personnes âgées, les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion, les membres d’organisations non gouvernementales, les clubs sportifs, les entrepreneurs, les agriculteurs, les parties prenantes du bureau municipal. Toutes les installations seront entièrement adaptées aux personnes ayant des besoins particuliers. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de réaliser des activités sociales pour les habitants de la région, y compris celles financées par le FSE. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat avec l’entité sélectionnée dans le cadre du concours — Association «Active for Brochowa». Le projet se caractérise par l’état de préparation technique: il dispose de documents techniques, d’audit, de permis de construction, d’étude de faisabilité (qualification). Les coûts du projet incluront également des activités de supervision et de promotion des investisseurs et des auteurs. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Wiederbelebung und Wiederherstellung des sozioökonomischen Regenerationsgebiets in Brochów. Ziel des Projekts ist es, umfassende Voraussetzungen für eine gründliche Revitalisierung und Veränderung der Entwicklungsmethode und des Zentrums des Dorfes sowie die Funktionsweise der lokalen Gemeinschaft in folgenden Bereichen zu schaffen: soziale, wirtschaftliche und administrative dank der Durchführung von vier Hauptprojekten des Revitalisierungsprogramms der Gemeinde Brochów für die Jahre 2016-2023: 1. Umbau und Erweiterung mit der Umstellung der Nutzung des Dienstleistungsgebäudes in ein Dienstleistungs- und Verwaltungsgebäude des Gemeindezentrums für Sozial- und Verwaltungsdienstleistungen (Einführung neuer sozialer Dienstleistungen) 2.Bau eines ganzjährigen ländlichen Marktes – Entwicklung von Handel und Dienstleistungen, 3. Änderung der Nutzung des öffentlichen Raums (Grünflächen, Spielplätze, Spielplätze, Outdoor-Studio, Außen- und Autokino) – eine Aufgabe, die als Ergebnis eines Architekturwettbewerbs konzipiert wurde. Der Mehrwert des Projekts besteht in seiner Vorbereitung unter Berücksichtigung der Grundsätze der nachhaltigen Entwicklung, d. h. der Achtung der Umwelt und der Förderung ähnlicher Einstellungen. Das Projekt umfasst die Energiemodernisierung der umgebauten GCUSiA-Anlage unter Nutzung von 2 erneuerbaren Energiequellen. Die Begünstigten des Projekts sind Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets, Kinder, Jugendliche, ältere Menschen, Menschen, die von Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, Mitglieder von oder z. B. Nichtregierungsorganisationen, Sportvereine, Unternehmer, Landwirte, Akteure des Gemeindeamtes. Alle Einrichtungen werden vollständig für Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen angepasst. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es ermöglichen, soziale Aktivitäten für die Einwohner der Region, einschließlich der aus dem ESF finanzierten, durchzuführen. Das Projekt wird in Partnerschaft mit dem im Wettbewerb ausgewählten Unternehmen – Verein „Active for Brochowa“ durchgeführt. Das Projekt zeichnet sich durch technische Bereitschaft aus: es verfügt über technische Unterlagen, Audits, Baugenehmigungen, Machbarkeitsstudie (Qualifikation). Zu den Kosten des Projekts gehören auch Investoren- und Autorenaufsichts- und Werbemaßnahmen. (German)
