Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest poprawa funkcjonalności przestrzeni publicznej i ograniczenie zjawiska wykluczenia społecznego dzięki rewitalizacji obszaru problemowego Gminy Końskowola. Zakres projektu obejmuje uporządkowanie wraz z zagospodarowaniem Rynku w Końskowoli i jego otoczenia (wraz z parkingiem), w tym: montaż kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej grawitacyjnej, uporządkowanie zieleni (nasadzenie drzew w formie szpalerów), przebudowa przyległych dróg publicznych, przebudowa ciągów dla pieszych, budowa zatok postojowych (na 50 stanowisk) oraz budowę płyty rynku-zgodnie z projektem i kosztorysami. W ramach rekultywacji obszaru przewiduje się także zagospodarowanie terenu przy budynku za pomocą elementów małej architektury: budowa fontanny, budowa placu zabaw , montaż oświetlenia. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to: liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej, wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy Końskowola, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji. Cel główny projektu zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb beneficjentów. (Polish)

The overarching objective of the project is to improve the functionality of the public space and reduce the phenomenon of social exclusion by revitalising the problem area of Końskowola commune. The scope of the project includes ordering together with the development of the market in Końskowola and its surroundings (including parking), including: installation of sanitary and rain-gravity sewage system, green order (planting of trees in the form of columns), reconstruction of adjacent public roads, reconstruction of pedestrian lines, construction of parking bays (for 50 stations) and construction of a market slab according to design and estimates. As part of the remediation of the area, it is also envisaged to develop the site next to the building by means of small architectural elements: construction of a fountain, construction of a playground, installation of lighting. The key results of the project as expressed in result indicators are: number of people using social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities, increased employment in supported entities. The target group of the project is the residents of the Końskowola commune, with particular attention to the inhabitants of the revitalisation area. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of beneficiaries. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la fonctionnalité de l’espace public et de réduire le phénomène d’exclusion sociale en redynamisant la zone problématique de la municipalité de Końskowola. Le projet comprend la commande ainsi que le développement de la place du marché à Końskowola et ses environs (y compris un parking), y compris: installation de systèmes sanitaires et de drainage pluvial, verdissement (plantation d’arbres sous forme d’étals), reconstruction de routes publiques adjacentes, reconstruction de voies piétonnes, construction de baies de stationnement (pour 50 postes de travail) et construction de dalles de marché — selon la conception et les estimations de coûts. Dans le cadre de la réhabilitation de la zone, le bâtiment est également destiné à être géré au moyen d’éléments de petite architecture: construction d’une fontaine, construction d’une aire de jeux, installation d’éclairage. Les principaux résultats du projet, exprimés en indicateurs de résultats, sont les suivants: nombre de personnes utilisant l’infrastructure sociale/culturelle/tourisme, croissance de l’emploi dans les entités bénéficiant d’un soutien. Le groupe cible du projet est les habitants de la municipalité de Końskowola, avec un accent particulier sur les habitants de la zone de revitalisation. L’objectif principal du projet sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des objectifs spécifiques résultant de l’analyse des problèmes et des besoins des bénéficiaires. (French)

Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Funktionalität des öffentlichen Raums zu verbessern und das Phänomen der sozialen Ausgrenzung durch die Wiederbelebung des Problembereichs der Gemeinde Końskowola zu verringern. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst die Bestellung zusammen mit der Entwicklung des Marktplatzes in Końskowola und seiner Umgebung (einschließlich eines Parkplatzes), einschließlich: Installation von Sanitär- und Regenentwässerungssysteme, Begrünung (Pflanzen von Bäumen in Form von Ständen), Wiederaufbau der angrenzenden öffentlichen Straßen, Umbau von Fußgängerwegen, Bau von Parkbuchten (für 50 Arbeitsplätze) und Bau von Marktplatten – entsprechend den Planungs- und Kostenschätzungen. Im Rahmen der Sanierung des Gebiets soll das Gebäude auch durch Elemente kleiner Architektur verwaltet werden: Bau eines Brunnens, Bau eines Spielplatzes, Installation der Beleuchtung. Die wichtigsten Projektergebnisse, die in Ergebnisindikatoren ausgedrückt werden, sind: Zahl der Menschen, die soziale/kulturelle Infrastruktur/Tourismus-Infrastruktur nutzen, Beschäftigungszuwachs in unterstützten Einrichtungen. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind die Einwohner der Gemeinde Końskowola mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf den Bewohnern des Revitalisierungsgebiets. Das Hauptziel des Projekts wird durch die Umsetzung der spezifischen Ziele erreicht, die sich aus der Analyse der Probleme und Bedürfnisse der Begünstigten ergeben. (German)
