Cel główny projektu: Poprawiona dostępność i jakość usług społecznych dla 355 osób wykluczonych społecznie lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem z terenu Gminy Międzyrzec Podlaski poprzez rozwój środowiskowych form pomocy i samopomocy w formie 10 świetlic środowiskowych oraz usług wsparcia rodziny do 2022 r. Rezultaty: Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu – 205. Grupy docelowe: Grupa docelowa: (1) 275 dzieci i młodzieży w wieku szkolnym do ukończenia 17 r.ż., tj. 7-17 lat, w tym 129K i 146M. Są to osoby niepełnoletnie, kształcące się, z rodzin wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (główne przyczyny: ubóstwo), korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej. (2) 40K i 40M, osoby pełnoletnie, wykluczone i zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym (główne przyczyny: ubóstwo), korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej. Osoby z grupy docelowej zamieszkałe na terenie Gminy Międzyrzec Podlaski. Main objective of the project: Improved accessibility and quality of social services for 355 people who are socially excluded or at risk of exclusion from the municipality of Międzyrzec Podlaski through the development of environmental forms of aid and self-help in the form of 10 community centres and family support services by 2022. Number of post-project social services supported by the programme – 205. Target groups: Target group: (1) 275 children and adolescents of school age up to the age of 17, i.e. 7-17 years, including 129K and 146M. These are minors, education, from families excluded and at risk of social exclusion (main reasons: poverty) benefiting from social assistance. (2) 40K and 40M, persons of age, excluded and at risk of social exclusion (main reasons: poverty) benefiting from social assistance benefits. People from the target group residing in the commune Międzyrzec Podlaski. Hauptziel des Projekts: Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit und Qualität der sozialen Dienstleistungen für 355 Menschen, die sozial ausgegrenzt sind oder von der Ausgrenzung aus der Gemeinde Międzyrzec Podlaski bedroht sind, durch die Entwicklung von Umwelthilfe und Selbsthilfe in Form von 10 Gemeindezentren und Familienunterstützungsdiensten bis 2022. Anzahl der im Rahmen des Programms unterstützten Sozialdienste nach dem Projekt – 205. Zielgruppen: Zielgruppe: (1) 275 Schulkinder und Jugendliche bis 17 Jahre, d. h. 7-17 Jahre, darunter 129K und 146M. Es handelt sich um Minderjährige im Bildungswesen, die aus Familien stammen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung ausgeschlossen sind (hauptsächlich: Armut), in den Genuss von Sozialhilfeleistungen. (2) 40K und 40M, Erwachsene, ausgeschlossen und von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht (Hauptgründe: Armut), in den Genuss von Sozialhilfeleistungen.
