The company focuses on the development of its employees and their quality of work. Cares about the environment, which is a very important factor in the construction industry. As part of the project, it would like to use specialised IOB services for development advisory services. The company decided to benefit from professional assistance as it will increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the company. The focus will be on analysis of the possibilities of developing the company’s offer in terms of implementing the new system and then selling it on a wider scale. Thanks to the advisory service, the company would like to launch a new system, which will initially be tested and piloted in the company’s structures. It is a management system that will be adapted to the specificities of the construction industry. Individual modules that will be compressed in the system already exist and are successfully used by Inblock Mateusz Furs.Going to the market with a system that will provide huge support in construction companies, and perhaps in the future companies from outside the industry, will increase the scope of operation and increase competitiveness in the market. The company has decided to use a qualified IOB unit to help achieve its objectives. The services are divided into four tasks. The 1 task will be to analyse development needs. Task 2 will include a survey of the target market for a new product. Task 3 will concern advice on the reorganisation of the company in order to further develop its activities and increase the efficiency of the company’s operations.
